We had a wonderful week staying at the Hidden Garden in Turgutreis. The villa is luxurious, the garden wonderful, the pool fabulous, and the tortoises entertaining! James, the owner, thinks of everything, and was speedy to help us with our additional needs; gas for the cooker when it ran out, and a repair guy for the wifi when we broke it! The Villa itself is beautifully laid out, quiet, and smart. We had a wonderful time, and will go back! The administration from Peninsula Villas, was equally good - efficient, helpful and thoughtful. A great week.

Fabulous view and a convenient and comfortable holiday living

Very nice house for a pleasant holiday in Yalikavak.

We have just got back from the Hidden Garden Villa in Turgetreis after a fortnight's holiday .Everything from the moment we landed went perfectly ,the transfer driver waiting , and then James ready to show us round the villa ,garden and pool ,James is the perfect host and a mine of local information ,beaches ,restaurants etc . The location is perfect ,a quiet secluded neighbourhood , a shop around the corner for drinks ,but only a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and beaches ,the ferry to Kos nearby as well ,a good day out ! I can totally recommend the villa and Peninsula holidays ,I have used them several times ...excellent all round .

Comfortable and spacious villa with excellent outdoor space and pool. Carley the manager is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her. Annie at Peninsula Villas could not have been more accommodating as we had to change our booking due to Covid. Highly recommend using them!

We are currently staying at Villa Mied, Yalikavak, Bodrum with my family. We are really happy with the villa and have no complaints. It is very clean, well furnished and the views out to sea and the islands in the distance are amazing. Booking with Annie at peninsulavillasbodrum was easy, she is very helpful and organised. Carley, our villa manager, met us on arrival and showed us around, she is also very helpful.

Yalikavak is a short drive away and there we find lots of cafes, restaurants and a beautiful marina. We would certainly recommend peninsulavillasbodrum to our friends and hope to return again another time

We really enjoy every moment in the villa and we really liked the vibes. The housekeeper is always available and willing to help.

Belle Vue villa has an amazing view! It is very cozy, has 3 levels, and several spots to enjoy the sunset. The furniture is in good condition, house is fully equipped with everything you might need. Villa is decorated, which makes the feeling of home. Pool is big enough and deep. The location of villa is convenient, taxi drivers easily find the address, Yalikavak Marina and city center is just in 7 minutes drive. It was my first experience in rental villa, and I didn't regret. Annie helped me to choose the right villa upon my request. It was obvious that she know every villa she offers, and give her own review. Annie gave me all important information about restaurants and beaches, which was very helpful. Carley, the manager of villa, did anything to make our stay comfortable. I asked her to arrange a private chef for us a few times, and additional cleaning. She arranged everything, and supervised the cleaning. Yalikavak is an amazing place! We want to be back here next year. And for sure we will ask Annie to help.

What an apartment, when we arrived everything was pristine, 2nd day we had a slight issue with 1 air con unit and it was dealt with immediately. The security guy and concierge were very helpful regarding local knowledge and booking taxi’s. A thoroughly enjoyable experience thank you.

After two years of cancellations due to travel restrictions and Covid my family of 6 adults and I (along with the new addition of our 6 month old ) got along to Yalikavak to stay at Villa Manzara.
The booking process and the help received from Annie for rolling over the bookings were totally seemless.
I recommend you hire a car as the villa is about an hour from the airport. We were met near the villa and driven to it by the friendly local manager Ahmet.
Once at the Villa we were totally overwhelmed. The photographs on the website, though very pleasing, really don’t do the villa justice.
Three decent sized rooms and one smaller spread over three levels were ample space for my family of 7. The kitchen was stocked out with all the facilities needed (cooker , oven , microwave , kettle , coffee machine etc ). Pool was great and well sized. Chill out areas around the villa were numerous. Then the views. They are to die for.
In terms of the local area the villa is about a 6 min drive to the Yalikavak Marina which is probably one of the best I have been to. All the high end designers are there and top notch restaurants. They will break the bank though. So if you walk just outside the marina there are many good value restaurants.
Annie’s recommendations for restaurants were very much enjoyed. The villa is ideally situated.
So overall. We were very satisfied with Peninsula Villas and Villa Manzara which is a credit to its owner.
We will be using both again I hope !

We have just returned from a epic third stay at Lazy days in Yalikavak!
We fall in love with Yalikavak, Gumusluk & of course this wonderful Villa more & more each time we visit.
From the search, booking, payments, to being refunded our breakages deposit within a day of being home, Annie & Ian at Peninsula Villas could not have been anymore efficient, needless to say super helpful with numerous questions I had.
Marion the Villa manager went above & beyond to ensure all our requests & needs were met, I can not thank her enough for helping me ensure my husband enjoyed his 50th Birthday with special friends at one very special Villa!

Photos do not actually do this Villa justice, it has to be seen to obviously experience the serene views from each & every room within the Villa.
Cleanliness throughout is simply first class.
We normally hire a car but actually this time we used taxis which was not a problem, very reasonable.
Do not hesitate to book Dilara one boat with Sinan, we enjoyed a sunset trip with our friends, also a day trip out with with my Son & Parents.
Finding good restaurants in Yalikavak & surrounding areas isn’t an issue.
So much good food on offer, ample local supermarkets offering great fresh fish & a variety of meats so you can Barbecue at the Villa, offering the best evening views you will find.
Remember to head up to the top terrace to enjoy the best of the sunset.
It goes without saying I can not recommend Lazy days highly enough.

Very stylish comfortable villa in a beautiful setting with amazing views. Beds very comfortable. We had everything we needed.

I cannot recommend the Lazy Dayz villa enough, it was an absolutely amazing stay from start to finish and everything was perfect. We were met by the villa manager on arrival who was amazing and gave us lots of useful information on the local area. The villa was immaculate and very well furnished. It felt like a home from home environment and very modern and airy. The appliances all looked pristine and were easy to use. We had a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cooker, microwave, coffee machine and fridge freezer. There were mini fridges in thr upstairs bedroom and poolside which were very handy! The pool area also had a beautiful seating area and bbq which we all loved. We had access to beach and pool towels along with the comfiest dressing gowns. The pool was perfect size and very clean, this was my families favourite bit, we spent most of our time round the pool playing music and just spending quality family time together.
There was plenty of things to do within the villa, and it had lots of games, books and TV with access to Netflix for evenings when the children were tired, these came in handy! I honestly cannot recommend this villa enough, I would live here if I could! If you are considering renting here, please take this as a sign to just book it, I guarantee you will not regret it!

This was our second visit toYalikavak with Peninsula Villas and first time at Lazy Dayz after a 2 year delay - thank you Covid.
Annie and her team organised it all beautifully from a booking service second to none with great communication to organising transfers to and from airport in luxurious vehicles.
The villa is amazing with everything you need and more, plenty of options for where to sit and relax or eat. Taxis are cheap into Yalikavak - about £3 each way. There is a small shop and supermarket through other villas but a steep hill back, about the only exercise we did all holiday! From road above villa steps at bottom of hill and a very short distance to the right right is a lovely traditional Turkish restaurant with views to the sea , very reasonable prices a 2 course meal for four with a couple of beers and wine was between £38 and £74 depending on your order - that’s for everyone. Again a very steep walk back but a gorgeous villa to recover in.
Did a couple of supermarket runs via taxi, Migros in Koyunbaba has better choice and they will order a taxi back home too for you. Yalikavak Migros right opposite a taxi rank.
We only left villa 4 times in 10 days as it was so perfect.
A big thank you to Marion who looked after us while there and helped with initially ordering taxis and any questions we had to ask at the end of a phone or What’s App.
All in all a perfect break and would not travel to the area again without Peninsula Villas. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Best experience ever!!
We rented a villa in gumusluk Bodrum. We had no problems with booking the villa, and everything went smoothly. There were some minor problems with a door and the shower, but the villa owner sent someone to fix these things, free of charge. So we did not loose anything of our deposit. And Annie the representativ of the site was very helpful with everything we wanted to know. Overal a super experience, and i really mean this from the bottom of my heart.
