We had a wonderful 1 week stay in Villa Mon Reve.
1st of all I would like to say a big thank you to Annie and her team for being amazing throughout the process. From the pre-booking phase to checking out, Annie provided us with all the required details and reminders.
On the villa front, it was perfect for 2 families with kids. From the beautiful views from the garden, to the chilled pool, to the spacious 4 bedrooms, we could not have asked for more. The villa has all the amenities we required throughout our stay (we even had 2 bbqs during our week there). Finally, a big big thank you to Marion who really took great care of us throughout our stay. We will definitely be back very soon.

Our family of four stayed for a fortnight in Hidden Garden Villa in Turgutreis- loved it! Villa was exactly as described and the owner James was super-helpful in every way. The booking process and all communication via Annie and Peninsula Villas couldn’t have been better - we’d highly recommend to anyone. Lovely holiday.

We spent a week in Villa Mied near Yalikavak. Annie was really helpful when booking. The villa was exactly as described and was very well furnished and comfortable, with a lovely pool. The local property manager Carley was really helpful and easily contactable. The service provided was very good and we would happily use this villa company again.

Orchid apartment in Yalikavak was amazing...very modern and fantastic view.
It requires having a car , although I'd recommend having a car in Bodrum in general.
Carley was brilliant and was always available for any questions or information. Annie and the team are extremely professional and communication with them really made the trip easy to set up. Thanks to all of them for everything.
The family loved the place and I will definitely be booking again...highly recommended 👌

Villa Kismet is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday. The villa itself is modern, stylish and beautifully decorated. Very well equipped for self catering, aswell as being a short walk to the centre of Yalikavak with it’s fantastic choice of shops, cafes and restaurants. Our family have loved relaxing by the pool and watching the sun set from the balcony.

Sara is lovely and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived, thinking about everything we might need. Annie and Peninsula Villas also made the booking process a dream, providing lots of information and a slick process for booking. Thank you all, Cathy & family, UK

Booked Villa Serenity via peninsula villas. The booking process was effortless and pre holiday information was clear with excellent communication from Annie. The Villa is located in a lovely development and although doesn’t have its own pool, the large communal infinity pool is superb. Watching the Sunset while still in pool is a great experience.
The interior of Villa is exceptionally clean, comfortable and well laid out. It felt quite spacious (only two of us) but would be comfortable for four people given there are two good shower rooms. Carly is a lovely host and was on hand for any queries/requests, responding very quickly. All contact carried out easily via what’s app.
We did not have a car, but utilised the dolmus system which runs past the development to get in/out of Yalikavak. Takes about ten minutes journey time. This is a very cheap method of transport and is an hourly service. Taxis are plentiful in Yalikavak and cost £4 to Villa Serenity.
The Villa is located at top of development with a fairly steep access road. We utilised the steps and walkway via swimming pool which we found to be easier and provided nice views.
Would definitely recommend Peninsula villas and would have no hesitation in staying at villa serennity in the future.

Stayed at Mon Reve in Yalikavak for 2 weeks. This villa is outstanding. Beautiful view over the bay and marina which is very vibrant and easily walkable from the Villa. The layout, decorative order and quality of the furnishings are all top notch. The pool is large and perfectly maintained and the garden and terraces are large and well furnished. Very well equipped from kitchenware to loungers. Would highly recommend.

Wow words can not describe the villa. The villa was in stunning location, the views from every room were like a postcard.

The villa was lovely and clean and we had a little welcome pack on our arrival, which was very handy.

We will be returning to the villa next year and would highly recommend it. Also a huge thank you to Annie and all of the team, you were all very professional and always on hand for advice. Thank you once again.

No matter how I describe the residence or the area in which the villa is located, or the views that the villa overlooks, it is a very wonderful thing in the true sense of the word.. It is close to the Seren Hotel and many high-end restaurants.. The most important is safety. No one can enter or exit without a secret number.. Wonderful and I will repeat Visit every summer..

Just returned from a wonderful week at the lovely Hidden Garden Villa in Turgutreis. The villa is beautifully appointed and the garden and pool area are stunning - made even better by regular appearances from Fred and Ginger, the friendly resident tortoises! The villa is a great location - convenient for the marina, the beach and the taxi rank/dolmus station for trips to the beautiful neighbouring towns of Gumusluk, Yalikavak and Bodrum. James, the owner, was very helpful, informative and on hand to give us advice and tips whenever needed (and even brought me a lovely bottle of wine on my birthday!). Annie was also amazing at keeping in touch and ensured that everything went smoothly from the point of booking until our departure some four years later! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peninsula Villas to anyone thinking of holidaying in the Bodrum area!

The villa was a cottage like mood but from inside everything was modern and renewed. Also we received the villa in perfect shape. The views were really amazing. Sara and Annie were very helpful in everything I would come back to bodrum and rent from them no were else thanks for making my trip easier and safer.

Yet again another great location, villa, weather and easy breezy process to arrange even when taking into account our special requirements. This is 8th or 9th villa have rented through Annie and never been disappointed. A big thank you to Annie and Carley looking after us locally on this trip. We have just returned from a fabulous week at Mon Reve villa in Yalikavak. Thank you Pennisular Villas for making our holiday just perfect. Annie in the uk and Marion in resort were absolutely wonderful attending to all our needs. The Villa is very well appointed and the sunsets are stunning.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Villa manzara. We stayed from June 28 to July 12, 2022, family of 6. All adults. the villa is clean, spacious, as advertised , no surprises . Sea view 180 degree , lots of outdoor terraces and sitting areas, clean, well maintained. We would go back for sure. Booking experience is 5 stars . Annie is 6 stars, She made the whole process simple. Highly recommended for families , not recommended for guests with disabilities, swimming pool is great, clean. Bbq area is amazing. Villa manager ( ahmet) is first class , he made himself available 24/7. Great value for money.

Easy process to book

We had a fab holiday in Lazy Dayz villa with Peninsula Villas. On the north-west of the Bodrum peninsula, the villa has a stunning view of Yalikavak bay with its superyacht marina and old harbour. This was our 2nd villa booked through Peninsula - our first visit was to Agean 220 villa, equally gorgeous! Annie and Marion are friendly, helpful and very professional and we thank them very much for being there if we needed them.

This is our second time in Esinti Villa in Yalikavak and dealing with Annie for the past 5 years. She has been amazing with us through out this time and I know we will come back to dealing with her always in the future.

Carley has also been magnificent she has kept the villa in tip top shape throughout our stay and quickly respondses to our queries at all times.

The villa is amazing with 4 spacious rooms and a stunning view. Clean and tidy with all amenities avaliable.

We will for sure be coming back to Yalikavak and hopefully back to this villa with both Annie and Carley.
