We stayed at Villa Aegean 220 in 2019 and 2022. The villa is stunning - fabulous views and many seating areas so you can catch the sun or shade any time of the day. Clean and well equipped. Photos are an accurate representation. Out of town and up a big hill (hence the great views) so a car is useful but not essential (taxis into town are cheap and plentiful - you just need to walk down the first hill to the main road and flag one down).
The town is lovely - big enough to offer a choice of bars and restaurants but not as loud / busy as Bodrum so very relaxing. Bodrum can be reached by bus from the centre (45-60 minutes depending on the time of day).
Thoroughly recommend the one day boat trip for which you can find details in the brochure (expensive but was the highlight of both holidays).
Also thoroughly recommend using Peninsula Villas. Annie always responds to queries in a prompt, friendly and informative way.
The transfer from/to the airport she arranged for us was reliable and reasonable (much easier and more reliable than trying to book your own taxi - many drivers (even very local ones) do not seem to know where the villa is.
Going beyond the usual service you would expect from an agency - Annie even very kindly arranged for some clothes that we left behind to be brought back to the UK and then posted back to us (thanks to villa manager Carley and Catherine too for making this happen).
I was very impressed with Annie and her team and would not hesitate in using the company again when visiting the Bodrum Peninsula. In these still uncertain times it is very reassuring to know you can absolutely trust the company to provide provide a high quality service time and time again.

The booking process was easy. The communication was excellent and very responsive. The Villa was well appointed and very clean.The Local rep, Carley, was great. Her local knowledge was very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peninsula Villas or Villa Aegean 220 and would definitely go back

My husband and I stayed at Marina View for 2 weeks from 30th August.
Annie and Ian were extremely helpful, efficient and responsive to any enquiries when we were booking our holiday.
The apartment was ideal, very clean, comfortable and airy, and the gem was the large terrace area with the most wonderful views of the sea and marina. The pool was great, well maintained and we had it to ourselves a few times during our stay.
We hired a car and explored the beautiful peninsula, visited Yalikavak's restaurants and markets. We would have struggled going up and down the steep hill to the apartment without it. Parking could be tricky at times.
Sara was available if we had any queries, always very helpful and friendly.
Thank you, we will definitely recommend your services to friends and family. We will definitely use Peninsula Villas again if we return.

Another excellent holiday booked through Annie at Peninsular Villas...we have been using their services for many years now.
Unfortunately we had to cancel our bookings for 2020 and 2021 due to covid, but Annie made this a painless process by transferring our deposit forward from year to year..
When we actually got there in September 2022 Hidden Garden Villa was the same peaceful piece of paradise that we remembered from the past. The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday and is really well located for the town and beach.James the owner could not be more friendly and helpful.
Overall a five star experience from start to finish !!

It was the type of service you would expect but rarely receive from an agency. Annie clearly thoroughly knows her villas, the area and the pros and cons of each. Well done -great service.

I had the Villa Chic for 10 days start of Sept and Villa was spotless and beds comfy and the 2 x cleaners were really nice girls who immediately blended in with us

From the initial booking process to the consistent communication from Annie,the whole experience with Penninsula Villas Bodrum has been outstanding.
We stayed in Villa Serenity which was very clean,well layed out with every home comfort you could require.Beautiful sea views,outside sunloungers,dining with brand new barbecue Outstanding shared infinity pool with the most incredible views,which we had to ourselves nearly every day!.
Carley was always on hand for support which was very reassuring,she was so Informative and responsive.
We would like to thank you for a very special time given we haven't been away since pre Covid.Would highly recommend.

Super experience with Peninsula Villas. We had to postpone twice due to covid, but they were very understanding and happy to rebook us. Villa Lazy Dayz in Yalikavak was superb, very well kept and clean and had everything you could need, including an excellent bbq and bbq area, which we made full use of. There were plenty of terraces around the villa to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the magnificent views across the bay, long into the evening. We also made good use of the lovely pool and comfortable sun loungers. A special mention to Marion, our Peninsula rep, who looked after us wonderfully well during our stay. Throughout our booking, Peninsula communicated everything we needed to know very well and answered all of our queries promptly. I will definitely be booking with them again.

Just arrived home after 11 nights at aegon 220 and it was a brilliant holiday. Great villa, with the most amazing view of Yalikavak. The facilities were excellent, especially the air con. The villa has lots of chill out areas, comfortable sofas. It had every thing we needed for a family holiday. The service we received was excellent, great recommendations and support when needed.

The only downside was the very large hill that the villa sits on. My dad struggles with his mobility and my sister is 7 months pregnant so there was no way they could make it up. We therefore relied on taxis which were not always reliable. I would say a car is essential. We never got one as we didn’t feel comfortable driving on the roads.

This isnt my first time staying at Mon Reve, but it was my friends first time and they loved it as much as I do! One of the most beautiful villas in Bodrum, with the greatest location. We enjoyed every second of our vacation in Mon Reve.

Santosha has an outstanding view, all the rooms have been recently renovated with selected materials and technology. Comfort is the key word for the house. Strategic location (super close to all Yalikavak attractions, secure and uber pleasant. Hope to go back soon !

This is the second time we use Peninsula Villas to book our summer villa in Bodrum. Getting the booking done with Annie was professional and efficient and our host Carley was kind and super helpful. Great atmosphere, beautiful villa and everything clean. Stay Villa Manzara from 08/07/2022 to 08/29/2022. I definitely recommend Villa Manzara in Bodrum Yalikavak because the view and atmosphere is unique. Marina Yalikavak is only a 5-minute drive away. The marina can also be easily reached on foot in 35 minutes. From the villa you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, where you can spend wonderful hours. Since the villa has a private pool, it is very nice to be in the private pool first thing in the morning. Yalikavak is very popular. I rented the villa through Annie, which went off without any problems. She was always interested in making us feel comfortable and in good hands in the villa. During our stay she often asked if everything was ok. Like last year, our holiday at Villa Manzara was breathtaking. On site, Mr. Ahmet and Mrs. Fikriye were our contacts. Every wish was immediately fulfilled and nothing was missing. We would like to say a big thank you to Annie, Ahmet and Fikriye. Support before and during a rental is very important to us. We appreciate that very much, as many villas are simply rented out, but there is no local contact person for the smallest problems or inquiries. This is not the case with Villa Manzara, as Mr. Ahmet and Ms. Fikriye always ask regularly. It was a wonderful 22 days that we enjoyed from the first to the last day.

Orchid Apartment is an excellent stay to have a full grasp of what Yalikavak offers; a picture perfect view of the town and the marina, hills, weather, sunset, friendly locals and nature.

Enjoyed the modern but practical open plan of living room-kitchen-balcony-dining area a lot. Same applies to bathrooms and bedrooms.

We appreciated the friendly and very courteous correspondence (and help) of both local manager Carley, and Annie who was our initial contact.

We were recommended Peninsula Villas by a friend of ours whose family have used them for several years and always found them to be excellent. The villa we hired ( Ruya) was lovely - fantastic view, super clean, stylish with its own pool and a second bigger pool that was shared. Great air conditioning. Good hand over arrangements for getting into the villa and an efficient and professional administration system for booking. Would definitely recommend them

Great stay at the villa, very comfortable and well equipped and great views of the harbour and bay, especially at sunset time!

Great Villa and well looked after by Ali. Villa has excellent pool and facilities. Walk is about 15mins to the Marina where there are some great restaurants and shops.

Close to the Villa (2mins) are some amazing traditional Turkish breakfast restaurants and they are a must.

We stayed in the Endless View villa last week and had a wonderful time. The booking process was very easy, Annie answered every question fast and the communication was perfect. Sara, the villa manager was super nice and made our stay perfect! The only thing we didn’t like were the hard beds in one of the bedrooms everything else was perfect!
