I live in Canada and ordered two pens as birthday presents. The shipment details and documents were a little unclear and I contacted Pen heaven. Joe was really helpful and kept me informed. It was just really good customer service.
Incidentally the pens are beautiful.

I wanted to gift a pen with engraving hence came across this website. I’m happy with the ease of browsing and selection and ordering. The product was delivered in the date mentioned, there was a delay but Joe helped in every possible way that he could, so overall very happy and would recommend it to everyone.

I brought a Parker pen which was very fairly priced plus the engraving for a christmas gift. The item arrived quickly and the Italic font engraving was well done, not overly large and elegant.
It's great that you can check the font on the website.
Although I didn't use them for this order, I did appreciate that there is an option to engrave symbols, which isn't always available.
The Parker box was undamaged, which is always a worry.
Overall, very happy with my experience and is a lovely gift.

At first, I was nervous because I was in the US and Pen Heaven in London, and I was hesitant about the overall customer concerns of doing business with a company I had yet to purchase from. Pen Heaven has been around since 2008, and this was my first time doing business with them. Pen Heaven helped me with a custom logo engraving on the pens.

Whenever I sent an email, they replied promptly. Payment was simple when the order was complete, and the shipment arrived on time. After the package arrived, I opened the package to review the product. The company logo was perfectly engraved, and the Parker band pens were good quality. The cap pressure fit smoothly and snugly; there was no wiggle or gap, and the pen had an excellent finish.

This was one of the best customer experiences I have had, ever I placed an order of 14 pen sets- each engraved individually. The order was for Christmas presents. They were engraved and shipped in record time. Aneta the customer service person was responsive and professional.

I bought a leather pen case from this company. It arrived promptly and in good condition however, the "personalisation" I had ordered was in my opinion, poorly done and looked cheap and amateurish. I took it up with company who politely explained that my order has been processed correctly and that I was wrong in my opinion. I will not use this company again nor would I recommend it.

This company sent me a used pen, an ebony-colored Esterbrook Estie, completely drenched in ink, packed poorly, and not even including original packaging. Customer service was quick to react and I negotiated a 50% refund, which has been processed. The final experience was positive but the company should be more careful about these types of oversights, which negatively impact one's perception.

I recently made a purchase of a $200 planner which I ultimately decided wasn't for me so I ended up returning it. On their website it says they can't refund your shipping costs which I accepted. However, when I received my refund, it showed that they wouldn't refund the taxes either! I've never heard of a store not refunding their taxes when they've refunded the sale.

What a super company. Well in my eyes your customer service is way better than that of John Lewis!

They have a inscription service and it came out well, packaging was good.

I ordered (very last minute due to a holiday!) a personalised leather journal and pen for a colleague’s leaving gift presentation.
