Pen Heaven Anmeldelser

In 2019 I received a journal customised with my name. It’s now been to over 20 countries, it’s stuffed full of plane tickets, receipts, photos. Still with pages to go! It is my pride and joy.

I spent hours hunting for the same journal I received as a gift the other day and found it on Pen Heaven! I’m so excited to order these journals for the rest of my life, keep filling them up. I’ve now in 2024, bought one for my fiancé to fill up with all his recipes and hopefully in the future we are going to have shelves full of Pen Heaven journals documenting our lives! 😂

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making the most beautiful books, a book which is now an integral part of my life. You have gained a loyal customer for hopefully many many years to come.

I found an old pen belonging to my father.
I couldn't find a ink cartridge for it anywhere.
After a few searches online , I came across Pen Heaven.
What a selection of ink refills and great selection of Pens to choose from.
Not a lover of using Disposable pens.
You cant beat writing with a quality pen

Such an AMAZING person (Joe) helped me without any hesitations. I ordered a pen as a gift and I couldn’t be more happy. Starting from quality to service. Highly recommend. If you are looking for a great pen and affordable prices you are in the right spot. Definitely you will not find cheaper .PEN HEAVEN is the only option to look for. Thankyou ❤️

Very quick response time to an enquiry I had and couldn't be more helpful to accommodate a special request I made (which they did not have to do). Lovely item and very positive feedback from the person this was purchased for.
Thank you so much again.

Excellent service by Joe guided me through the website and called me back to ensure everything was fine and the pen arrived next day, excellent service and quality pen

Excellent customer service, helpful and efficient. I realised I made a mistake on my online order and managed to speak to someone in person straight away over the telephone who resolve my issue swiftly with no fuss. I was very happy with the pen ordered, the quality, engraving, gift wrap and value for money. Would definitely recommend this company.

Prompt service and good follow up care

Without a doubt this is one of the best online retailers I have ever used. I have punched items from them 4 times now, and every time the customer service is second to none. Quality products delivered on time.

Their customization is poor quality!! Upon expressing dissatisfaction due to the high price of these pens, they required days of back and forth and photos. Ultimately, they do not stand behind their work. I am left without what I thought would be an heirloom gift. Wouldnt return or recommend.

Pen Heaven will get your order to you very quickly and with no fuss.

The medium italic nib I bought for my Parker Sonnet is my new favourite nib!

Placed an order online, but realised I needed to change the order, I called Joe and he was absolutely outstanding nothing was too much trouble, changed my order and dealt with the engraving. Absolutely wonderful experience, thank you so much Joe, it was a breath of fresh air speaking to you.

Excellent customer service. It felt very personalized and kind.
Also the products are great.

The customer care staff are very helpful and they resolve any problem very quickly.
This company takes care of its customers.

I ordered a Quill Pen and Ink set and the quill arrived broken off from the nib. Unfortunate! I wrote to Pen Heaven with a picture of the problem and they immediately sent out a replacement at no cost, which arrived 2-3 days later. This one arrived in perfect condition.

I haven't had a chance to test the product out yet as it just arrived today, but if their excellent customer service is any indication of the quality, I'm certain I'll enjoy this pen until the day I buy my first expensive, professional quality quill.

I bought a pen for a present and realised it might not get to me on time as I hadn’t factored in the weekend . I sent a message and it was immediately sorted and the pen was despatched and arrived in good time. The pen was excellent quality and a very good price - would recommend

I purchased 3 beautiful fountain pens from Pen Heaven. I experienced a little problem and couldn't get them working and asked PH if they could help. The matter was quickly resolved and pens with complimentary cartridges were despatched back to me ASAP. Service like this, is rare but if more companies treated their customers in the same manner, the world would be a happier place. Not only do Pen Heaven have a beautiful website, offer a professional and efficient service, they are very kind and human. Thank you PH, you have made my day 😊

Happy with my Parker Pen, will purchase again as the first delivery had no engrave and they are very professional that they are waiving the delivery charge on my next purchase.

Extremely satisfied!

Accurate and prompt service provided by Joe who responded to all my queries.

I’ve placed 2 orders now from Pen Heaven - both for Kaweco fountain pens and I’ve been really pleased with both. Great communication and fast shipping and delivery. My go to place for Kaweco supplies
