We just subscribed to Peacock again.And now they're going up on the price.Ridiculous!! It's not often they have good movies on it.Anything to make a dollar.probally be canceling our prescription for good this time.

The app's usability is horrendous, the content they offer is fine but good luck to you if you need to pause the show for any reason and come back to it. It almost never saves your place and repeats 75 seconds worth of ads after you just watched them one minute ago. Then when you try to fast forward to just get back to the place in the show you were at- more ads. Once I am done with the current series I am on, I am canceling my subscription.

Absolutely too many ads for a paid subscription. Example: I press play to start program; ad. Then program intro, which I skip; another ad. And there are ads throughout the whole programming that it takes over an hour to watch a 45 minute show. When you think you’re done with the annoying ads with 2 minutes of programming left, another ad. 🤦‍♀️ I can’t deal with it. I feel they bombard you with ads to make you pay for no ads. Not happening. I’ve unsubscribed.

Even if you can get it on discount not worth.
Way to many interpretations, freezing when you're paying so much.
I will do without.

This buffers so much that it takes 2 hours to watch a 1-hour show

I love the shows but unless you pay almost $20 a month you're loaded with ads. I live on Social Security and cannot afford the plan I have but it has my favorite shows

I just lost a season of Days of our lives. I wss watching last December, 2025 and now it is completely gone. They are showing season 60 with 7 eposides from August of 2025. I tried all the tricks to get it back. Nothing. I have never had this happen on any streaming before!! Time to let go of Peacock.

It's all garbage. Nothing wholesome anymore. I can't open their app or site without being shoved narrative content. I do NOT want to see the whole front page and recommendations filled with hate/violent/drama/he-said she-said/slapping/fighting/stealing/cheating/LGBT content. I get it that's for some, but I want family entertainment. I have to dig very hard to find just the few shows that exist anymore on there. I get far more quality content on HBO & Paramount. There's at least a selection on those sites. There's no dynamic content anymore. It's all the same crap. I really dislike it so I cancelled. It used to be half decent when the streaming site launched, but not anymore.

If I could give zero stars, I would! First, Peacock reals you in with "7 day free trial" yet they make it nearly impossible to cancel before the trial ends! Second, I had to "pay to start new subscription " just for "Manage Subscriptions" to show up. They have no phone number to call to speak to customer service, at least I couldnt find one. And their "chat bot" is a joke. It takes you in circles or just won't respond at all! Its all a big money grab! Roku should boot their app off their TV's! I'm going to complain to them! You should do the same. They are taking advantage of people and robbing them blind!

they can STOP with the f*$king commercials. I see 3 minutes of a show, then 2 minutes of commercials. Like WTF man I thought this was a "streaming" service. it sux. I'll just buy the dvds from now on! Cancelling ASAP. 🙄

My review is specifically about the Tour de france and the Tour de France Femme. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. 1st - Ad-free is not ad-free, which wouldn't be so bad if the commentating was decent. It's not. Bob Rolle is okay, but neither he nor Phil Liggett do anything but repeat what we're seeing on the screen. They seem to be clueless about anything other than basic strategy. They don't seem to keep up with social media or other posts by the teams, so they can't explain things that are going on in the race. Poor Phil, never gets names right ever and this isn't his age. He's always been like this. We were stunned that they brought Phil back for the last 2 days of TDF Femme. He doesn't know all the names of the riders in the men's peloton, let along the women riders. It's embarrassing that he hasn't done enough research.familiarity to pronounce their names. Bob with Christian Vande Velde are better, but can't hole a candle to the announcing that GCN used to provide. They should give up the rights or get a new announcing team. We REALLY miss the GCN streaming service.

I'm disgusted that they force us to watch horror ads while watching their streams. I'm watching Below Deck. I'm terrified of horror films and every ad I get is this TERRIFYING ad for Insidious. I have had nightmares thanks to these stupid ads of people pulling out teeth. Poorly played, Peacock. You're giving me nightmares and I will not pay for your service going forward.

all my other streaming services work just fine on my Smart TV, but Peacock just buffers or freezes up my TV.
Can't watch a single thing, so as soon as I signed up and couldn't watch a single thing I wanted to watch, I canceled immediately!!
Now I know it's not my internet.
So I just use their competitor's, and I got on Amazon prime to purchase only what I wanted to watch from peacock which was the office.

The quality and quantity of content is the worst. I pay less for HBO MAX and get way more actual content. When I had this, I would watch once every two months. Not worth the $$$. The buffering was a killer. Pixelated content as well as just being unable to watch the content. I’d give it a zero. I also cancelled the service, received a confirmation of the cancellation, and they still billed me for the next month. Their customer service is a flat zero.

Worst online customer service. If you get free access through your cable subscription good luck activating it. They require you to create a whole new email/account etc. This is simply to boost numbers of accounts to lie to shareholders about active accounts

I was on the $2.99 Veteran's plan and without notice Peacock downgraded my account and charged me $7.99, where most content is locked. It was barely worth $2.99. 90% of available content on this plan you can get on free sites. Yes, I cancelled after customer service said give us more $. The Veteran's plan is now $6.99 but they didn't even offer that!

Subscribed only for Tour de France. Huge challenge to find the replay if you want to watch the replay in the evening. Can take up to 5 minutes and that stage should be recognized immediately. Was going to stay subscribed to watch Vuelta de Espana. But with this poor customer service, not worth the grief. And we have 2 neighbors racing in both events.

Peacock, you’re greedy. I get your service as a part of my cable package, yet much of the good stuff cannot be watched without paying. No other platform is behaving this way. Hulu, Paramount, HBO, Disney Plus, etc have all opened up their viewing as a part of the bundle. It shows a lot about your network and how evil you are. I won’t even be watching at all. You will not prosper treating consumers this way. It’s bad enough, every time I try to watch I am met with bundle options, when your service is part of my cable package. Do better!!!

I signed up for the basic plan for one reason—to watch a show I’ve been wanting to see. Only after I paid did I discover that the show requires the Premium plan. That feels very deceptive, and the pricing isn’t as clear as it should be before you subscribe.

To make matters worse, I contacted customer service for a full refund after having the app for only 7 minutes. I hadn’t even used the service, yet my refund request was denied. Their customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to make things right.

This was a frustrating first experience, and I won’t be subscribing again.
