I signed up for the basic plan for one reason—to watch a show I’ve been wanting to see. Only after I paid did I discover that the show requires the Premium plan. That feels very deceptive, and the pricing isn’t as clear as it should be before you subscribe.

To make matters worse, I contacted customer service for a full refund after having the app for only 7 minutes. I hadn’t even used the service, yet my refund request was denied. Their customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to make things right.

This was a frustrating first experience, and I won’t be subscribing again.

The only things that are wrong is when im watching the same show on two different devices on the same account it leaves off on where i stoped on one device and doesn’t pick up on the other.Also when I watching an add it restarts the whole time so its longer.it also restarted the entire episode i was watching.

They won’t communicate, so you can’t drop them. They double charged me for “service”! The strangest collection of week old news programs and low-brow “entertainment ”! The best is soccer -in Spanish- and Monday night football! Go monthly if this interests you, but they collect early, by surprise, no refunds!

Some great shows and movies, but they are hard to watch because there is a commercial every 5 minutes. It’s so annoying that I had to turn it off.

They offered me a deal for 2 months for $9.99 they charged me $9.99 a month they would not reimburse me a dime they made me feel like I was in the wrong even though I sent screenshots of the receipt and of my bank statement I will never ever watch peacock again

Peacock double charged me for subscriptions I bought the basic subscription thinking that I could watch the World Cup game and it said that I have to upgrade to the peacock Pro service so I did, and it charged me for both the basic and the pro service and I requested a refund for the basic service that I was double charged for and it denied my refund the worst streaming service ever I swear

Peacock World Cup, blurry image make miss part of the games and shows, I was waiting for the ceremony for the third place it never didn’t show it live. No more peacock.

Buggy as heck! I'm always experiencing technical difficulties and it's frustrating. And I'm paying for the higher end so that I can get local live NBC broadcasting. What's the point if the live show that you're watching is interrupted every 15 seconds with a black screen with colored circles saying to come back later. BS

After losing access to an old email and being double charged monthly $10.99 for over a year attempted to contact cs to cancel the additional account. Unfortunately only allowed through live chat the rep continued to tell me I had to cancel it through Apple???
It took me an hour and 31 minutes to describe in great detail instructions on how to do her job and attempting to convince her to unlock my ability to attach proof providing screenshots of the company she is working for website showing the monthly subscription prices, my 14 mos bank statements and of my phones subscription setting containing no apple subscription she finally canceled it. Horrible horrible customer service.
Never experienced such incompetence before in my life. That in my opinion needs attention

I just paid 7.99 and now I can't watch certain things making me upgrade. I canceled it that fast and will not get again

Terrible! The shows they advertise from SyFy Channel (also part of NBC Universal) have been removed and sold to Amazon Prime; however, they still advertise them as available on Peacock. After subscribing, they have me a hard time to get my fees refunded when they are deceptively advertising content that is not available. False advertising and fraud.

Have only actively been USING the Peacock app for a few days , and the FIRST THING I have noticed …
They sign you out intentionally.. to “try” to get you to sign up thru them with your card . You see , with the Walmart membership, everyone gets to choose to have Peacock or paramount . I chose peacock, but they sign you out ;and you HAVE to go through so many unnecessary steps to sign back in. With CONSTANT PROMPTS trying to trick you into putting in your credit card information! It’s disgusting!

All of these fly by companies, along with ALL the nonsense pay service APPS (own nothing and be happy 🤣) . These people are just TWISTED AND DISGUSTING

The worst,always trying to charge me before my bill is due, when I renewed all of a sudden Dateline wasn't available. Total scammers!!!! Do yourself a favor and download tubi or Pluto or if you are android, just watch Samsung TV.

The cruise. We were into getting a vacation on first show but they show the same ship over and over. We lost all respect.

I am watching the Tour de France. A commercial for this show "The Five Star Weekend" plays, and in the trailer Jennifer Garner says she wants to have a "G-ddamn pajama party." I am a Christian and do not take kindly to this kind of language. This same commercial also automatically plays on the app's main menu. Clean up your act, NBC-Universal.

I have Peacock for just one show really and it is the WORST channel that I have. It's constantly buffering to the point where you have to just forget about watching it.And trust me , I try everything. I wanted to complain about this a year ago , just kind of let it go, got alot going on. I've been a Days fan for 40 years hahaa took time off here and there but at the end of the DAY it's not worth it. Even at lower price

After charging me $116 for a subscription that I had canceled, I chatted with an associate there several weeks ago. They promised an immediate refund. I never got the refund so I chatted with another associate who told me they had had a technical glitch and were going to reissue the refund. Still did not get the refund, contacted Peacock again. This time I was told it was a platform issue on their end and that they would re-issue the refund. Guess what? I still don’t have my refund. Peacock has no telephone number where you can call to speak to a human being. Everything is done via chat. This is despicable, and I urge everyone to stay far, far away from these scammers.

Peacock removed Everybody loves Raymond!!!! Whyyyyy?!?! Now it’s not even worth the subscription or my attention!! I cancelled my peacock account. When Raymond comes back, so will I. #badbreakup

Cannot watch AMERICAS PASTIME unless I get peacock premium? That’s BS! Leave the streaming to MLB. PEACOCK you should be ashamed of yourselves. Trying to turn a buck on a holiday!
