Richard and Chris from Paul Benham Heating Ltd, recently carried out the replacement of a leaking hot water pipe in my home. The standard of their overall workmanship was extremely high. We used Paul Benham to remove an old water tank and install a combi boiler, which we also had moved to a new location (a suggestion by Richard that we hadn't thought of!). Richard and Chris were great, they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day. Really pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use again!

BOILER KEPT LOCKING OUT & WE HAD NO HEAT
I telephoned Paul Benham Heating on 21st February as our boiler kept locking out and we were without heating. I spoke with Richard and he came round that day to see what the problem was. After discussion my husband and I decided to invest in a new boiler and this was installed on the 23rd with some tidying up done the following day. We found Richard and Chris to be professional and polite and we wouldn't hesitate in using them again and we would certainly recommend them.

Post installation, I have used them for the annual service, and cannot fault them for communication, timeliness, workmanship or price. Thoroughly recommended.
