We’ve used Richard twice now for the annual service of our boiler and have been very happy with his work, including resolving the issue whereby our boiler would periodically trip for no obvious reason.

I have just had a new boiler installed and cannot fault Paul Blenham Heating Ltd. I chose them as they were local but came across as honest and considerate to my requirements. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout.The job was quicker than they first thought and the invoice sent through on completion reflected this with a cheaper price than what was quoted and agreed which is a reflection of the honesty of this company. I highly recommend them to anyone considering having heating work done.

I cannot fault this company. Richard and Chris fitted a new shower pump in a very tight space to replace an older faulty unit. Knowledgeable, friendly and my first and ‘go to’ choice for the past 20 years.

Rectified our problem on a newly Installed Boiler (not installed by this company). They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely courteous.

Turned up on time diagnosed problems with boiler and sorted them forthwith. Really knows his stuff and gave me advice on servicing periods plus no silly invoice. As always the best are always busy so give them as much notice as possible don't leave it to last minute to book them.

We'd got 4 quotes for central heating replacement; two from "big" and two from "small" companies. We have decided to go with Richard (Paul Benham Heating & Plumbing), as already at that stage he was the most polite, knowledgeable, keen to understand our needs and ready to offer and discuss solutions. His quotation wasn't the lowest one, but we've never regretted our decision.

Richard and Chris did an excellent, clean and timely installation. Our new central heating is working beautifully and already approaching its first annual service.

I have used Paul Benham Heating Ltd for many years because they offer such a great service. Richard has just carried out gas inspection/service work for me. We recently had our boiler serviced by a well known large local firm. A few months later we had problems with it. We called Paul Benham Heating and asked their advice. They arrived the same day, diagnosed the issue (it is unlikely the original service had been carried out correctly by the other firm), fixed the boiler and were generally fantastic. Highly recommend.

Great service from these guys, second time I’ve used they friendly experienced service. New immersion Cylinder installed and pipe work tidied up first time. Second visit was to solve an issue with over venting of the system and a faulty mid valve, corrective pipework solutions sorted out the problem. Can’t fault their professionalism and work. Will use again.

The Boiler Service was carried out at the agreed date and time with no disruption efficiently and all completed without any fuss.

Having a new boiler a few months ago, I was a little concerned that one particular radiator that was losing heat due to air problems. However, having removed the excess air, the addition of more additive solved the problem. A very satisfactory result.

Punctual in terms of arrival times and completion times, courteous, and most importantly tidy - end of each day made sure that there was no mess from the days work.

Truly a great experience and value for money

I wanted a new gas hob to be fitted and have a gas safety certificate for my property. I thought that the new hob would drop into the aperture but it needed much work to be done to the work surface that Richard undertook without complaint and with great efficiency.
A couple of extra items were pointed out as required which were quickly completed for me and the certificate issued.
An excellent service carried out by a professional team.

I have used Paul Benham’s team a few times now after their first job of a complete heating refitting was done for me. Superb service as always from these guys. Used again a few days ago. Arrived promptly and installed a new gas pipe from outside the house to a new hob. It was tricky in places routing the pipe under cupboards, through walls etc but they did a fab job. Clean and efficient work from the team. Defo use again

This was a tricky job as it had to undo some bad workmanship for a gas boiler installation from a different and previous installer. A few tradesmen didn’t want to do the job. I am pleased Paul Benham’s team took it on. They were brilliant from start to finish. Richard is very professional, friendly and polite. His workmanship was of very high quality. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Will only use him from now on.
