I recently had a new boiler installed by Paul Benham Heating Ltd, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Richard and Chris. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.

Both Richard and Chris were friendly, polite, professional, and respectful of my property throughout the installation. They worked cleanly and efficiently, making sure everything was tidied up at the end of each day. The installation was completed on time, with no unexpected delays or issues.

Richard offered clear, helpful advice beforehand, helping me make informed decisions about the boiler and its new location. As part of the install, a new gas pipe was run to the boiler’s new position, and the work was carried out to a high standard.

I got in touch with Richard as our heating wasn't working properly. He rang the next day to arrange a visit and gave a quote. We arranged a day for the repairs to be carried out and he and Chris arrived promptly. The repairs were carried out quickly and efficiently. Alter hot and cold pipework so when the only bathroom is being refurbished, hot & cold water will still be available downstairs. New pipework hidden discretely behind the boiler. Hot water will have less pipework to travel through to the bathroom. Excellent job at a reasonable price.

Richard and Chris did a very good job of installing my new boiler, this time last year, and now Richard has just completed its first year check and as expected, all good. Small adjustment made, based on my user experience, which will reduce my gas bill. Area left clean and tidy. All my questions answer fully and without hesitation. We were recommended Paul Benham Heating by a friend as we had numerous problems with our central heating. Our central heating pipe work under the floorboards which was about 50 years old was leaking in various places. Richard and Chris replaced all our pipe work ground and first floor. As our boiler was very old he also replaced this with a new one in a better location. The work was carried out very professionally with as minimum inconvenience to ourselves as possible. We would fully recommend Paul Benham Heating and were very lucky to have found two professional and knowledgeable people.

This was first time I used this company - I needed a radiator moved, replacement radiators and a had a radiator that was t working. Richard responded to my enquiry very promptly and arranged a site visit within days. He gave some advice and provided a quote and Chris carried out the work a week later. Both Richard and Chris are very friendly, polite and professional and carried the work out to a high standard - also clean and tidy. The quote was also the final price - no extras. Having had disappointing results with British Gas recently - I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

As on previous visits he was friendly and punctual, straightforward and easy to deal with, whilst also once again being informative as to how to get the most from the boiler whilst minimising unnecessary expense. Its a shame not all tradespeople are this easy to deal with!

Richard services our boiler annually, but I called him this morning when we could hear water gushing under the bath but had no water in the taps. Amazingly he came straight round before a booked job to sort it out for us. He discovered the problem (bad workmanship by fitters when bathroom was renewed had finally given way), did a quick fix, then returned after his booked job to complete. Will return in a few weeks to check how the saturated area under the bath has dried and what, if anything else, needs to be done. Such incredible service - we cannot thank him enough.
