I called early afternoon about an annoying, but non-urgent heating problem. Richard said he would come that afternoon to have a look. Within three hours of my phone call, he had arrived, investigated and located the problem, replaced a faulty component, and thoroughly tested the system, which is now working perfectly again. Highly recommended.
