There was a problem with the works van on the morning of the appointment but I was kept informed of the delay which was not bad, and Richard still did a thorough service of our boiler. He found a fault involving a defective seal, but had the spare on the van as it is apparently a common fault, and showed me the old broken one as well once removed. All done for a reasonable price, and good to support a local business.

Paul Benham heating LTD very kindly came to do a boiler service and Landlord certificate for us. I was contacted straight away after my initial enquiry and date was arranged within a week. The engineer, Richard, was punctual, efficient and gave solid and honest advice when he found a problem with the gas meter. He checked up the same day to see if we were ok and if the problem had been fixed. He then completed his part of the job the following day. I have been so pleased and impressed with them and will definitely be asking them for assistance in the future. Thank you Richard and team!

Not only did Richard and Chris complete the work on my Gas and Plumbing, but was able to make suggestions and give me choices, which I found very helpful. Very clean and tidy and excellent job done. Great people.

Boiler service- As usual Richard arrived promptly and was helpful and efficient. An excellent service.

A cold water cylinder input valve was seeping, leading to dripping from an external overflow pipe. The valve was replaced quickly and efficiently the day after being reported. Great service.

Richard always gives excellent service - he is knowledgeable, punctual and always takes the time to keep me informed about what is going on with my boiler. When there is work to be done, I always feel he has my best interests at heart, rather than being out to make a quick buck. I cannot recommend him too highly.

Richard and Chris installed a new boiler yesterday. They come across as very professional and do a thorough and high quality job. They had serviced our previous boiler for several years. When it packed up a couple of weeks ago during the cold spell Richard came out of hours to fix to keep the boiler running until the installation of a new one.

Was without heating and hot water and they were very helpful and squeezed me in earlier then expected and also come out of hours to sort an issue. Very professional and friendly. Thank you Richard and Chris did a great job fitting my new boiler.
