Paul Benham Heating Ltd. (Richard) serviced our gas boiler in November 2024 in a thorough and professional manner (also checking the radiators) as he has done for the past 8 years of annual services, keeping it in prime condition.

Very prompt and speedy response which was greatly appreciated as we had no heating. An unusual fault that was diagnosed and parts replaced within two days. Great service.

The service is excellent. This is the second boiler service we have had from Paul Benham. Last year was more problematical as the boiler had not been serviced for six years and was showing problems. All sorted and the parts were on the van and fitted as required. This year was easier but just as efficient. Richard is polite and keeps you informed of what is happening. Great piece of mind knowing it is all working properly.

The engineer was very polite. He thoroughly checked the Boiler. I've never seen a Boiler serviced before so I was asking him questions about the boiler I must admit by the time he left I new alot more about Boilers than I did before.He had a sheet and everything he checked he ticked of on the sheet to make shore it was all safe.
