Would highly not recommend! I ordered several items which stated they were in stock on their website and received a confirmation email stating items would be delivered in 5-7 working days.
After over 7 working days I still hadn’t had a dispatched email so I contacted the customer service who stated they were moving warehouses so could not dispatch my stock yet. As a customer I understand this would delay but was immediately shocked that the company would not have thought to email me being honest and updating me through the process. They stated they expected to ship my products in 1 week, so again I waited and heard nothing even after a week.
I contacted them again to be told 3 weeks after my initial order that they did not have the stock and would be cancelling the order and giving me a refund in 2-5 working days. Again, no thought to update me, I had to email and chase them throughout the whole process such awful customer service!
I purchased the items on 26th May 2026 and it’s approaching 5 weeks since and I have no products or no refund. Honesty and communication are key to running a business and customer service, I have received the poorest customer service in a very very long time!
The customer service said that they hope I will be purchasing again soon from Party Delights, I can assure you I will never be purchasing from them ever again.

Ordered 9 items, only 3 arrived and nothing I actually needed, still waiting 2 weeks now for a response from Party delights, but nothing! Non responsive aftercare! Poor service! Do not order from these people, they fail to deliver!

Initially everything went well
Initially everything went well, I ordered on Tuesday and my order arrived on Friday the same week (paid £3.95 delivery charge). I ordered 2 items, one was the correct size but the wrong size had been sent for other item (far too big). I understand that we are all human and mistakes happen. However what happened next is the reason for this 1 star review.
I emailed immediately after opening the parcel on the Friday to say the wrong size had been sent (email sent at 2:11 pm, office hours on website state Monday- Friday 9:00 am - 4:30pm). I wrote on the subject heading that I had recieved the wrong size, thinking that this would flag it as a more important issue so would be dealt with quickly.
I still hadn't heard anything at 3:30pm after picking my children up from school. By that time, I had, had time to try the outfits on them. As I had already guessed, the item sent in the wrong size was far too big. However the smaller sized item fitted both of my daughters.
The item that was sent in error was size 10/12 and I had ordered size 8/10, but now knew that size 6/8 would also fit. The reason I'm saying this is because I knew that I had ordered the last size 8/10 in stock and guessed that when I got a reply they might say that they couldn't locate the size 8/10. So I sent another email attached to my original one saying that I was aware that I had ordered the last size 8/10 and if they couldn't locate it (especially if my 8/10 had been sent to the person who ordered the 10/12) to just send a size 6/8 (which they did have in stock) instead. I explained that I needed the outfit delivered by the following Thursday because they needed to wear them on Friday.
I finally got a reply on Monday afternoon at 2:30pm! As I had already guessed they couldn't locate the size 8/10 and also acknowledged that I needed it by Friday (so they had definitely seen both my emails) but instead of sending the size 6/8 that they did have in stock, they refunded me for the wrong sized item and said that I didn't need to send it back! I emailed again immediately to say that the 6/8 would be a satisfactory replacement but again, no reply. It is now Wednesday and I haven't had any reply, I need the outfit by tomorrow so there is absolutely no time to sort it out now. I ordered nearly 2 weeks before I needed the items I contacted them as soon as I saw the mistake and offered them an alternative because I could forsee there might be a problem getting my correct order sent. All I have to show for it is one correct item and one useless, far too big outfit that I apparently don't need to send back. This doesn't help me at all. I would avoid this company because if you encounter a problem with your order it won't be sorted out quickly, if at all.

Unfortunately, after discovering that the correct size was no longer available, we were unable to fulfil your original order and therefore processed a refund rather than leaving you waiting any longer. We appreciate that you had suggested an alternative size, and we're sorry that we weren't able to accommodate this before your required date.
To confirm our customer service team respond to all emails within 48 hours, working days only, this is Monday - Friday. We do receive 100s of emails a day so aren't always able to respond back the same day but I can see you were responded to within 24 hours.
We sincerely apologise for the initial packing error and for the disappointment this caused, particularly as the outfits were needed for a specific occasion. We understand how frustrating this must have been and regret that we weren't able to provide a satisfactory solution in time.

I Ordered a fancy dress costume which had a delivery estimate of 2-5 days, 10 days later and a message to the company I still have had no response or more annoying the delivery. If they were not able to fulfil the order and let me know I could easily have gone somewhere else.

Great customer service
I read several reviews on here after not receiving my order of several weeks of waiting. Yes they did take a while to deliver, yes they did come in a split package, however I also paid a lot less than other websites. The balloons did eventually come through. The issues that I had I emailed customer services, and they replied very promptly & dealt with the situation almost the next day. With even a partial refund for the issues that I had mentioned.
I was very impressed with the whole customer service & the efficiency of dealing with the situation, therefore I am writing this review to ensure people to not feel put off buying from this site. As you’re saving a huge amount when buying goods from here, just order in advance!!
I will definitely be ordering from them in the future!

Dreadful service
Dreadful service. I ordered party supplies for a 90th birthday party over 2 weeks ahead of time. The website stated delivery in 7 working days. The parcel finally arrived 7 days after the party had taken place.
When I emailed to complain and ask for a refund I received a reply saying 'good news, your parcel has been dispatched'. It wasn't good news as I'd had to order replacement supplies fir the party at the last minute and was out of pocket.
I'm waiting for a refund and an apology.

Wrong order received
Ordered beautiful blue floral plates and flower edged napkins. But that did not arrive!
Instead I received a level 8 bunting, controller paper napkins and a number 8 balloon pack. So I guess I have a little boys birthday party stuff and he has probably got my nice floral stuff!
Need them for this Sunday the 7th of June, NO CHANCE of that happening.
Need to go out and look for a nice substitute.
Please return money in full and postage for stuff that WAS NOT ordered.
First time using, probably will be the last!

Avoid like the plague
Ordered from here 2 weeks ago. Received two items from my large order that can’t be used without the rest of the order. The remainder of the order has been sat for 2 weeks doing nothing. I ordered a second load of party items from Temu/Shein 2 days after this order for a different occasion and they managed to turn up all the way from china before even getting a reply to my email asking where my order was from party delights.

Do not order from this company! Not only have they taken my money and failed to provide the items. They now are not refunding the money i am owed. Iv had to chase after my items after they failed to deliver them expressly., their customer service is slow and takes 48 hours plus to respond.

My order arrived!
I was really worried after I'd placed my order and then read these reviews, but thankfully my item did arrive! It did take a little longer than stated on the website, rather than the 3-5 working days it originally stated, it took around 7 working days.
But I'm happy with my order, and hopefully they can solve the delivery issues for other people, then I'd be happy to order again! Also it was a bargain price as the exact same items were triple the price elsewhere.

Terrible customer service and communication
I’ve have ordered from this company in the past and usually fine, however over 6 weeks ago I ordered stuff over £50 for my little girls first communion, nothing arrived so I ordered more stuff to be here on time, only last week 2 items came, when I contacted the company they said they had delays with a new warehouse move, which I’ve emailed several times and no response and the telephone number is not recognised , products are great when they do arrive, but so disappointed in the service.

Ordered with party delights back on the 20th April and still waiting for items on the 10th May, have just requested a refund but looking at other reviews this might take some time too. Chased up my order after a week and received what seemed like an auto response explaining they were having problems with their warehouse. Chased after another week and was told there was nothing more that could be done, they apologised and mentioned that ‘customer satisfaction is extremely important’ however when I looked on their website there is no mention of goods taking longer than ‘normal’ to arrive and they still appear to be processing new orders despite the fact that customers who ordered 3 weeks ago haven’t received their items yet. I trusted the company would still deliver but they haven’t, now I’ve had to spend double the money getting some last minute decorations for my daughter’s birthday (and the party has been and gone). AVOID!!
