Their founders programme is a big draw too. We spend a lot on cruises so the opportunity to collect points/money off future cruises is brilliant.

We just completed the first cruise we booked with Nikki Chitwood and we have already booked two more. On the cruise we completed, we had a change in plans after booking and she provided suggestions on alternative cruises and she seamlessly made the necessary changes. She was very responsive to our questions from beginning to end and helped make our cruise enjoyable. In each of our dealings, she has been very helpful and responsive. She was very knowledgeable on the cruise line we selected and she handled all or our dealings in a professional manner. We highly recommend her.
