All of my questions and requests were answered quickly. Even though the device was on back order, I was updated and kept in the loop.

Need new cord to charge unit. Got run around. Don't know if I am getting new cord for new machine. Have had less than a week and it doesn't charge. Thinking of returning.

Although this item arrived reasonably quick I wish I never ordered them, I went for the pack of 2 as it was cheaper than getting just 1, I had high hopes for this and started to use it straight away, I was VERY disappointed as it didn't live up to expectations, but continued to use it in the hopes it would get better, I was using on my fingers which tend to seize up and are very painful, and my neck, it actually hurt to use so tried in a few different ways, on the odd occasion I did feel relief it was very short lived, lasting only a few minutes, so wish I had gone with my gut instinct and never ordered in the first place.........waste of time and money, so wish I had remembered about the refund policy but as usual I left it too late.

I finally received my Fllow Saturday, June 14th. and when I checked my order, the box with Fllow was missing the Arthro-Fllow Pads and the two different sets of cables to plug the Arthro-Vfllow Pads and Fllow TENS Pads. I ordered one extra Arthro-Vfllow Pads and two (2) Fllow TENS Pads to utilize with the unit.

The Fllow Carry Bag, one storage chamber at the bottom the machine missed sewing it and there is a hole that let's the charging cable fail out.

As for the unit itself, I plugged it in and fully charged it before using it. The remote unit only charged two (2) bars. I checked to make sure the two (2) charging posts were making contact during the changing process.

I was a police officer for the State of Maryland and was run over, drug down the street, pinned between the vehicle and ta telephone pole and as result my left ACL had to be be fully reconstructed, I ended up bulging disks in my back and neck along with nerve damage and and was diagnosed with Severe Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia.

Over the last thirty (30) years I during physical therapy I they utilized Electric stimulation on my and issued two (2) TENS Units to me, that I wore when I was working. Once I charged your Fllow device, it is working great so far for my Severe Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia and Restless Leg Syndrome. I am primarily wheelchair bound so this type of device is essential for me. It helps to stimulate my body and circulate my blood.

I am looking forward to receiving the two (2) different cables and the Arthro-Vfllow Pads that were supposed to be in the unit and so I can enjoy using the Arthro-Vfllow Pads and Fllow TENS Pads I purchased.

I have 3 of the paingone+ pens.The original bought back in 2018. Other two within the past few years. One upstairs, one down and one in my handbag! They are amazing! My original one is the favourite as you turn it on and get to work with no further pressing. The more recent ones have to be held on while using which I personally find tricky, especially with painful wrists and thumbs.
I’d love to know why they altered them.
All in all though I wouldn’t be without any of them.

Ordering on line was easy. The product seems to be working for my wife's legs and my shoulder.

I bought my pen while living in New Zealand where I was constantly being bit by sandflies. We are now living in Spain where the sandflies have been replaced by mosquitos- not sure which is worse to be honest. But every year I bring out this pen and give myself 5-6 shots of this pen,, yes there are small pin prick type sensations but I find the relief almost instant and relatively long lasting. Looking at the pens now mine must be really old as I purchased it about 10 yrs ago and it is not white like the current ones but is green with a purplish button and nib. Works well for my requirements.

I got 2 pens because they were on offer, I have tried them both incase one was faulty but both of them feel like I'm being tasered! It's so painful and even through clothing! I tried to persevere for a few seconds incase this improved but I couldn't tolerate it and my clothing began to have a strange burning smell to it - definitely going to be returning these - terrible experience - how some people can't feel anything at all is beyond me!

The remote quit working after a few months. Only used it 3 time. A person from paingone is emailing me back and forth but is blaming on me that I dropped it ect. It is useless with out the remote. 400.00 bucks wasted mtrenor anchortruck

I'm been using and two weeks later keep coming back from my knees so little pain and I will let you know if I have to buying again. Thank you so much

Ils ont changé de marque après Livia, c’est maintenant Ellune. Mais c’est la même entreprise mensongère derrière. N’Y VOUS AVENTUREZ PAS!

Worst item I’ve ever bought. Which is all on me I guess. Literally just pulses at the “pain” spot while relieving none to even causing more pain. No relief whatsoever. This product is a joke and am sure the only people who put good reviews were paid.

Not effective at all waste of money after you see it's effectiveness or say un-effectiveness.

Omg I totally love this little product that packs a punch, now I rarely write reviews but I had to write about this. I firstly seen this sometime last year but thought too expensive but when I came across it a few weeks ago I thought sod it, if it helps my arthritis then I'm going to try it. Now transparency here I won't lie, depending on your own pain threshold you may not be able to withstand the little electric shocks after all this is a tens machine but if you are genuinely in pain then please give this a go make it work for you. I suffer from arthritis in my feet/ankles, knees, hands/fingers, I'm 6l, still work and my job is full on some days I feel like I've been hit by a bus, I've been using Paingone for just over a week now and wow I can't get over how much pain relief it has given me, now like I said it is like tiny little shocks and sometimes like a stinging feeling but if you keep moving it around you will find where on your body works best for you after all we are all different. All I can genuinely say is it's working for me, I took it into work last week I had everyone trying it and 3 of my colleagues have ordered it, honestly to be able to get to the end of my working day and walk out feeling great well I'm so glad I made the purchase, it runs on a triple A battery guys, no wires, no inconvenience and it's compact, take it anywhere, do I recommend too right I recommend it. 😀

My. Dog chewed the charging cord and my pads. Ordered new pads but they do not sell the charging cord. So my unit is now worthless. So buyer beware, you cannot replace the cord to use your unit. I even tried eBay.

I did contact you and was told you do not have replacement cords. You have all my information. If you have a cord send it.
Update! Thank you, they sent me a replacement cord. Happy I can use my unit again.

Aucun effet sur mon arthrose du pouce et je l’applique plusieurs fois par jour. Cela me soulage quelques secondes et la douleur revient. De l’arnaque !

did not help my back as i could not work it from the back. Returned both pens and they signed for package but said I only returned one pen -the opened one . I will not buy ANYTHING from this shyster company again and I am making everyone I know aware of this.

Have been trying to make contact for over 3 weeks as I need to return the Paingone Plus , Tens Pen. Answer Service asks for contact number to return the call but they never do. Very frustrating.
