I'm only rating it a 4 because I don't know yet how long the relief will last. I've been suffering with what seems like sciatic pain for a few years now, but it usually comes and goes. No diagnosis from a doctor in UK, but they were happy to prescribe me drugs I'm reluctant to take. (Medication previously used as an antidepressant) Now to treat nerve pain apparently. Anyhow I've been in the worst pain I've felt for past few days, my gf came home with this device that looked like a bloody pen. I was appreciative that she could see my pain but upset she had purchased something that is a joke, however I was in such pain I agreed to give it a go. To my complete astonishment, I felt immediate relief, like 70 -80% reduction in pain. I genuinely wouldn't believe it. I pray this continues to work for me so I can return to work. Once a sceptic , tried and tested customer that is extremely grateful. One question , does anyone know life span of product? Instructions were a big vague on this

I placed my order since June 28, 2026. My order status has not shipped. I emailed regarding this and all I got was we will check why your order hasnt shipped.
I emailed again and have not gotten a response.
I would like a FULL REFUND!

Having v trouble with return

I had no problems with my orders. Everything came pretty quick.

I’m very familiar with Tens machines so was not surprised by the ‘electric shock’ sensations which can indeed be uncomfortable when used on some areas near tendons
Moving the pen around the area helps to minimise discomfort and the pain relief for arthritic thumb joints has been excellent.
Bonus is that it relieves itching from mossie bites too!

Beware return shipping fees!
I purchased this product for my mother’s nerve pain. Unfortunately, it exacerbated her issues leading to leg tremors. To my surprise, return shipping cost from California was $100. Customer service was dismal. Corporate jargon, asking if I received an email stating I was responsible for return shipping fees. Repeating that it is an FDA approved device, and if I was using it correctly, and that they stand behind their product. Pablo, the customer service rep then tried to sell me an another device. I do not recommend this product or company to anyone with nerve issues or RLS, and if you don’t live in Kentucky check the return shipping fees first.

You offered discounts at checkout snd then took them away st final checkout. Bate and Switch is illegal and such tactics to be reported to FCC and Better Business Bureau.

I was reluctant to buy this Fllow because of the price but it was worth it. It feels absolutely wonderful while it's running but I have to be careful not to run it at too high a setting. After using it for the first week I had some serious cramps in my calves and had to stop using it for several days then start again at a much lower setting. [Initial setting was 75 and now using between 35 and 50]
I do notice some improvement in my feet and legs but nothing dramatic. I use it every evening and hope eventually to increase the settings because the higher settings feel even better but I don't want to get cramps again.
I tried the knee pads once but the pads are so sticky and I hate touching them so I won't use them very often. They did feel good though.
Definitely not sorry I bought this.

C’est le deuxième que nous avons, et le boîtier ne fonctionne pas correctement. Visiblement au vue des commentaires il s’agit d’un problème connu.
Il s’allume et au bout de quelques minutes indique une erreur, s’éteint ou s’emballe (et envoie des décharges fortes).
Le service client ne semble pas avoir le temps de répondre aux messages et c’est très dommage…

It just doesn’t work for me it doesn’t stop the pain even slightly it is uncomfortable to use I wouldn’t mind that if it worked.
I cannot understand all the reviews saying it is amazing and would recommend it I can only come to the conclusion it is the placebo effect which is quite common with all these gadgets which is all they are

It was easy to order and it arrived in Prompt time My sister called when it arrived and was very excited and I haven/t heard how she liked it yet.

A simple little TENS machine, much easier to use than a previous one from another supplier that uses sticky pads. It is very effective at reducing pain in both knees and shoulders.

Not received order. DHL at fault.Customer services were slow, but I did find an agent who really did help swiftly.He sent me another paingone pen 48 hour delivery which I receivef. Sadly I have returned the item as I did not like the strong sensation it gives.Purchased UK.

I waited a while to comment on whether paingone provided me with any relief from the dreadful hip pain in case the benefits weren’t long lasting. I must say that I have found it to be a great help in reducing the pain in my hip and knee enabling me to sometimes walk without a stick. As a result I am in fact bound to say that it does work and I’m very glad I invested in paingone.

At first product seemed ok when tried on areas of the body that had moderate pain.Hoever for extreme pain i just about felt the devices pulses, so i had to press harder to feel it.This did not work well as although pressing harder on the extremely painful area i ended with deep bruising for a week. I boight the painplus with gel, the gel did absolutely nothing to help. I feel really let and have loss hope.

Found it to be a useful tool in part managing pain from arthritis.
