I’m not sure this is for me - I have found that the sensation is not pleasant. I have not given up on it yet though and will try to get used to it as there is a 60 day money back guarantee

I wish I had known that it wasn't suitable for people with atrial fibrilation before I purchased it.

Absolutely brilliant is all I can say ! I was in pain with my shoulder for several weeks , tried the usual topical gels ,various pain killers without much luck , could hardly raise my arm and trying to put a coat on was Nye on impossible. After four days of using Pain Gone it greatly improved after a week I was discomfort free ! I must admit I didn't expect much but thought I'd give it a go and so glad I did. Ordered my Paingone TENS pen direct from the company online. Really straightforward and it arrived very quickly.
I have trochanteric bursitis together with sciatica 😱 and have found some relief from using the pen. I think I may be expecting a bit much but it does give some relief.

Purchased fllow™ machine and it was not for me. The low-level electric charges did not feel good on my person. Following instructions to the letter on paingone® website I returned it expecting my $428 refund (for machine and cozy feet cover). Within the 60-day trial period. Nothing. I emailed, no response. The number on the site was a bad number. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, who spoke with someone that told them I “received the product in good condition”, which, yes, I did—but that was not the issue. Dispute was closed. I requested the dispute be reopened and uploaded images of a copy of their website instructions that I screenshot at the time I was preparing the parcel for return to a PO Box in Florida; as well as an image of the USPS receipt with tracking number and the $36 charge for insurance and mailing. It was to arrive in 3-5 days. According to the person at my local post office where I returned to confirm what the USPS message read: “ Delivered 4:27am on [date]. On a whim, I looked up paingone® website Returns and Refunds page—it was a different state! Instead of Florida, it now reads Kentucky. I am a senior on a fixed income who is out $428 (+$36 to return). “Caveat Emptor!” (Buyer Beware!)

Arnaque : j'ai passé commande début février, nous sommes en avril je n'ai toujours rien.
Un service client déplorable qui donne des réponses dignes de la pire des IA. Le colis est censé avoir été renvoyé 3 fois, je n'ai jamais eu de suivi, jamais reçu de mail et comme par hasard, il venait toujours de revenir dans leur locaux quand je les appelais.
Toujours pas de remboursement. Ne faites pas comme moi, économiser l'argent que vous ne reverrez jamais.

Product received in an expedient manner. No damages

The representative was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Nothing went wrong BUT there are missing logical functions or explanation in the documentation.

1. I have to set EVERY time the intensity
2. There are NO indications on the Main Unit what time, function the Remote transmitted to the Main Unit
3. Which and how many "Massage Functions" are used
==> I.E The massage program starts with the massage no x for this REASON
==> Than Massage program from number 1 to number xxx are being performed including toes, calfs etc. to do the following massage functions to improve the Nerv System of the foot sole, the lower foot etc etc

The customer should be informed what Massage programs in what form are being used, applied.

GETTING THE MACHINE

I don't like taking lots of tablets but as you get older it seems This is the only way to feel pain free. However after a family member recommend the pain plus I have not looked back. This portable little pain plus fits perfectly in my handbag so I can zap away the pain. Even works through denim. Perfect little zapper 😀

I am using it daily and slowly increasing the intensity. I can feel it all the way to my calves. I feel that it dow help with the circulation in my legs.

I can't weight to receive it!

I’ve tried lots of things to ease pain due to degenerative disc disease pre and hip pain and this absolutely works for me. The sensation takes some getting used to but it’s so worth it. It doesn’t block 100% pain for me every time but takes the edge off it and makes it very manageable.
It helps me keep far more mobile and do things that I would normally avoid.
I’ve recommended the Painbegone Plus to about 10 people and all have had positive results.
Mine had a minor fault after over a year and they replaced it within days. Brilliant service!
