Very pleased with my glasses, look better than I expected them to. Good quality.

CONS:
- Did not receive frames that I purchased a month before that was supposedly to arrive this week
- Was not given ANY notice
- Was given excuse after excuse in the noticeable delay
- Was not given the promised refund in a timely manner
- Had to contact the supplier myself to get answers
- No phone number to contact (...shady...)

I purchased two frames from this site because I thought... 50% off... what a great deal.
I was dead wrong.

I purchased my glasses on 1/30.
After the alotted time for shipping, I contacted OzealGlasses directly because the status just kept saying "processing."

They notified me AT THAT POINT (actual correspondence on 2/14):
"I am sorry that we had taken maintaining service and upgrades for factory machines system during 28th January to 8th February. All machines had stopped processing until 9th February.

Please accept our apology for this delay as your orders normally should have been shipped out by now. So because this maintaining duration taken for days, we are now offering partial refunds for your orders since this issue was solved. We have processed your order by 13th February. We will then deliver your order as soonest as possible. I will be appreciated for your understanding. Have a great day!"

Only received the refund today. 2 weeks after the fact...

I found out that my order was then soon on its way:
"Yes, we will ship out your order by early next week. So it would be arrive in 3-4 days after that. Many thanks."

Then I found an email this morning that said that one of the frames I ordered was OUT OF STOCK...
"Your order 307465773 has out of stock, do you want change another frame or refund your money?"

No apology, no reason. Just a plain message that said, "Hey we screwed up. Here's your money back."

I chatted with the online sales person, Lily (probably a robot), on the website and was told that the warehouse JUST notified them (a month after I paid for it?!). And that the shipping date WAS JUST A GUESS.

SO: Don't buy here if you like to get what you pay for and good customer service.

Frames great, but tint not as dark as I had expected for sun glasses, disappointed

This is the second time I have used Ozeal, and have been pleased with them both times, and if they don't suit you then you can return them for a refund or replacement. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

For the price, cannot fault the whole package. Arrived in the time specified.
Ozeal offer many discounts. Shop around the internet to find their best discount code.

I didn't want to spend my on glasses as I only have a slight prescription so I though I'd try buying some online. For only £18.99 after the half price offer I thought I didn't have much to lose. I had to wait about 2 weeks for the glasses to arrive but they arrived today and i have to say I'm very pleasantly surprised! They came in a lovely sturdy case and shock horror, they suit me! They look very stylish and modern and my vision is veryclear.

I ordered a pair of titanium bi focal glasses on the 28/12/13. I too expected to receive them in about 10 days. 2 weeks later after they hadn't arrived I chased them to be told the frames had to come from abroad so were delayed. Would I accept a 30% refund by way of apology. I accepted and the glasses arrived about a week later. They only lasted a week however! Both eye lenses snapped where joined to the nose bridge in exactly the same place! No drops or misuse, they just snapped. I've returned them and was initially told they would remake in 24 hours. That was nearly 2 weeks ago now, and still nothing. I'll update this review if anything happens but as things stand I simply cannot recommend this company at all. I doubt I'll see the glasses or my money again.

I wanted to like this business with its good prices and discounts and handsome frames. But my experience was unforgiveably poor. After waiting the alotted time for processing I inquired about status of my order. I was told routine machine maintenance taking place was delaying my order. The maintenance period began after the date when my glasses should have been completed. I waited a few days and wrote again pointing this out. I was then, and only then, told that the frames were out of stock. I demanded and received an immediate refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I placed an order on the 27th of January for a two pairs of single vision glasses. According to the FAQ's on the Ozeal website it would take 5-7 days to process the glasses and 2-3 days for postage. After 7 business days of my order saying processing I contacted and was abruptly told to wait 10 business days.

I contacted again today as it was 10 business days. I was told that their machines were undergoing maintenance between the 28th of January and 9th of February. When I asked why they were still taking order and not informing customers of this they made a petty excuse about being able to fulfil orders, despite obviously not being able to do so.

I now have to wait 10 days to receive a refund.

Very bad customer service, no transparency and overall poor effort by Ozeal Glasses.

I must disagree, the only reason I found out about the issue was because I asked multiple times. A business should be open and transparent to it's customers, if you know you were going to be doing scheduled maintenance you should have told customers this when they ordered. As it was you just left customers to wonder why orders were taking so long. Very bad customer service.

Everything is as described, except that it looked bigger than the picture. But it's not the fault of the company because it said medium size and I overlooked it but it suits me perfectly. Overall, good quality, very prompt service and I would definitely recommend!

I ordered two pairs of glasses online which offered 50% off as a first customer. It didn't work on order form but ordered anyway. I sent email to customer services which was answered very quickly and was assured I was eligible for 50% discount and that the money would be refunded within ten business days. And it was!
The specs arrived in a short time and very very good value for money. They were sent in very stylish (but large) quality cases with a nice cleaning cloth inside.
My first transaction with this company was first class.

I have worn glasses for many years and as I wear them all the time I like to have a few pairs on the go.
I like my glasses to be a bit different from my small town Opticians choice so I have bought my glasses online coming up for 10 years now
I have tried many sites and I can say that I have found Ozeal the best site by far
