Zest Chiropractic is a chiropractic clinic in Moseley, Birmingham, offering chiropractic care for adults across Birmingham and Solihull. I'm Lisa Archer, a chiropractor with over 20 years of clinical experience and one of only two chiropractors in Birmingham trained in the Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC™) method. ABC™ is a highly specific technique that focuses on body structure and posture. I work with patients presenting with back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, migraines and posture concerns, always taking time to identify the underlying cause of symptoms rather than addressing them in isolation. My approach is calm, thorough and tailored to each individual. You'll receive clear explanations, honest advice and a care plan built around your specific needs. If you're looking for a precise, professional and caring approach to chiropractic care, I'd love to help.

Amazing service

Lisa has been brilliant I walked into the clinic in absolute agony with my lower back and she has got me back to normal within a couple of weeks by using her techniques I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone with back problems
Very easy booking system
Clean & tidy environment

I have been a patient of Lisa Archer for several months.
I am suffering from a trapped nerve in my neck and shoulder leading to severe pins & needles discomfort and pain.
Initially, I was referred by my GP to the NHS Orthopaedic Clinic for treatment and prescribed strong nerve pain medication to alleviate the condition.
I found that the appointments offered by the NHS, whilst giving some short-term relief, did not improve my ongoing condition. So, I sought a solution that I felt would deliver measured results.
Lisa is a qualified Chiropractor and been in this business for over 20 years dealing with many different conditions, particularly spinal, neck and shoulder-related issues arising from muscular strain including repetitive strain or sporting and dancing issues.
A set of milestones was discussed and mutually-agreed upon, which gave me the confidence to embark upon the course of treatment.
The attendance, which we agreed upon, was more targeted and at a pace that I could cope with. My condition has continued to improve in just a few months and I feel well-on-the-way to a full recovery.
I was unhappy with the strong medication prescribed by my GP and have steadily reduced this to nil – and I now take a small amount of regular strength painkillers when necessary.
I have already returned to an active lifestyle thanks to the professional treatment provided by Lisa Archer.
I recommend Lisa without hesitation.
