Terrible refund process
I bought a water bottle but had to return it as it wasn't what I wanted. They received the bottle on 22nd May and said my refund would be processed in about 5 to 10 days. However,despite giving themselves that extraordinary length of time, it took until 10 June and about four emails, including a threat to take them to a small claims court, to actually receive it. And despite all the inconvenience, they reduced the refund by the postage amount. Not a good customer experience and I won't be buying from them again.

The whole process was easy. Good communication throughout.
I was kept informed and timelines kept throughout the process. The staff were very positive and supportive throughout.

Purchased a jacket
Purchased a jacket, when it arrived I found it was too big.
I immediately contacted the retailer and asked for a replacement, next size down.
Repacked and sent original back on the same day.
The company have refused the process of a replacement, accusing me of causing a contamination of the jacket, a small mark on one of the sleeves.
I contacted them to refute their allegation.
After their investigation, contact with jack wolfskin who, confirmed the jacket did not have mark on the sleeve.
They again blamed me of causing the mark on the sleeve.
I unpacked the jacket and tried it on and immediately repackaged it.
They have blatantly accused me of being dishonest.

Nope.
If you want an item, that the seller actually has in stock, and you want it delivered within the stated time, then shop elsewhere. As with all the other bad reviews on here, I'm sure there will be a unhelpful excuse, instead of an acknowledgement that they offer a poor service. It's now 8 days since I placed my order, only just been dispatched. Just rubbish, no excuses. Do better. Order number OGB12645428

Amazing service
Amazing service - first off an item I bought failed on first use and they replied to my email asking for a replacement within 10 minutes giving me a returns label. Then... a total fiasco with my return meant that I sent them the completely wrong parcel - a pair of super expensive running shoes meant to go to a different store. Again, they replied so quickly (after I spent 40 mins in a queue to Royal Mail... and emailed Royal Mail with no response as yet) saying they'd received the parcel and they would send them back to me. I'm so relieved - had no idea if they would be able to find them. Super impressed with their efficiency which is all the more remarkable given how inefficient certain places seem to be.

Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague.
Selling products that they do not have despite them being advertised as being in stock. Subsequently unable to obtain the products from their suppliers.
Wasted time, poor customer service and still left without products despite them taking the money.
Truly awful.

Wrong Product Received
I ordered a jacket using their website, with my mum by my side ensuring that the correct jacket was ordered.
We ordered the Musto Snug Blouson 2.0 jacket and the money for this jacket was taken. We then noticed on the order confirmation is stated Musto Snug Shell, but we just assumed it was the same jacket but a different name for the order confirmation.
Low and behold, wrong jacket arrived. We contacted them to be told they didn't stock the Blouson 2.0, when the link was sent to correct them that they did, they apologised and said "they didn't realise" but we must have ordered the wrong jacket.
We requested to exchange, but apparently this is not a service they offer. We would have to create another order, pay for the postage for that, AND pay to return the wrong jacket- so pay for postage a total of 3 times.
Their customer service has been less than helpful, and I wouldn't recommend using this company at all. Had it just been myself, I could have put this down to my error, but for two of us to check, and double check, and it still to be "wrong" and for them to say they didn't even stock the alternative (when in actual fact they do!), I know this isn't my error.

The parcel arrived quite quickly
The parcel arrived quite quickly, but on condition that the product I needed was in stock! So guys, before ordering, ask the store support about the availability of the product you are interested in. My order arrived exactly as I ordered: the model of trousers, color and size. The support works quite quickly and helps in case of problems. I recommend!

Great customer service
Royal mail 24 system arrived nearly a week late. No fault to Outdoors GB but the guys at Outdoors GB were great at chasing it down and keeping in touch, following it through to delivery. Nice customer service. Would 100% use Outdoor GB again.

Wish I could give zero stars
Paid 24 hour delivery to have item delivered 2 days late.Returned and since the 1st of May waiting for my refund. I have contacted via live chat to be told refund not processed and will take another two days to investigate. Appauling company and service, reportable to the regulator.
If I could give zero dears, I would.

Breaking consumer rights act for refund
Had a jacket that has now been returned twice with a faulty zip with minimal wear within a few months of order. After the 2nd return I requested a refund, which they agreed to. Parcel was dispatched but then no communication. Chased them up and they are now saying that the jacket has been returned to the manufacturer for warranty assessment and they will connect me in 28 days.
The consumer rights act states that the shop is responsible for resolving the issue but the manufacturer. Still waiting for their reply!
[Edit after reply. The consumer rights act clearly states that you the retailer must resolve the issue NOT the manufacturer. By sending the jacket back to the manufacturer you are NOT adhering to the act. If this is not resolved in 7 days I will be taking this further. Order number OGB12565947]

Awful service will never order again
Awful service will never order again. Ordered and paid online, 1-3 days delivery. After a week eith no delivery I chased them via their Chatbot - aplogised for the delay, said they would verify with dispatch and come back to me via email. Email arrived 24 hours later stating that I was now required to pay more for the postage due to a 'sudden' cost increase. Ridiculous service - demanded a full refund.

Great shirt, I went one size larger than usual and the fit is good.
Nice to have a long sleeve shirt that will help with the dreaded Scottish midges.

Fantastic level of Customer service…
Fantastic level of Customer service after I was too quick in placing my order, not realising that my old address was used and the goods in theory being delivered to the wrong location.
Received an email first thing the following day to say that my email had been received and actioned accordingly. Great to see Customer communications are being monitored in a timely manner.

Great compass; Lousy fitting.
I am very pleased with the compass and it looks good fitted. But.. (1) The fitting template is very misleading. The prescribed hole is at least 4 mm too big and the screw hole positions did not match the bracket positions. (2) The very flimsy means of clamping the compass in position is totally inadequate.
Fortunately Heath Robinson could sort that out.

Ordered, out of stock, wasn’t told
Ordered 20th April, still hadn’t had a despatch notification 5 days later, so contacted them, for them to tell me that they are out of stock and they can only refund me. No notification or anything. Makes me wonder if they were hoping the order would be forgot about so they didn’t need to refund.

I got the explanation after chasing your support team myself. They are out of stock. The point is I waited 5 days, received nothing, and had to chase you myself. The product still shows as in stock on your website too for others to order.
