Amazed at the service I received on returning items bought in error. All of the hassle of arranging transport was taken out and a full refund made even though the fault was completely mine. Thanks for a very impressive performance.

Terrible company! Ordered some motorhome covers 6 weeks ago, they haven't arrived nor have they answered their phone/replied to emails/social media messages or replied to answer phone messages left. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Its as if they don't exist!

We approached this company to fix or replace the satellite dish on the roof of our motorhome. The service was excellent and the communication great. We were very pleased with the standard of the work carried out and the friendliness with which we were treated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Had a number of electrical problems with our motorhome which were diagnosed and fixed in a timely fashion. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and kept us informed on progress throughout. When the van was ready to pick up we were walked through all the repairs carried out with everything explained as to what was wrong and what was fixed. We were also made aware at each stage of the likely costs before being asked whether to proceed or not so we weren’t left with a huge and unexpected bill at the end. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Satellite system that was fitted when we got the van stopped working , so we bought an ex-demo system from Outdoor Bits website, which Dave fitted having removed the old one first.
End result is a much better setup which even I understand after Dave's patient explanation of how it works !
He's left room for a solar panel too...perhaps next year.

Visited Outdoorbits for advice re retro fitting an awning to our motorhome, Dave inspected and advised on type and size. We went for the Fiamma F45s which was fitted today, really nice job. Dave even sorted out a squeak which has been driving me nuts, so nice quiet drive home.

Booked our new campervan in for a gas check. David completed it thoroughly and then took time to explain the gasflo system to us - we feel totally reassured and much more confident. A great service and only charged for half an hour’s labour. Would definitely recommend and we shall be using for all our servicing needs going forward.

Utter diabolical and incompetent idiot that runs this one man band shambolic business. Trades as agent fiamma at shows and promises the world and can't deliver. Doesn't have stuff in stock. Parts never turn up.

We have been using Outdoor Bits for 5 years and the service has always been excellent. David and staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, explaining all options and actions very clearly and give us confidence in the work they carry out. Fantastic.

A really great experience with my order. From the first time I spoke to Jack at Outdoorbits and through to delivery everything was handled very professionally and nothing seemed like too much trouble. My order placed on Friday afternoon was delivered first thing Monday morning. Great service

This is a quality business. The expertise in all things Motorhome and caravan is not available anywhere else in the uk .

Avoid at all costs!! Ordered bike cover said it was in stock and ready for immediate delivery, a week later it’s not in stock but on back order! Never answer phone poor communication no refund

BEWARE! I have no axe to grind but I speak as I find. I booked the Motorhome in for a platinum service solely to include a new fuel filter. Imagine my surprise at home the next day to find the old fuel filter still in situ! I rang & rang but never got an answer.I drove back to Exmouth and tackled the so called technician who at first told me a new filter is fitted inside!? When I pointed out it was a sealed metal unit & showed photos of it still encrusted with cobwebs & my date mark on it, I got a refund of money but no apology. An out & out deception! Need I say my cherished Motorhome will NOT be going there again.

Don't use this company. I ordered a switch for my truma boiler. There website said it was in stock . They took my money then sent an email saying the item was out of stock . Would I like to leave it on back order. Or I could phone them on a PREMIUM RATE NO . I tried to phone(on their landline number quoted on their website) 22times and nobody answered the phone. I replied saying I would like to talk to them about the order please call me giving my phone number . I knew there was the part I needed at Grove products but they are only wholesale and would not sell direct to me. They would not answer what I put in my email or call me but just kept sending emails asking if I wanted it kept on back order or a refund ... They would not speak to me so eventually I recieved a refund and got a lovely lady Sally Matthews at our local dealer Salop Leisure has ordered it for us to get it before we go away again shortly . I will never use this company again .. absolute terrible service

Having previously ordered products online and received excellent service I decided to ask them to install a new Satellite dome and Solar panel on my Motorhome. The work and date were agreed via email and the installation was completed as scheduled. The work was completed to a high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending Outdoorbits.

Outdoorbits sorted out the problems with my Tetesat system, the main dealer seemed to have no idea.

Ordered a new Oyster Base Plate and a Roof Gland kit. Oyster Base Plate arrived but no gland kit. I rang numerous times on all numbers and it was not answered once. I used their contact email system, again no response. Eventually I used the online Chat on the Outdoor Bits website and spoke to ‘Sarah’ who apologised and said the oversight would be resolved and sent out to me. It has not arrived on the delivery date promised. Update, component has arrived so I have adjusted my review as they did send it out as promised. However having phones and then not answering them is simply not good enough! Thank you for completing my order but please work on getting orders right first time or at least letting the customer know of any shortages. Finally answer the phones and talk to people!!

Ordered a Fammia Privacy Room which turned up on time. But.... I believe they have sent me the wrong fixing clip system for the F45s, they have sent the one for a Omnistor. The phone just rings constantly and I have sent 2 emails. No response. Shame as the initial delivery was excellent. If they ever bother to respond and sort it out I will update my review and give them more stars.

It took OutdoorBits over three weeks to supply a 12v power supply/ battery charger for my mother's caravan. There was no communications from them regarding the order delivery date until, after numerous attempts over a period of two weeks to contact them, David finally responded saying the item had been dispatched.
The unit arrived two days after dispatch (three weeks after ordered) in good condition and well packed.
The delay in supply wouldn't have been a problem if OutdoorBits had been better at communicating the expected delivery date and had been so difficult to contact (the thought crossed our minds that they'd gone out of business). Still, they came through in the end.

We recently had a solar panel fitted to our motorhome and a satellite update by David at OutdoorBits and he did a fantastic job. He was very professional and explained everything very well.
We would certainly recommend OutdoorBits.
