Non responsive- Avoid!!
Hiya,
I have emailed and phoned you several times today (my phone got disconnected , as if someone was disconnecting it after a ring or two). I had received a delivery slot for Thursday 6th July PM time with no further details. I have stayed home to receive the delivery. There has been no tracking number or anything, I have emailed and called you to get in touch however no response whatsoever. I have paid for an item and been promised delivery today. Where is the item I paid for?
Update 12th July: they responded to my email last Friday and said the courier was refused entry to my property. I spoke with concierge and I was told no delivery / access issues existed and I had received other parcels on that day. I have emailed Orchard-Home on Monday 10th, Tues and Wed as well , they don't respond. They don't respond to your phone calls at all. I have disputed this with PayPal.

Avoid they do not respond to emails !!
Still trying to organise a date for delivery if replacement as item damaged and unusable initially replied to emails now have stopped I’ve had to start a claim through PayPal shocking service I’m so disappointed as the item was a present for my daughter if someone is reading this please get in touch with regard to organising a replacement.
Update - have now received replacement and everything is Ok I do not think company is a scam just a bit disorganised but it does cause the customer stress.

Injury sustained during delivery - no response
I ordered sofas at the Ideal Home Show. They were delivered within a week and they are great.
However, they sent only 1 man to deliver, so he asked for assistance. Being helpful I said OK. The first sofa started to slip and I asked to stop. He put his end down without warning and I was left carrying the weight. The sofa fell and twisted my hand. I was in a great deal of pain so I grabbed children who helped to finish the job. I spent Easter Saturday at minor injuries checking it wasn't broken. They said not, but I'm now 4 weeks in and still can't use my hand properly and the bone is painful.
I've contacted the company several times but apart from one holding email they are now not responding.
They have a duty of care not only to their driver but to me as client and they have failed.
Dreadful customer service.

We sincerely apologise for the service you received during delivery of the sofas. As advised delivery was made by a 3rd party courier who we have forwarded details of your injury on to. We have been advised an internal investigation is being carried out.
As per our delivery terms linked below all our deliveries are a kerb-side only delivery to door or garage so any decision made by the driver to help you into the house with the sofas was entirely at his discretion and any damage to property or injury that occurs as a result falls outside of the extent of our terms of contract. I appreciate your order was not placed through the website so apologies if you were not advised of this by our Team at the Ideal Home Show.
Our customer service team have responded to your emails to advise as soon as we have more information with regard to the claim submitted to the courier we will be in touch with the next steps and hope we can resolve this adequately for you.

Scam company! Ordered around 60 days ago and still no goods. Ignore all emails. Just started chargeback.

Completely false.
1. The product did not describe it was a preorder item.
2. The email provided on checkout was correct as TrustPilot contacted myself using this email to confirm this review is correct - as you have tried to remove it.
3. You received 3 emails from me and all was ignored.
4. You made no attempt to contact or reply to emails.
BEWARE! VERY SHADY COMPANY. PLEASE READ ABOVE.

Unfortunately, this order was for a pre-order item due for restock Early June. This information is present on the product page and was also sent via email upon ordering. Unfortunately, the email entered upon ordering was incorrect which explains why you did not receive the order confirmation email or pre-order notification. Unfortunately, this only came to light once a chargeback was received, the notification of the chargeback was the first correspondence we received with regard to this order.
The chargeback has been accepted our end resulting in full refund but we will be happy to have the item delivered Early June when the unit is back in stock if you would like to reorder. Please drop our team an email on info@orchard-home.com if you would like to reorder and our team will be happy to apply the 10% discount that was included in your original order.
Love the furniture, disappointed re guarantee
Absolutely love the furniture I ordered at the Ideal Home Show, and the delivery a week later was great, exactly as promised. They were very helpful and responsive to a query I had about access for the sofa. So, all good, well done - HOWEVER, I'm very sorry to say I feel 'conned' by Thomas at the Ideal Home Show. He quoted me a 3 year guarantee on the sofa, which was an important part of my decision to buy it. But I have been absolutely unable to get any evidence of this from Orchard, despite several emails. They have failed to reply to my last 2 emails chasing this. I believe I have been polite about this and feel I've given them every chance to resolve this for me. But nothing received. So I now have to just hope I don't have a problem with my sofa in the next 3 years, as I have absolutely nothing to confirm the guarantee Thomas sold to me. Disappointed in that, I believed better of him and the company.

Met these guys at Olympia ideal home show in London. They had great time for me and my family. Bought some chairs and they were delivered so quick within the next week

Excellent product and delivery service. Really pleased with the product. Product was well packaged but a couple of bulbs didn’t work and company sent extras asap. Would buy from company again.
