Corner leather like sofa …
To make an honest review the corner sofa I bought it’s really nice for the price it could be wider to sit but it’s very easy to open to bed soo you can comfortably lay down watching tv . I did except leather like material which is usually cold and slippery yet this material it’s warm and soft . It was easy to assemble my husband did within 10 min the delivery came in 6 days yet only issue is there was no communication from the seller at all I asked several time about update for my order yet no email got answer and I got a phone call at 20.30pm from a nice driver that sofa will be coming in 2h which is 22.30pm and having 5 month old baby was a little tricky and I can imagine someone would definitely not able to organise help if they alone with 2h slot . Lucky my husband called cousin to help . Definitely this should be more taken care of cos I expected they letting me know 24h before not 2h before in late evening. Although driver was very good guy and calling me
Couple of Times letting me know there is traffic and he might be late etc . Overall other then the no information about delivery I’m very happy with the purchase and giving them 4stars

Unreliable delivery
Ordered a table at the Ideal Home Exhibition in April and haven’t received it by the end of July. Originally told it would be with us in 2 weeks, then end of June and then it would be with me yesterday. Still no table. Very polite customer service personnel but you can’t believe what they tell you.

Lovely sofa! Very fast communication and delivery came quick with no problems at all.
Received confirmation when the item was going to be delivered and a call form the driver to ensure this would suit me.

Good to deal with
Great delivery service, driver was very polite and respectful also very professionally delivered 👌
However this was definitely an item for a two man delivery especially for health and safety reasons.
The cabinet is extremely heavy and I don't know how or indeed why you would even consider sending out on a one man delivery.
Fortunately my husband was here to help otherwise it would have been almost impossible to deliver
I cannot thank the driver enough, you definitely have a very good employee there 🙂and you must send out another member of crew when delivering such a heavy item

They still haven’t collected the items…
They still haven’t collected the items yet therefore delaying my refund. They misinformed me about the products. I payed in full on the 7th April.
It will be nearly a month and I’m still out of pocket.
The customer service is very slow and they have no handle on there delivery or collections.
I’m very disappointed.

They ignore emails...Bad After Sales Service
I have been trying to contact this company for 3 weeks now about a broken glass on Vanity furniture I got from them. I have sent two emails and even sent a DM on Instagram and they have ignored me. As a customer, this is just appalling and sad. My last resort has been to leave a negative review. Their after sales service is very poor and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Hi Kay Apologies we couldn't rectify this issue for you as we do not have any replacement glass for the item you purchased, and as this was bought in 2021 it is now out of warranty. We were swamped with a huge amount of inquiries directly after the ideal home show so we apologise again for the lateness in replying

Advised it would be delivered within a week as a kerb side delivery free of charge.
Was updated via email of delivery date and it arrived within lead time as promised and driver was very helpful.
Dining table was good quality and easy to assemble.
Would highly recommend buying from them!

We bought a riser recliner at the Ideal Home exhibition. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. They delivered on time and we are pleased with the comfy chair.

Delivery stops at front door
I was told at exhibition that my sofa would be brought upstairs to the room I wanted it in. Only to find out after I purchased item that this was not true, they only deliver to the front door.

I can thoroughly recommend Orchard Homes. This was the first time I’ve used them and the bedside tables are just what I hoped they’d be. They are sturdy, elegant and well made.
