Cel mai inutil site, si cea mai inutila aplicatie. Nu se pot face plati si te trimit la emag pe site pentru plata. De ce mai aveti site-ul propriu?

Avoid this company at any costs.
The services and their products are just a scam.
Customer services that never reply to your emails and to close a contract with them will take months.
When requesting to close a contract with them they will delay it as much as possible just to make you pay more months.

I will never ever use any of your services again.

I cannot open an Orange money account. I have added a screen video capture on how I do it and they asked me to do it again. I did it again and same thing happened. The support is lame.

The whorst internet of all time the speed is 1mbps THE WHORST INTERNET OF ALL TIME and I pay aprox 100 lei for that

I negotiated a package one year ago…I received a letter that they one sided change the price and that I am free to cancel
Talking to the customer operator from Orange Romania I got news that I am free to cancel only internet and phone …not the whole package…I will go to court with this issue

O stea este prea mult! Aceasta companie își bate joc de clienții săi intr-un mod inimaginabil. Le-am facut pana acum 3 reclamații la care nu au catadixit să răspundă. Mi-au încărcat factura cu 48 de lei. Culmea, pe factură figurez cu 0 lei la depasiri! M-au trecut din oficiu la un alt tip de abonament fără să mă întrebe dacă vreau!!! Asta se întâmplă după 22 de ani de când sunt clientul lor. Nu răspund la reclamații dar au tupeul să îmi trimită notificări ca sa-mi reînnoiesc contractul!!!! Vreau sa scap de ei cât mai repede și să nu mai aud de Orange România niciodată! Ma intreb ce idiot conduce compania asta, de vrea să o pună cu tot dinadinsul pe butuci. Am o mulțime de cunoștințe care au renunțat la Orange, numai eu mai ramasesem pe metereze.

In 2001, am avut un contract pe 6 luni cu firma Dialog. Acest contract a fost inchis de comun acord, am mers mai departe cu alta firma. Intre timp, firma Orange a achizitionat Dialog. Prin anul 2007, am primit o scrisoare de la o companie de recuperare cum ca am datorie la Orange. Falsa datorie din 2001,s-au trezit Orange in 2007 si au fabriccat o datorie. Am contactat firma de recuperare, am contactat Orange, nu te poti intelege cu nimeni, o tineau ca am datorie. Au continuat cu scrisorile pina in anul 2013, iar cand am intentionat sa pornesc actiune legala, s-au oprit, asa ca i-am lasat si eu in pace. In anul 2024, de curiozitate, am contactat firma de recuperare sa confirme ce a fost cu acea datorie, si au confirmat ca de fapt acel dosar este inchis si ca nu a existat o datorie. deci, dupa o hartuire de vreo 7 ani de scrisori si telefoane acasa pe fix, s-au convins. mentionez ca asa zisa datorie apare ca sume diferite in fiecare scrisoare, crestea sau scadea suma. Firma de recuperare m-au atentionat ca Orange m-au trecut in Preventel cu aceasta falsa datorie. Incerc sa contactez Orange sa clarificam, este incredibil cat de lipsiti de judecata sint angajatii Orange!!! Nu pricep absolut deloc ce le spun, imi dau raspunsuri penibile, fara sens, ma trimit inapoi la firma de recuperare, i-am pus in legatura cu firma de recuperare, dar tot nu pricep ca a fost o greseala a lor, o eroare care dureaza din anul 2001, pe care nu o pot rectifica ca nu am cu cine sa stau de vorba!! Orange trebuie sa contacteze firma de recuperare si sa se puna la curent cu situatia actuala si sa stearga acea eroare din Preventel. Pacat ca nu va pot atasa aici acele email-uri penibile primite de la Orange.

Telefoanele îs ieftine și toate cele, dar când vine vorba de garanție, ce-a mai mare bătaie de joc, mi s a stricat placa de baza la telefon și l-am trimis în garanție din cauză că mi se consuma prea repede bateria iar actualizarea de soft pe care mi-am făcut o mi-a supra solicitat placa de baza, am specificat sa fie schimbată și baterie fiindcă cel mai probabil a fost și ea defecta, placa de baza mi-a schimbat o, dar bateria nu, sa nu mai spun că mi-a venit cu sticla pe spate deslipita într-un colț, iar rama face diferite sunete datorita "competenților" din service ul autorizat, mai bine îmi dădea mie placă și îmi reparam telefonul acasă cu ce aveam că îs cu mult mai competent fata de cei din service ul "autorizat", iar butonul de volum nici pe acela nu s-au sinchisit să-l repare

Customer support.Really?Why is called like that?Support?They dont even know their own documents and rules.I ordered also a contract online.I received a message next day,Your order is canceled.Pff.Why?They said because I asked if they can deliver in UK.Did anyone said something to cancel?Nice done orange

They assured me that in the last month of contract (January 2024, I signed the full package contract with them in January 2022) I had to pay only almost 60 lei, for the voice subscription,,, and then today according to their last invoice, I should have to pay extra 300 lei "taxa de reziliere" . This is something against the EU laws nonetheless. Opened a ticket with their customer service, and thank God I have to recognize they managed to fix the problem and to give back the exact invoice amount, that's why I want to give 3 stars out of 5. The customer service at the telephone works professionally.

o companie de hoti semneaza fara acordul persoanei deci asta inseamna puscarie

Cel mai slab site, de lumea a treia. Doresc sa incarc cartela prepay direct si ma tot trimite la cont. NU vreau cont, doresc sa incarc direct. Nu as da nici macar 1 stea.

Am netu picat de 4-5 zile,si cand sunt la ei spun ca vor rezolva dar nu fac asta.

Nu recomand Orange Romania!

I wold like to give 1 star. The worst company ever. Since my mom was moved from Telekom to Orange ,she dos not have internet and home phone,and no internet on the celphonORANGE 2 month pay for nothing. Bin asked to folow a suvey and live a feedback. I click on the link and this is wat comes. Look the picture.Huuuuuu! Shame on this so called Company.

Nu sunt serioși, abonamentul creste lunar din motive inventate de ei, ofertele nu se aplica asa cum promit și personal incompetent.NU RECOMAND.Orange România.....

Worst company ever.My mother had a contract with Telekom for internet and satellite and she never had an issue.Orange bought Telekom and from that moment the nightmare started and after months she can't sort it.Because of a mistake from Orange, now she has 2 contracts for internet for the same address on her name and a different contract for satellite but with a different amount than initially agreed. The engineer came to install the fiber optic twice and she has 2 routers. She still calls Orange everyday and her problem is not sorted yet.She receives bill after bill and nobody knows why and for what contract. Orange Romania was always like that, very difficult to get rid of them after you are their client.

I am a paying customer of orange but I pay in vain, no service or solution is actually provided. My internet suddenly stopped working and it’s now more than 7 days since I am writing them every day to ask for repairing. They keep updating the ticket, they gave me a deadline which was not respected and I had to find extra cost solution as I depend on the internet for work.
They suport service is one of the worse possible, and the issue cannot be escalated.
I do not recommend to anyone. If you have a problem, then you cannot rely on them to care or solve it.
