Went to Oodles in Loughborough. Worst experience. Been going to Oodles in Leicester for years and they never fail or disappoint but the branch in Loughborough and even Luton are way off the Leicester branches quality. The food in the luton and Loughborough branches taste so bland and stale. They really need people from HQ to come train the staff at these branches again. Tried both the luton and Leicester branches a couple times each now to give it the benefit of doubt but they have been poor both times.

The service at Granby street is very very unprofessional. When we called the branch to make a complaint the manager namely ARIF was very rude and aggressive. Couldn’t speak english well so I couldn’t understand him very well as he was shouting at (me) customer over the phone. The company increases the prices but the level of customer service is what they need to invest in. I think these guys they employ are illegal! They have just put this ARIF guy as a manager he has no knowledge of what customer service is and that customer is king! I’m a business owner myself and would not allow any of our staff to treat customers like that! Shame on you OODLES CHINESE!!
Attempted to contact the companies head office but according to companies house the company has dissolved so I don’t understand how they are running!!! 🚨🚨🚨

Chinese is my favourite and this place put me totally off Chinese. I asked the chef if he do king prawns I would like it with noodles and he gave me the fake processed prawns like u get in box in Iceland and it was mixed with rice and noodles. It was absolutely disgusting and waste of money…when I took it back in saying it’s not what I ordered and he said that is how it comes. This was the upper tooting branch. I do not recommend this place to anyone who loves Chinese. You will be put off like I am.

100/100 my favorite restaurant, the food is amazing it's incredibly fresh and the flavor is sensational it's the perfect amount of spice and you get the perfect amount of food the price is great aswell i would 100% recomend to every one i would give a million stars if i could

Honestly it is the worst take away. It look like as a vomit, everything was mixed together in a pile of garbage. The chips tasted like leftovers, and expensive. I do not understand how this bussines doesn't care about customers. I am so disappointed.

I had placed the order in advance to be picked up at a certain time, the food wasn't ready and I was asked to wait 20 mins in the rain, I wouldn't mind waiting but the server was very rude as if he was doing me a favour. The food itself isn't great either it's quite average and bad for the price they have on their menu, I got it at a discounted price, for the full price it's not worth it at all.

Terrible place, they try to be friendly and give you awful food. Personally I reckon they spike your food because you see them looking at you and give you evil and mischievous looks smiles. They smirk between themselves whilst looking at you, you can automatically tell they upto something. If there were zero stars I'd give them zero stars. May Allah swt curse them and their families. Report them to Food Standards Agency or Birmingham City Council Health Department.

Decent place but kinda expensive

As a large group of people (18) it is usually quite difficult to find somewhere to eat out together but I contacted the manager Kye of the Leeds Road branch beforehand and he was so helpful from start to finish. Despite our order being a bit tricky, they made us feel like it was no problem at all and did everything they could to help us. The portions were fantastic, food was fast, fresh and delicious and the staff were lovely. We will definitely be coming back very soon and will be recommending it to everyone we know.

Just terrible food. Don’t bother

Gutted. I love a Chinese on a Sunday and tried oodles for the time. This has got to be the worst Chinese I've ever had! The springs rolls just tasted like the ones from Iceland. No taste in my box meal, chips were stale the chicken was dry our cans of coke were probably warmer than the food. Poor effort never again.

Wow! Hot fresh and very tasty everytime! Good portions. Compliments to Barber Zak and the Chef (sorry didnt get name) for being so friendly helpful polite and courteous. Will be back very soon!

Food is great and the customer service is brilliant. Would highly recommend coming here.

I ordered noodles for my family . We all loved and definitely would come back

My first Oodles experience was fantastic. I was told about the food here by my work colleagues and I’m very impressed. Will order from here again. My delivery driver Mohammed was very prompt with my food and he was very friendly. He needs a pay rise!

Very poor, the only nice part was the caramel chicken the rest was poor and pretty bland and we didn’t receive the Teriyaki chicken at all. The noodles were over cooked as was the rice and despite saying it was Egg fried rice i seemed to just receive plain overcooked white rice. I requested no onions for one box but got numerous large chunks of onion. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Oodles Loughborough - Took literally hours for delivery, food turned up cold and was a big disappointing pile of mush. Had to chase restaurant for delivery, staff couldn't care less. In a town that is rammed full of takeaways these clowns won't last long with that attitude.

Oodles Tooting. This had to be one of the worst Chinese that I've ever eaten. The noodles were spaghetti, and the rice was white with egg thrown in it. All of the meat tasted and looked the same. Everything had a lot of pepper.
I wasted my money on something I couldn't eat. I am very disappointed. I am very hesitant about trying new places.this was recommended by a friend, not this particular location. This has put me off even more. Would not recommend!
