We have some tips and tricks, which could help you getting the best out of your pan. In many occasions using too much heat could result in a non-stick issue.
Our pans are very efficient in absorbing the heat. Due to that we recommend using a lower heat than normal.

Molto delusa!
Appena ricevuta ne stavo ordinando altre in misure diverse, perché veramente bellissime. Fortunatamente non l'ho fatto, così, sia io che mio marito (ottimo chef) abbiamo avuto modo di provarla e con grande dispiacere abbiamo constatato che il motivo per cui fornite di paglietta ad ogni acquisto, é perché l'antiaderente non funziona assolutamente! Abbiamo provato con fuoco basso, ungendo un po' la padella, cuocendo in umido e in svariati modi, ma il problema non si risolve! A questo punto, rimane appesa in cucina come oggetto da arredamento perché è solo bella, ma non utile! :)
Dopo essere stata contattata dalla ditta, ci tengo a complimentarmi per la disponibilità, gentilezza, sollecitudine e professionalità che hanno dimostrato, assolutamente al di sopra di ogni aspettativa!

Never gonna order ever again
My first order was great, I was happy with the product and service, so I place another order for several items. Unfortunately one both were back ordered, and I had to wait for over a month for delivery, one supposed to be shipped 09/23 and the other one 10/01. Today, October 9th, none have been shipped, I had to send 3 inquiries before getting a response. I am now being told it won't ship till 10/29 as one of the item is out of stock, yet they're all available on their website. Their products are great but their customer service is the worst.

At the moment I am very happy
At the moment I am very happy with the pan. It cooks nicely in the pan and is also very easy to clean, even if something burns inside. Everything else will be shown by time ;-)

Dissapointed about non-stick surface.
I am not as satisfied as I expected to be.
Pan is heavy - almost twice as heavy as a regular one - hard to operate it.
Non-sticky surface - I would say pretty bad. No matter how much oil I use - still the food burns to pan, and it requires hard washing afterwards.
Durability against scratches needs time to comment on.

Works as promised
Works as promised. I have fried eggs and prepared bolognese and prepared various other dishes in this pan (ONYX ™ SAUTE PAN 26CM). No food is stuck. By the way, this pan looks even better in real life than in the picture.

Not perfect, but still good
A good, but not perfect pan. Certainly not very non-stick. Half of the scrambeled eggs sticks to the bottom of an oiled pan. Great for cooking steaks though.
