Hi I’m a tenant off 15 years and I spoke to Darren today he was well spoken extremely helpful with 2 problems I had with my property, thank you Darren 😊 I appreciate you listening and booking repairs in that fits in with my work schedule outstanding customer service.

I called Onward today and I spoke to a young lady Danielle. She was able to deal with my request with a polite and efficient service.
She answered all my questions and assured me that dealing with my request was safe and secure.

I'll start by saying we live near the homes owned by this company so this is based on how they've handled external issues with the people they're happy to home in the community.

We've had multiple issues with a resident and their dog - resulting in a police reports filed, evidence of dog attack with injuries to people on separate ocassions, admittance that the owner cannot control their dogs due to their age, consistent dog aggression and barking, and dog fouling and onward homes refused to step in and do anything.

One member of staff was ridiculously rude and just said "We've spoke to them what more do you want." And proceeded to blame me. Another in an email thread had no comprehension skills and was passive aggressive. Another kept emailing every other day to ask for updates from the police despite being given both reference numbers and then the police told us they were confused as to why they keep contacting them as the investigation (at the time) was ongoing.

Complaints went no where and we were told ASB isn't dealt with and has nothing to do with them. If you unfortunately live near these homes and have issues - just be aware you will have to put up with it despite being able to provide evidence. Over a year later and we still are.

Conversations and reviews from others on their FB who live both in the homes and near the homes showed how they ignored issues and consistently blamed those reporting the issues and had no help resolving them.

Even just a bit of help safeguarding during the incident would have been nice but they refused to do anything and from others have dealt with, they've had the same as a resident.

I spoke to Darren this afternoon and he was just amazing from start to finish.
Extremely helpful, courteous, understanding and perfect customer service skills. He was able to be funny, patient and supportive all while resolving my issue.
Started as a stressful phone call, ended with a smile and able to enjoy the rest of my day.

I called with 2 issues one being an on the day cancellation from Axis (again) I spoke to Julie who listened and took notes of my concerns and did what she needed to do to get my issues sorted. Even though she had to escalate them further, she dealt with my call swiftly and in a professional manner. I would happily have her sort out my issues again

Speaking to the agent this morning, she was polite, and very helpful. she found out all the information that i required, i was very happy with her service

Call answered fast listens and o my complaint about ongoing antisocial behaviour issues off another neighbour

I rang Onward seeking clarification about some ongoing repair issues. Michael took my call and listened carefully to what has become a quite complicated and detailed case. He contacted an external company for further information and was then able to provide me with clear guidance and reassurance regarding forthcoming repair visits. It was exactly what I needed and I am very grateful for his help and understanding.

Excellent customer service as always and today Lauren has helped me massively with my inquiry.

I spoke to Darren to raise 1 or 2 repairs & he was really helpful! He had the patience of a saint as I went through my list & a great sense of humour which goes a long way when working in customer service! Thank you Darren for the 5 star service!

Mandy the call handler helped me out with every enquiry I made on the call today even to the point of working around my work schedule to book appointments in and chased up and ongoing long standing repair that was made in July can’t thank her enough for putting me at ease and rescheduling upcoming repairs and gas safety appointment thank you for all you help lovely customer service skills hope to have her answer my call in the future

The customer service specialist, Danielle, was very professional and helpful today (8/9/2026, 16.21) when I enquired about an ongoing repair.

Carl DMC, really helpful, he noticed I had a few jobs needed doing and called the agency to book them in for me.
