Delivery person
I have no complaints regarding the item of furniture I purchased.
The disappointment is with the delivery man.
One was very polite whilst the other was abrupt and far from helpful. In fact down right rude.
Maybe looking into using a different delivery company would improve reviews.
Very happy with the furniture.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
We placed an order for a large oak media unit on September 18th, with the expectation that it would be dispatched within 14 days, as stated on their website. However, I had to repeatedly call for updates. Eventually, they informed me that their delivery company had gone into administration. Despite this, we continued to receive text messages from the delivery company with multiple delivery dates. When the item finally arrived (6 weeks later), it was the wrong one. I will never use this company again.

Hopeless - leaves me in Tears!!!
I am still waiting for a proper response regarding my "out of stock" furniture of which I had half the order, I was made a lot of promises over 2 weeks ago but nothing positive. I have suggested if it cannot be supplied I need a refund asap for both items one piece is no good without the matching one - they have had my money for months. As a pensioner I cannot afford to lose almst £700. The mail from the gent today was total rubbish said his suppliers are checking stock in trailers to see what is about and would have an update in a few weeks what cowboy antics - I hope this is not happening to more poor customers but there seems to be a lot of negative reviews. I have tried to "go with the excuses" but this home we moved to was our last home before my husband gets too ill to appreciate it and I wanted it so nice. Maybe time to contact credit card company???

So disappointed will never order again from them
So disappointed I ordered a full computer room set with desk, TV cabinet, bookcase and unit on 5th August 2024. They advised could not be delivered till October 2024 and happy with that as it’s what we wanted. Got a call today stating the computer desk has been discontinued!!! So after 2 months you have decided to discontinue it when you have had my Order and money for two months. Totally disgusting and did not care on the phone and basically said it is what it is. You’ve took plenty of interest off my payment!!

I Ordered my furniture on the…
I Ordered my furniture on the 08/04/2024 I was informed that it would be delivered approximately in 12 weeks time. I have only received it today, 02/10/2024. No communication from the company at all, only when I contacted them by email on several occasions. No apology or any explanation as to why the delay. On a good note. The delivery person was very helpful and Friendly. My furniture was protected really well to avoid any damage. But I would not purchase again from this company because of poor customer relations.

Avoid! They do not have any control over providing support once the order gets wrong.
The bed was ordered in May and received on Sept., with the wrong part. The center metal rail which supports the wooden slats underneath the matter is short in length, so the bed is not useable, It's a month passed, and replacement delivery cancelled twice. they don't bother and have no control on fixing issues.
Just a middleman company that took sale commission and that's all

Thoroughly check on delivery
When we put dresser into position, we noticed heavy knotting on one drawer. OnlyOak refused to source replacement even with us offering to pay to return existing drawer and pay for replacement.

Feels flimsy
We’ve bought oak furniture in the past and the wardrobe we bought felt light and flimsy in comparison, definitely not thick and sturdy like our other pieces. It was expensive but doesn’t feel expensive! I asked for someone to call me back about our delivery and no one did. Disappointing.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I made a mistake when ordering and duplicated my order, very nice lady telephone me to check and my mistake was rectified. Within half an hour my refund was processed. Hall stool was delivered 4 days later. Excellent condition,well packaged. Love my purchase. Will use again.
