What a fantastic company!
What a great find! We had seen these bookcases at double the price in a shop. I decided to have a look on line and found Only Oak. Really great price , great communication from the company.
The delivery was a great price for 2 men to room of choice and all packaging removed. They called when they were 20 mins away and were so respectful to our property and polite. Highly recommend Only Oak and they most certainly will be our first port of call for any future purchases.

ANTIQUE OF THE FUTURE
My order for a Harwell Oak Large Sideboard & Dresser was delivered towards end-March 2026, so first of all I congratulate OnlyOakFurniture for waiting four months before asking me to review. Often these requests are made within hours/days of delivery. I live in a first-floor flat and the delivery crew couldn't have been more helpful, putting the furniture exactly where I wanted, leaving me only to fit my choice of handles. The sideboard and dresser are beautifully made, with drawers and doors opening smoothly. The price was very reasonable for the quality. As my title explains, this furniture will be an antique of the future, which I will be happy to pass on.

Harwell Oak 2 over 2 Drawer Chest
The chest of drawers was delivered promptly, and the delivery team were very helpful. The item appears to be well made and sturdy; however, it arrived without the wooden handles advertised on the website.
I had to contact the company to request that the missing handles be sent to me, and I am now waiting for them to arrive. As I have not yet been given a delivery date, I do not know how quickly this will be resolved.
Overall, while I am pleased with the quality of the chest of drawers, the missing handles have made the experience disappointing.

The product is truly amazing, very well constructed and exaxctly as described.
Very good workmanship.
Arrived and unloaded by 2 very competent and polite guys who thoroughly deserved their coffee and tea which was the very least I could do for their outstanding courteous service.
Communication was minimal but nothing further was needed other than placing the order, confirmation and then the delivery date and time arranged by the courier.
A very efficient process which cannot be faulted.

NOTE: BLUE COLOUR NOT SAME AS WEBSITE
NOTE : Signature Blue colour completely different to the website. It is a navy blue which I didn’t want. One table delivered damaged. Requested return but they charge £60 per item to send back. After 2-3 emails they have now agreed to refund total amount. I’ve been waiting nearly a month and I am now starting a chargeback process with my bank. Delivery and collection slots were both changed. Delivery date was changed the day before and the Collection of furniture postponed at O9.30am on the day!! very disappointed. However the delivery guys were very kind and polite.

We regret that the Signature Blue colour was not as expected. While product images are intended to represent the finish as accurately as possible, colours can sometimes appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings. We also sincerely apologise that one of the tables arrived damaged.
We understand your frustration regarding the return process, delivery and collection rescheduling, and the delay in receiving your refund. We appreciate how disappointing and inconvenient this must have been, particularly after waiting such a long time for a resolution.
We are, however, pleased to hear that the delivery team were kind and polite throughout the process, and we will ensure your positive comments are passed on to them.

Upon delivery one of our chairs was…
Upon delivery one of our chairs was broken. Photos were taken by the delivery driver who advised us to keep the chair and it would be replaced. Upon receipt contacting customer services, who were very helpful, I was offered £60 compensation or a replacement chair with a delivery charge of £60! So in fact that would have meant the chair cost £180 not £120.
I didn’t feel I had much choice but to accept the broken chair and small compensation.
I would not deal with this company again which is a shame as we were pleased with the table and chairs just not the service.
