First class communication from start to finish. Ordered oak nest of tables Sunday afternoon. Informed Tuesday delivery would be Saturday, arrived as stated 9:00 am. Product well packed and in pristine condition. Would certainly recommend Only Oak from our experience

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The delivery was poorly managed, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. To make matters worse, customer support was unresponsive and failed to offer any meaningful assistance or resolution to my concerns.
This level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect the standard I expect from the company.

Poor Quality not finished.
Ordered beginning of July bed was detailed on Website as in stock. We were told after ordering that it would take 20-26 weeks. That time came and went. It was finally delivered on 2nd Jan. The quality of the main Wooden frame is solid. The metal frame however is poorly constructed and holes to screws didn’t match up. We managed as we used leverage with monkey rench. We then also had to drill two holes in the bottom end to fit the end stops as they had not been put in yesterday we checked the top! Also no recompense was offered for such a poor service. If customer services had been more helpful and not dismiss queries and if compensation for the poor service had been offered more stars would have been awarded.

Good Company
Good communication regarding what to expect on delivery. Furniture is of good quality. The only thing I would comment on is there was no information as to how to assemble the wall unit which would have been helpful. You are asked to keep the packaging in case the item needs to be returned which is pointless as you have to destroy the packaging in order to get the unit out. Luckily we didn't need to do that as everything was alright.

The item was in stock which meant I received my order in a week. Also, the company kept me fully informed through tracking, where my order was. Paid for an item on 25th July. Current delivery date, which has been delayed twice is 12th December (20 weeks). Be warned, check the delivery times and double it. Was supposed to be 11 weeks. They make stuff abroad, so 'global supply issues' will be common. UPDATE. Current predicted lead time from payment is 5.5 months

Great sideboard and easy ordering; shame about the plastic
Easy ordering process, lovely cabinet that came well protected and at time arranged. Driver was pleasant and helpful. Organising delivery time was easy. Only negative is amount of plastic our reclaimed wood sideboard came in - lots of plastic wrapping, and polystyrene that filled 3 bin bags! Please try to be more sustainable. I bought a reclaimed wood sideboard to try to think about the environment, and packaging choice was a little disappointing.

If I had to email, you were very prompt at getting back to me. I didn't receive any notification of the day of delivery but when you called on the day it was sorted. I didn't help by giving you the wrong house number.
