I truly love the customer service! It only makes me appreciate the brand even more. Most of all, I love their shoes. I accidentally put the wrong shoe size in when placing my order, and they were able to catch the mistake and fix it right away. That meant so much to me!
The shoes are extremely comfortable for large size and made out of very high-quality materials. You can definitely tell they care about both their products and their customers. I’m beyond satisfied!

I’ve been ordering from here for years! Order ahead of time but you’ll never be disappointed with the quality! I still have all the shoes I’ve ordered & love them all!

Great customer service! I placed an order not knowing how long the delivery would be and emailed to cancel right after. They willingly did it with no issues. Thank you!

Thank you so much Onlymaker. The fact that my wardrobe is filled with your cute variety of shoes is thanks to you guys. I have bought about 15 pairs of shoes from your guys and I will keep looking for the next pair..🤭
Please do include more colors and trendy styles….. I wear size 13! 🤭🤭🤭 prior to now, it was so hard for me to find shoes. Thank you guys 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Onlymaker has the best footwear collection.I was able to find best pair matching my need .
Customer service is top notch and very helpful. They helped me and assisted me in the order.

I purchased a pair of black suede boots, but then I changed my mind, therefore I contacted the customer service to withdraw my order and they swiftly responded and acted upon my request, accepting my request; even the transfer has been very fast. Their assistance has been excellent.

Very responsive customer service. Shoes and boots are very well made and hold up. Onlymakers shoes are very comfortable and stylish. I am a very satisfied repeat customer.

Ware / Schuhe zu groß, zurückgesendet an die Münchener Logistikadresse (AnFeng) und nie wieder was gehört, keine Rückerstattung erhalten - Betrug !

Wonderful shopping experience! Bought boots in two sizes and was able to exchange the size that was too small for the other size without issue!

The shoe selection is totally Popping… all available sizes all the way up to 15. But unfortunately I needed to do return because the shoes I pick wasn’t going to be here in time. I sent a email explaining and quick response and helped me with my refund was amazing get customer service

Notably, because of the distance, shipping can take a little while. However, once your items arrive, you will not be disappointed! I wear a size 14, and the shoes are incredibly well-made and sturdy. I’ve ordered two pairs so far, along with some sunglasses as an accessory, and I’m so happy I gave them a chance. I’ve officially found my new go-to source!

An AWESOME brand of shoes. Their heels are so comfortable I literally often sleep while wearing them, not joking! I just got me a couple pairs of pumps and another couple pair of thigh high boots because I can't have enough of them - eleven pairs now, and there will be more! They are so comfortable that a full night clubbing on the highest heels won't give me as much pain as other famous brands (and when you go for the lace-ups you can totally forget about pain). The 10cm stilettos are so comfortable that they feel like flats with added height, thanks to the very strong sole inner reinforcement. 11/10 will buy again and again and again.

Not only are the shoes great but the customer service is also amazing. Would highly recommend.

A eviter, service client catastrophique. Je n’ai jamais été livré, leur prestataire de transport est également catastrophique, les deux se rejettent la balle depuis des mois.

After placing my order, I realized that it would not arrive in time. I requested a refund and within a few hours received confirmation that my order was canceled and refund initiated. Thanks so much and I will definitely order again.

Great communication in customer service.

Nothing went wrong, had an order placed, realized I didn’t need it anymore and it was promptly cancelled

I had a problem with the size of the shoes I ordered and they help me to get the correct one. Attention and quick customer service.

Their customer service has always been prompt and quick to solve problems. Along with a great product, this makes them my go to place for shoes.
