Onlymaker Anmeldelser

Shoes runs almost 2 sizes too small, shipping takes a long time and then company has a ludicrous 7 day return policy where you pay the return shipping to China!

I used only maker multiple time. Shoes are great quality and shoes ship pretty quick.

Great customer support, super helpful

They have been great at handling the shipping issues I had :D

Brilliant! The broad selection Only Maker offers is unparalleled, but the customer service I have received is what really inspired me to leave a review.

I made an error on my order submission, and the company promptly contacted me to confirm my request. This awareness and sensitivity to client base and product knowledge saved me weeks of frustration and incalculable hours of hair-pulling stress.

Given the opportunity, I will return to this company again and again.

While the shipping took forever, the shoes I ordered are amazing. They are so beautiful, hold up well and are some of my favorite shoes I own now. Well worth any wait!!

This is now my 3rd time ordering from this company. My daughter is 15 yrs old and 6'3. I'm able to order her shoes that make her feel comfortable and that are age appropriate for her. This past order, we got heels that were a bit tight across the her foot. I was able to reach out to customer service, explain the issue and I was given instructions on how to return it. Yes, I did have to pay for my return which was local, but I was issued my refund in a timely manner. I really appreciate that since it's so hard finding large sizes for her and not being able to try it on. Awesome customer service.

They were amazing helped me with my Order as fast as they can I am a satisfied customer

It’s always hard finding girly flats and heels in my size because I have big feet but Only Maker never disappoints! They have a big selection for me to chose from. And they responded to my email fast! Thank you Onlymaker for not forgetting about us folks with big feet!

I bought the Rivet Ankle Strap High Heel Sandals, absolutely love them 😍 They fit perfectly, I’m a UK size 5 and they were true to size. They’re super sexy and look exactly like the picture. So glad I bought them.

The packaging was great and everything arrived in perfect condition. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but since they came from overseas, it was understandable and definitely worth the wait 💯

I wore them out and got so many compliments all night. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Made a mistake with order and they changed it for me no problem

Never received the item. They say it was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. Instead of trying to offer me something to compensate they’re not willing to.

They were so thorough in making sure that my order was correct and they were so pleasant when communicating

Onlymaker is my friends and I go to for larger size fun shoes! They always have many Jazzy styles. The customer service is very prompt as well. I had an issue with an order, and my email was responded to within the hour. On a Sunday at that! I highly recommend Olnymaker to anyone wanting great quality heels at an even better price!

Changed my order when I asked so definitely reliable on the customer service end.

Not only are the cute, nice quality and affordable. Their staff is attentive and helpful. I look forward to future purchases!

Only Maker was so helpful finding my size! I will shoot again cause them prices eat boo!
