No heater elements you must purchase the whole thing again.
They were the point of contact on the details on the pub heater label. I had wanted to purchase an element as the heater had broken . They dont do them and for the sake of a cheap element they make you purchase the whole heater. They were awful in terms of their replies, we ended up buying a very cheap heater. It was just a three Bar fire. We would've rather had something like we had before but it was so appalling. We had to just go with something. Despicable people

There appears to be a common theme when dealing with this company! The theme is not good. I ordered a probreeze dehumidifier, should have been delivered within 3 days, never arrived two responses advised to give 48hours as courier had been busy with Black Friday, third reply was it was lost, asked for refund and then offered store credit because this was best for me ! So after nearly two weeks I have a refund on the way. I would suggest looking elsewhere to spend your hard earned money. One Retail Group I would suggest you review your processes and learn to accept that responsibility in contract law is yours, and that includes the failings of your courier!

I bought a set of Aycorn Magnetic childproof locks on Amazon. One of the 20 locks it came with didn’t work. Amazon directed me to contact the company directly. After a small amount of back and forth with order details and showing the issue, rather than send one replacement lock, they sent me a whole new set, first class which arrived 2 days later.
Email responses were timely enough (within a day normally up to 1-2 days when details needed checking)
Staff were pleasant and seemed willing to help and the resolution was far more than I was hoping for.

Amazon courier service, no replies to request for refund. Having to go though PayPal dispute. Had the cheek to send me a product review request twice, despite not replying to emails. Judging by other reviews I suspect this company are selling graded products with no intention of ever dealing with any issues. Also uses the brand name OneRetal as well as DBZ and Debenhams
Unfortunately, my experience with One Retail Group has been extremely disappointing.
I ordered a dehumidifier that was shipped to the wrong address, which was not my fault. The courier confirmed the mistake, provided a resolution, and confirmed that One Retail Group would be reimbursed. Despite this, the issue took an unreasonably long time to resolve, even after I sent multiple emails and completed all requested forms promptly.
Communication was slow and unclear throughout, even between them as suppliers and retailers. I was left chasing updates while dealing with the stress and inconvenience this caused. I had taken time off work and prepared my home specifically for the dehumidifier, only for that time to be wasted.
Although a refund was eventually issued (without me requesting one), what I really needed was a replacement dehumidifier urgently. This was explained multiple times, yet not taken into account. Would appreciate maybe a gwg a next day delivery! But no.
While the matter is now closed financially, the overall handling, lack of urgency, and poor communication between retailers (Robert dyas ) and supplier (one retail group) and customer this was a very frustrating experience. I hope One Retail Group improves how misdeliveries and urgent cases are handled in the future. I feel it’s common sense. I felt the way the situation was handled was very miserable. The miscommunication between the retailers and suppliers has made me suffer.
Avoid!!
Terrible experience so far. Bought a dehumidifier from them via Debenhams, which was faulty right out of the box. Started violently shaking on first use. Immediately asked to return but over 2 weeks later nothing has happened - should be a straight forward process. This company hides behind big names such as Debenhams and Amazon and provides zero customer service.

Non Delivery Of Goods

Ordered something via Debenhams on the 1st December, with express next day delivery. Received an email to say the package would be delayed 24 hours and I should receive no later than the 4th December.
It is now the 11th December and I'm yet to receive the order or an actual response from a customer service agent.
After seeing negative reviews for One Retail Group (who sold the item via Debenhams), I requested to cancel the order. It's been over 6 days since the cancellation was requested and again, zero response.

In my experience, the company gives the impression that their products are manufactured in the UK, but it appears that most components are imported from China, with only limited assembly taking place in the UK. Unfortunately, I also had issues with the warranty process, which was not honoured despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter.
I have a full trail of emails to support my experience. Eventually, Robert Dyas issued a refund, but only after a long and stressful process. The retailer initially stated that they had sent a return label with tracking, but later claimed they had not, which added further confusion and inconvenience.
Overall, the situation caused unnecessary frustration. Based on my experience, I would advise exercising caution before purchasing
Bad quality, do not respect UK consumer laws
Bought a dehumidifier that stopped working just after the the warranty had expired.
When I pointed out they have a legal obligation that the goods be of Satisfactory Quality and they are obliged to fulfill my Right of Repair or Replacement under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, they just totally ignored the mails.
Garbage quality, and crappy service.

Bought this item via Amazon from this retailer. Goods arrived ,un-boxed and plugged it in. Machine sounded like it was about to take off , banging and clattering . The item was clearly defective . Contacted the seller, who agreed to replace the item. They , apparently, arranged for a courier to collect the item. Waited all day, no one came to collect it. Contacted the seller, who kind of implied that I must have been out and the courier would try again. I argued that I was home all day , so another collection was , supposedly, arranged. This time they told me the courier was UPS and gave me a reference number. Again, the courier didn’t arrive. I contacted UPS this time, they requested information the seller had not given me and told me the reference number wasn’t real. I raised this as a complaint to the seller on Amazon, they did not respond. I have now had to raise a formal complaint about this company , directly to Amazon and now have to wait for their A to Z guarantee process to take place , in the hope of finishing this unnecessary drama. It anyone out there is thinking to use the seller/trader. Think very carefully…. I personally will not be using them again. Poor quality communication and organisation.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. Bought a product through B&Q almost two years ago. It was playing up so contacted one retail group through the B&Q website. They gave me a few things to try, which didn’t work, and within seven days of first contact I received a new replacement. A huge thank you.

Left my delivery inside someone else's wheelie bin.
Ordered an item from Amazon, got tracking for the order and then got a delivered message BUT when I went to my delivery instructions place there was nothing there, so I downloaded the photo only to see that it had been left in a wheelie bin, the thing is my wheelie bin is next to my door and the one in the picture was definitely not mine. I don't have neighbours close by so I have no idea where it was. Who, in their right mind puts a parcel inside a wheelie bin?
