I have already submitted a review saying how pleased I am with the customer service and speedy response to my complaint

I’ve had 3 heated throws from this company over the years - the last one I ordered in March 25 and in April this year it developed a fault - filled in easy online form attaching a quick video and batch number and customer service have dispatched a replacement immediately no quibble excellent refreshing service!

Sadly i have had to give up with my CosiHome experience. Although the blanket lasted well initially, the controller failed in December. I was optimistic that it was just the controller as it was 'dead' rather than an error code so replaced it for £10. Unfortunately this then only lasted 6 weeks. After contacting customer services they replaced the controller again FOC. This only lasted 2 weeks. My conclusion was the problem was the blanket somehow burning out the controller and not the controllers being at fault. Despite explaining this to the customer service agent they sent me yet another controller which has lasted 4 weeks...I have used it hardly at all as of course the weather is improving. What is sad is that 4 controllers in, I am left with a load of WEEE. It just seems incredibly wasteful that we cant make electrical goods that actually last these days, and of course due to the low cost of manufacture and business economics these days unless it is under warranty there is no real way of repairing the blanket which would be much more environmentally friendly. The customer service team despite being helpful can only do so much if the product itself is manufactured to a price.

This is our fourth one we've ordered, two were gifts and the one we had for ourselves stopped working so we've replaced it with an even bigger one. The wife is pleased she can stay warm. Well recommend and it's cheap to run.

Have purchased electric throw blanket for a few years, decided to change cosi home, excellent blanket but the controller stopped working, but instead of buying another blanket you can just buy the controller at a fraction of the price thanks.

Juliet and her team were fantastic. My heated throw developed a fault which was dealt with both swiftly and professionally. A replacement was delivered within the week. Excellent customer service, thank you.

We had a small puncture in the premium airbed and they've replaced it for free.

This is the most comfortable blow up bed I've ever slept on too. Cannot complain at all - other than about the puncture but punctures happen.

I have a Cosihome electric blanket, and have been really pleased with it. It's a kingsize with a controller either side, it's brilliant, you can set your side of the bed to the temperature that best suits you. However, a few days ago one of the controllers packed up, it had a fault code indicating a connection problem.
I decided to contact the company to see if I could get a replacement controller. Wow, what a great experience that was, my email was replied to withing an hour or two and after being asked a few questions about my blanket model number etc, a new controller was on its way to me.
This is probably the best customer service I have ever had, and I can't heap enough praise on the guys at Cosihome. Well done, and thank you for being so helpful...

Cosifit customer service very good but do not buy this blanket. Not fit for purpose.
Didnt work from box, only part of blanket heats up and then turns off as soon as it heats up.
Over priced for blanket quality also. Better quality items on temu at fraction of price!

bought the throw in December 2025, the controller has packed up, biggest load of rubbish I have bought, nice fleece crappy controller

I had an issue with our blanket and they dealt with the problem helpfully, professionally and promptly. Thank you .
