My PS5 decided one day it not fancy playing discs anymore, and was not even taking them before trying to spit them back out.
Under the cover of D&G my ps5 was picked up next day. A big shout out to the repair team at Ologic who had not only fixed the issue, but cleaned it to the point that it looked if I had just bought it that day. And the delivery was right back to me in time for the weekend.
Very happy customer.

I sent my ps5 controller to be repaired for stick drift.
Reece the repair technician and Gary the test engineer did a wonderful job repairing and testing my ps5 controller. I got it back very quickly with a nice note and new USB C charger cable, this shows how thoughtful and generous they are and will go that extra mile for customers.

Desktop computer expertly repaired.
I received my Desktop computer back yesterday. It's AC adapter had been replaced after powering up had been initially intermittent and then not powering up at all. The computer which was expertly fixed by Matt and tested by Gary is now operating perfectly! Great service from beginning to end. Including a couple of new cables with the computer was nice touch.

Would like to say a big thanks to fixer Reece and tester Gary. I send my sons ps5, 2 controllers and damaged hdmi leads off to Ologic last Monday. They did the repair by Friday. I couldnt believe it was the same playstation and controllers they had sent back to us! The level of cleaning put into the playstation and controllers is excellent art!!! They said put a new HDMI, clean out, 4 joysticks and 4 joystick caps. They even put a new hdmi lead for us which is very appreciated!! Everything is working like new. From start to finish my son is happy the service is 5 stars!!! THANKS D&G OLOGIC REECE GARRY YOU ARE THE BEST GUYS :)

Excellent service....
I had a cracked screen on my Lenovo tablet and decided to get it repaired before it got any worse. I reported it on the Friday and it was returned to me the following Thursday. I was kept up to date with the repair and notified every time something happened so I knew what was happening. I can't fault the process. Excellent job.

Bad Experience with Ologic
This is an honest review of my interaction with Ologic trying to get a laptop repair under warranty. They reported liquid damage which categorically was untrue which invalidated the warranty. I paid to have another repair company to look at it and they advised there is absolutely no liquid damage at all and its a faulty charging port. I am now having to pay for Lenovo to quote for repair.

We inspected the laptop and found liquid inside the charging cable port. This liquid had transferred to the USB C charging port inside the laptop and then shorted the mainboard.
We provided photographic evidence of this to your insurer and as their terms state that liquid/accidental damage is not covered we were instructed to return your laptop. Ologic do not make decisions on how claims are settled, or whether they are repaired or returned unrepaired.

Fantastic personal service
Slight issue with DPD misplacing our sons monitor for a week. However Lynne at Ologic worked hard to find it and then give it priority repair as it belongs to our disabled son.
3 days after finding the monitor with regular emails of updates from very helpful lady called lynne , we were notified that it couldn't be repaired , instead a new monitor would be with us the next day. The new monitor arrived promptly this morning with a lovely message from Gary & Ryan & a packet of sweets for our son.
My husband Neil and I would like to thank all three of you for your Sterling efforts in getting our disabled sons monitor back in time for bank holiday weekend. The personal service received was greatly appreciated. Thankyou.
