Our curated ranges combine the must have styles from globally desirable brands and the key trend items designed by our London buying team. From trainers to work shoes, boots to high heels, we have all your footwear needs covered. Product and size availability varies by item and location.
www.office.co.uk is the official UK website for OFFICE Shoes. Customers can shop online or use our store locator to find their nearest OFFICE store, address and opening hours.
Delivery, tracking and Click & Collect
We offer a range of delivery options on eligible UK orders, including standard, next-day or express delivery, delivery to selected OFFICE stores and delivery to participating DPD Pickup locations.
Standard UK delivery normally takes three to five working days. Delivery times depend on the destination, stock availability, order time and courier availability. Eligible orders can be tracked online.
Free Click & Collect is available at selected standalone OFFICE stores, excluding concessions. Available collection stores are shown during checkout. We will email you when your order is ready, and customers normally have 14 days from this notification to collect it.
If you need to track, change or cancel an order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has started.

Returns, exchanges and refunds
Eligible online purchases can normally be returned within 28 days, provided the items are unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
Online footwear orders delivered within the UK can be returned free of charge to participating UK OFFICE stores, excluding concessions, or returned to our warehouse using an available postal or courier method. A charge currently applies when using the DPD Pickup returns service.
Warehouse returns can take up to 10 days to be received and processed. Please retain your proof of return and tracking information until your return and refund have been confirmed. Different arrangements or exclusions may apply depending on the product, purchase location and delivery destination.

Westfield Stratford store
Westfield Stratford store. I bought a pair of sandals and it was under extra 20% off sale item , I asked the staff at the till and she was very rude about it and said that pair is not part of it I tried explaining to her it had the same sale tag on and she has to give it me for the price tag on. She said I can’t have the discount.i was asking her it’s under the sale but she still refused and ignored me. Her colleague was being rude as well raising her voice at me. I explained to both that I was only asking her questions and if it was done by their colleague by mistake then thats an error from their side and I should get the discount.She went away I was still standing at the till I was ignored no one was serving me colleagues were there then I said I want to pay is anybody going to serve me, then she came to serve me. I found that very unprofessional behaviour will not go there anymore.

Disgusting Customer Service!
I returned my shoes on 22 September and am still waiting for my refund despite sending multiple emails to Zimasas Absolutely no proper response and no customer service phone number to contact.
They are holding my money with no resolution. This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate my complaint through the appropriate channels. Think twice before ordering from OFFICE. Absolutely shocking service!

Ordered shoes
Ordered shoes, few days later got a refund on my card with no explanation. Then got an email saying order cancelled. Just thought that whole experience was really poor. Looks like those shoes are out of stock, not sure why it let me order or why it took days for them to realise they didn't have the stock I'd purchased.

Damaged shoes !!! Paid 89.99 and arrived like in a squashed/ripped box, with insoles of the shoes coming out/holes in them. Tags attached to shoes ripped and shoe’s looked like they’d been already worn
