Still no reply to try and return products. They arrived over a month after ordering and were poor quality. To return them you need to email to get an address I've emailed four times and Facebook commented with no response. I would not advise buying from here.

NOVA SHE Review: Another name change? Navoshe, Unavoshe? They changed their name again so customers don't hear the truth about them. What a total SCAM company!
BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a dress for my daughter's homecoming from NOVASHE -size extra small. The dress was cheap fabric. It fit well everywhere, but the bust. Which was stiff , non-conforming and large. It stuck out 5-6 inches from my daughter's chest. It was almost costumeish. Then when I tried to return it I had to request a return by completing a return slip. Then and only then would they send me the return address- in China, of course. I had to request this information 4 times before they sent it to me. They first offered me $8 back and said to give the dress to someone else. Well, NO ONE could wear this dress. I returned it 3 weeks ago and have still not received my refund. Also, my very fair and honest feedback (1 star) on the dress was deleted 3 times off the web site. I also noticed another customer gave the dress a 1 star review, which was also deleted a few days after it posted. They are a total RIP OFF Company. Low quality clothes and very poor customer service.

I made an order worth $75.00 to this site and the site said it will arrive in 3-5 days. That was September 27, its already Oct 18!

Do not order from this company. We actually did receive our order but the neck hole was too small for a head to fit and one sleeve was longer than the other. They offered us $3 back instead of a refund. Now they will not respond to emails or messages. Terrible company.

The quality of their clothing are really poor, and their customer service is worse. The only way you can reach them for an refund request is to email them, but they will not respond to you, I personally sent 3 emails. The return policies listed on their site sounded easy, but it's a complete different story when you actually want to make a return. I hope they step up to their customer service, they already lost me as a customer.

I ordered a dress from this website and was charged for it, but because I checked out as a guest, they were unable to locate my transaction and their communication is very poor, so beware of this website they will take your money! I was never sent a confirmation email that my order was processed, I sent a copy of my bank statement for the transaction and NO RESPONSE. They do not respond in a timely manner and there is no phone number to call only an email and a "live chat" that does not work, I have been waiting for a response for over a week and it is very disappointing. I wouldn't order from here again.

Never again! The clothes are nothing like the pictures. The measurements are completely different and the quality is crap! Plus when you want to return and item they tell you your order doesn’t exist!!! Cheap Chinese clothing!!!! Do not order from them EVER!!!

After waiting for double the time for postage my item arrived. I ordered it for my petite 16 year old daughter and it fits my 9 year old daughter. Poorly made. Buyers beware.

Absolutely agree with other two reviews - this is a complete scam - shoddy knock-off products that are nothing like the photos on the website (I assume these have been copied from somewhere else). I ordered a coat which arrived without any labels, uneven seams and buttons falling off. The material was so flimsy it wouldn't hang. Returns are at buyers expense (no matter what is wrong with product) to China. Product was sold as a Large which I ordered as a precaution (I am a UK size 10) - it is more like a UK 6. Do not order from this site if you want to be able to wear the clothes!

The pictures you see are not what you get. The picture is what they will attempt to make. You will receive a trash knock off of what ever you order. None of the pictures are of things they actually have. Just what ever they will butcher. This is probably some random sweat shop when the inexperienced slave forced to make this dress hasn't been feed in days. REMEMBER it's better to show up dead rather than in these clothes.

The worst online shopping, but I should have guessed from the beginning:
- The website is not properly done, ie: color thumbnail not matching the actual color ordered
- Issues with the online payment
- Impossible to have contacts, neither on the online chat, nor by email, not on the social networks
- Some of my ordered items were out of stock, but it was never been communicated, neither during the order, neither later…
- It took 12 working days Between the order and the shipping (12 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!)
- The tracking order link doesn’t work “404 error”
- I had paid for fast delivery (3-7 days), and 6 days later I am still waiting for it…
- Had to pay for tax and customs duties. It was a nightmare as Novashe didn’t enter properly my email address, so I had to be hone during working hours to get the package (obviously complicated when you work)
- Novashe said they would reimburse the fast delivery fee + taxes… I am still waiting
- No News from Novashe neither by email or on their site
- I tried to contact them on Instragram and they removed ALL of my comments! And didn’t contact me afterwards to fix the problem

I had tried to post reviews on ratingplease website but weirdly enough, my comment is still "under view" from Sept, 2nd, while many others, positive ONLY, have already been approved...

While the clothes look good on the website, the prices very attractive, the products are poor quality. Purchased two a-line half sleeve dresses for my wife, as unsure of sizing. Quality was very poor. Thick heavy material and in places the seems didn't match up, so decided to return for refund.
Now the fun started. You have to pay for return postage TO CHINA!!!
Now I haven't even got a full refund, £13.11 short, still awaiting their excuse for that.
This company is based in Hong Kong, don't be fooled by the US $ pricing default. Orders take ages to arrive. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
