Fraud company. Bought dress online but never got delivered.. lost 50$ and the customer service doesn't care to respond. They don't have phone contact or any information included on site. Never ever buy anything

The worst customer service ever... i received one item: too small. Trying to return it and get my refund for over a week? Not a single reply after many emails. My second item ordered?? Never received it. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid... truly the worst.
And when u express your frustration about their services on fb, they blocked u not to deal with the issue and u lose everything. I just experienced it.

I order stuff a month ago, it still "in preparation" and the client service/ live chat do not respond. Impossible to cancel the order on the website. In other words, 75 euros for nothing.

WTH!!!! there is no menu to change the shipping address. i paid thru paypal and changed the address for shipping but somehow the order was confirmed to ship to my default paypal address. WTH!! as soon as i received the confirmation email i saw the address was wrong, i logged on website to change the address. there wasn't any even though it wasn't shipped yet. i emailed twice yesterday to change the address but now i had an email that it has been shipped! it was a wrong address!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE

Don’t buy anything from this site! The dress I ordered looks totally bad!! Color is different than at the picture and fabric is translucent. Its a joke. 30$ waste. What’s more they sent it to wrong adress although I wrote an e-mail about changing it.

This is the worse site to order clothes from. I ordered 3 items in large, when they came the clothes were so small , you would have to be a size 2 .
Then try and get a refund, what a joke !!! When you do finally get them to email you back they ask you to take a $10.00 refund { instead of the $70.00} I spent and gift the clothes to some. But if I sill wanted the refund I have to jump though hoops and send it back to China and no guessing if I get any money back. I am going to try anyways.

I had placed an order with them last week of November. I received a email 2 weeks later saying my payment went through and my order is in progress, or sorry, preparation. I tried to find contact information to call or email them to say If it took you guys 2 weeks just to process my payment, if I can't get it by Xmas I don't want it.

Their website has no contact info, but their email stating my payment was put through had a email address. I emailed them 3 times with no response.

Today I called my credit card company and put a fraud claim into their store for taking my money and not sending the merchandise. I guess I have to wait 30 days after the transaction and if I don't get anything in the mail I'll get my money back. I truly don't think I'll receive anything in thirty days. And for 40 bucks. If it comes after Xmas I'll just send it back. This was a 40 dollar lesson to never shop here again. Shame since I live with 4 girls and they show cute outfits on their website.

This company is a fraudulent joke... If something changes I will update this comment.

DONT DO IT! I just received a shirt I ordered. I ordered an XL, this thing is so small my daughter (4”11, size zero jeans, small shirt, 6 shoe) can barely wear it! AVOIDAVOIDAVOID!

Do not order from novashe.com ! They are a ripoff! The items they shipped me do NOT look like the pictures. They were made of cheap fabric and did not fit right! I have messaged them multiple times asking how to return for a refund with no answers! Novashe is a ripoff!

I have had a bad experience with this company! First of all it took over two months for my dress to come in and me constantly e-mailing them asking where it is. Then when it finally came in, the material is horrible and VERY unflattering. Do not recommend at all!

Do not order!!! Order 2 month ago and still havent recived anything and they ignore any type of email or chatt.. just money in the trach..

Its been 20 days, still haven't gotten it i want my money back, or a message back NOW!

This site is a complete scam.
The clothes are a HORRIBLE knock off version of the clothes they picture on their site.
None of the images are legit theirs and none of the dresses look even remotely close to the garbage they are shipping.

I love do shopping on Novashe. I can be always stylish and don't spend much money.Everything arrive quickly and Items just like on the photo.

I really like clothes from here, after delivery i am always happy.Delivering is really fast despite a long distance.

Do not order from this website. They took my money, I never received what I ordered and after many, many attempts to contact them I have had no reply. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!

I wish I had checked this website before ordering. I ordered a dress that looked so cute in the photo, and when it arrived it was cheap satin material, it looked like a Halloween costume. On top of it, there were snags in the material too. What a waste of money!

I wish I had read reviews before buying from this website. Ordered a coat and the quality was terrible. Have emailed several times asking to arrange a return and refund and have had a couple of replies saying they cannot trace my order despite me sending a screenshot of my Paypal payment. Now communication from them has gone completely dead. This website is a scam - do not buy from them.

Same experience as most other people. TERRIBLE. My money got sucked up straight away but no confirmation email, I took a screenshot of my purchase order, but now my purchase order number is 000000, no contact from them. I'm hoping I can get my money back via PayPal purchase disputes. What do you have to say for yourself, Novashe? Are you going to get it together and send me my cloak?! Do not buy from this company.
