Great. Love the screen fast shipment. Easy to install. But the installation instruction is in german. It should be multilingual. Perfect with UST nexigo aurora pro.

Perfect screen
The screen was well thought out. I love the way its built. I have put together several screens and this one was the best. The angle of the frame makes it very easy to add LED lights to the back of screen. Awesome screen!!!

Vidéoprojecteur Formovie…
L'achat d'un vidéoprojecteur Formovie Cinema 3 s'est très bien passé. Le tarif était très compétitif.
La livraison à Paris (France) a été rapide (6 jours).
Je recommande donc le site.
Attention, j'ai payé en euros sur le site mais des frais de change de 40€ environ m'ont été facturés par ma banque pour cet achat débité à Hong Kong.

Everything ok
Projector arrived well packaged and sealed. Perfectly working. They also sent a backpack with a very useful tripod and an instruction sheet to explain how to set the English language and install a different operating system. Everything OK.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST!!!
Before I commit to purchase a projector along with the screen, I tried many times to call their "Support Line" with no answer what-so-ever. I sent them an email and they never replied.
Online chat, the bot says that "someone will call me back in couple of minutes" and this never happened either.
I even went as far as call the people who does shipping for them and left a message with the lady and that did not work either.
I have run out of options how to contact them. I just don't believe this sort of business practice would get them very far in Australia.
I thing I'll talk to another company for my projector needs.

Bonjour,
aillant un peu peur de commander sur ce site, je tenais à écrire ce commentaire, site fiable, envoi rapide, j'ai communiqué tout au long par mail avec Jennie, qui n'a pas manqué de répondre à chacun de mes mails.
l'envoi a été rapide, le suivi du colis est donné quasiment immédiatement.

Unzufrieden, schlechte Qualität mit langer Lieferzeit
Das hochfahren des Bildschirmes ist durch Verklebungen der Leinwandfolie mit Geräuschen verbunden, Wenn beim hochfahren die schwarze untere Folie kommt wackelt der ganze Bildschirm. Das macht keinen Spaß, besonders wenn der Support mir schreibt, das ist normal und bessert sich.
Es bessert sich nicht ! Außderdem habe ich über 4 Wochen auf den Bildschirm warten müssen. Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Before making my purchase I contacted their customer support to make sure that I would purchase the correct screen for my projector.
The screen arrived and the picture looks stunning on it. I bought a Nothing Projector Blackhand using a Samsung Premiere LSP7T projector.
After constructing the screen, the picture looks stunning. Also, I ran out of springs (I broke a couple ones while constructing it), and the support immediately offered me to send new springs at no additional cost. Now I could get rid of the last wrinkles :)

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. It started perfectly. I received my projector (Formovie Cinema 3) but realized it was making an awful electric noise in "View" brightness mode. It's something pretty common on the Formovie projector, and it needs to be replaced.
Since Formovie claimed it was "normal" and NothingProjector wouldn't do anything, I chose to return the product, as I was still in the 14 legal days for a return for a product bought online in the EU.
That's where it became complicated, as NothingProjector refused my return and claimed that I should keep my broken projector.
When I asked about this on various forums, the affiliated one simply deleted my question, and the other told me it was something common with Dropshipper. So I guess I made a mistake, and I'll try to correct it. Don't do the same. Order directly from the manufacturer and not from Dropshipper, the few bucks more are your peace of mind.

Je suis très satisfait et assez surpris par la qualité du service et la disponibilité d'un vendeur : NOTHING PROJECTOR. Ne vous laissez pas tromper par la marque, ce vendeur est plus EVERYTHING que Nothing. Vous pouvez payer par PayPal ou virement bancaire, vous êtes totalement en sécurité et pouvez leur faire confiance. Jennie est tellement gentille et compréhensive. La qualité est là, les prix sont vraiment compétitifs, ils ont des entrepôts en Chine, aux États-Unis et en Europe. Le service après-vente est génial. Gestion du stock pas transparente
Ils prennent votre argent et vous apprenez par la suite que les produits ne sont pas en stock en Europe. Le projecteur a mis presque un mois à arriver. Jennie est très réactive par email en anglais, et heureusement vous aide à patienter.
