I have purchased the projector formovie theater premium that I am very happy. It is exactly what I'm looking for, an product with a good value.

Edit Oct 2024 : After exchanges with Nothing, a new projector was sent and warranty extended until 2027. I would say that Nothing was finally reactive and find a good solution. I am raising the score for this.
I am still wondering what will be the longevity of this new projector and moreover support and repair are only done in China so far. Can they really comply to EU customer laws in terms of warranty ? Keep in mind that you are dealing with China support only. It would be good to have a European office.

I do not recommend Nothing Projector or Formovie brand. I bought a Formovie theatre with NothingProjector and I started to have problems with faulty pictures after 1 year and a half only.
I contacted the support and they replied by mail. I received a free pickup service. The projector was sent to Spain and then to China because it could not be repared. It's been now 2 months that I am waiting for my projector to be repared. This is a bad customer experience and not acceptable for a 3000 euros product.

I strongly recommend not to buy expensive electronics like projector from China and specially from resellers that have no legal offices in US or Europe. They do not respect the local laws on customer's protection.

Um ótimo atendimento desde a compra até a entrega e o produto chegou bem embalado, aliás, o projetor é muito bom, superou as expectativas.

I would Stay away from this company if you buy a projector in the EU! They refuse to comply with EU law about returns (14 day cool off period) and warranty rules and do not take your return and do NOT refund you even if they have received the goods. Do not take the risk with expensive products and buy elsewhere, you have been warned.

I bought a formovie s5 projector with them and specs proved to be totally false or i had a bogus unit. Only 500 ANSI Lumens in stead of 1100. Do not believe reviews they are all sponsored (except YouTube The Hookup and Jayce Ooi, the latter i found later and proved my point). ALL settings is in Chinese and not usable in the EU without seperate streaming device.

I wanted to return but they blatantly refused while I was on day 2 of the EU law cool off period. The product was only used once and in New condition. If you send it without their permission they warn you that they keep the product and do not refund you! Totally unheard of in my lifetime.

Update 5-9-2024:
After publicising this review, they took their responsibility and agreed to take the return and offered full refund of purchase amount. At least i can say they comply with eu rules. Let's see if everything will work out. Will update.

Update 21 sep 2024:
It worked out and they reimbursed the full amount. They asked to remove this bad review after reimbursement. At least they take responsibility for EU law but I hoped they learned a thing or two for next customers. Hopefully with less fuss.

Pour obtenir la note maximale, je suggère de modifier votre clause "30 Day Price Guarantee" qui pour le moment indique "No refunds or exchanges for items purchased from the NothingProjector website without quality issues." (voir FAQs)

Ceci va à l'encontre de la clause légale dans mon pays (France) qui pour rappel oblige le e-commerçant à offrir un droit de rétractation légal de 14 jours sans conditions. D'autres pays doivent avoir des clauses similaire, il serait bon de vérifier et s'aligner.

Ich habe eine beschädigte Leinwand erhalten. Den Fehler habe ich direkt am gleichen Tag per Mail gemeldet.

Der Service meldete sich innerhalb weniger Stunden. Soweit so gut....
Daraufhin sollte ich ein Video des Unboxing einsenden, was ich nicht vorliegen habe.
Ich gehe bei Erhalt nicht primär davon aus, ein defektes Produkt zu erhalten...
Direkt nach Kenntnisnahme habe ich den Mangel gemeldet...und als Nachweis Fotos eingesendet, sowie die angefragte Seriennummer der Leinwand.

Der Service will dies nun an den Hersteller weiterleiten....
Für mich ist im Verbraucherrecht der Verkäufer für die Ordnungsgemäße Ware direkt nach Verkauf zuständig.
Ich habe hier das Gefühl, dass dies nicht beachtet wird...

Aber nach langem hin und her wurde mir ein neuer Stoff geschickt, welcher dann auch einwandfrei war.
Die Qualität des Screens ist für den Preis im Vergleich zu den Marktübrigen Angeboten echt super und der Schwarzwert ist ebenfalls super.

Der Versand ging sehr schnell und Problemlos.

I recently purchased my first UST projector and from all the research I had done I knew I needed a screen! That same research brought me to nothing projector! They answered all my questions very quickly. I settled on the black series 100 inch screen for 2 reasons, first it had great reviews and it seem to look just like I wanted. Next was the price! For the quality it just couldn't be beaten! The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the instructions were not very clear and due to that fact I spent more time trying to put it together! I recommend this company and their products! The black series is a beast! It rejects light from all angles and it makes my nexigo look amazing! I didn't want a shiny OLED looking screen, I wanted an immersive movie theater experience and feel and that's what I got!

I bought Formovie theatre from Nothing projector Australia store couple of months ago. It worked fine for few weeks and slowly started to show issues like artefacts, no picture etc., The projector stopped responding and I have contacted customer care to seek help with the issue.
I tried chat and their contact number, but no one actually ever picks up the call. Luckily their email response is good and they offered me to provide free repair with pickup service. For the next two weeks, I tried emailing them multiple times to get the updates on the pickup and it went back and forth multiple times resulting in delays.
I am still waiting for the projector to be picked up. The customer support always sends the same template message that the issue is with Formovie and they can do nothing here.
I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
Update on 24/09:
Nothing projector has agreed to ship a new replacement projector as Formovie is taking long time to assess the issue. The customer support person has provided very good support in getting me the replacement projector. I'm happy to upgrade the experience to good :)

Le service de calibration inclus dans le montant total est un vrai plus 👍.
Je suis très satisfait du projecteur. A tel point que j'en veux encore plus et vais investir dans un écran ALR prochainement.

Terrible customer service, items missing. I received my much anticipated Fixed Frame ALR projector screen, and had set aside half a day to assemble it, only to discover when I opened the package that there were four items missing from my shipment. I have tried every possible way that I can to contact Nothing Projector to arrange to get these missing items sent out (via email, I tried to message directly via their website but the messaging function is broken on their site and keeps just directing me back to the 'contact us' page. I've tried ringing them in Australia (I'm based in the UK), but so far nobody is answering their phone. I'm exceedingly disappointed, I haven't even been able to assemble the frame that they sent, because I don't have all the necessary parts. I cannot see how I can determine if the item is working correctly if I cannot even put it together. I am appalled at the company's terrible customer service. I will be seeking a refund via my credit card company if they don't respond soon.

UPDATE 1 July 2024
I am pleased to say that Nothing Projector has subsequently contacted me and between us realised that it is simply the instructions that were sent with the screen which were out of date, suggesting that items should have been included which are now provided in a different location within the shipment, attached to some of the other pieces of the screen, so all is now well. we assembled the screen fairly easily (although the assembly instructions were not always entirely clear, the online video helped, and the screen is now assembled and looks great). So I cannot give them 5 stars, given the initial problems, but their subsequent contact has been very good, so I've upgraded the rating from 1 up to 4 stars.

Clear Communication and Proper response (with a tiny delay).
A Manual in English is needed when you sell to international customers.

Read picture even with light directly on screen. No problem, putting it together in the frame. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Bon... en octobre 2023, suite à la lecture de plusieurs avis sur des sites spécialisés dans les écrans de projections, je commande un écran black séries cadre fixe de 100 pouces profitant d'une promotion, l'envoi est rapide, le montage simple et franchement.... l'écran correspond parfaitement à mes attentes,
Du coup, je conseille ce site pour l'achat d'un écran pour un collègueen avril 2024...
et la les galères commencent,
l'écran envoyé est fait pour les ust (comme prévu dans les descriptifs du site), l'écran est motorisé accroché au plafond, l'ust est une belle bête un Samsung lsp 9 bref un des top produits ust, pourtant le rendu n'est pas au rdv, la toile étant montée à l'envers, la luminosité est affreuse (logique)... contact avec le SAV... et réexpédition impossible... limite à donner culpabilité au collègue... "VOUS N'AVEZ QU'À ACHETER UN TREPIED..." ou "VOUS AURIEZ DÛ PRÉCISEZ QUE C'ÉTAIT POUR UN UST" mais bordel c'est dans les descriptif... depuis plus un contact.... plus moyen de joindre le chat... en gros démerde toi...
bref, quand ça va, ben ça va...
et quand ça va pas, bah c'est tout dans l'os...
Suite avec les asso de consomation et contact et lourdeur des démarches bancaires pour espérer un blocage éventuel du débit....
En attendant la suite....
