Came down to look at buying a new car on Saturday. Bought one within 10 mins. Stuart couldn't have been any better. I explain what I was looking for and he found one straight away. Picked the car up today and its perfect. Thank you Stuart

I dealt with John Davenport. He was fantastic from start to finish. Really friendly, polite and helpful. He kept me informed throughout the whole process, from purchase, to pre pick up MOT, repairs etc. He is a credit to North West Trade Centre.
The only negative was one of the other salesmen who I found was rude and short to John when John asked him to double check all details of my purchase with him. He had a pony tail and had a possible Eastern European accent. This did put me off initially as I find buying a potentially stressful experience. That aside, I wouldn't hesitate in buying a car from John again.

Avoid,thet take your money, then ignore phone calls and emails. This is before I even got the car. Absolute joke of a company.

We arranged to view a white ford fiesta ST Line at a 1.00pm.we arrived 15 minutes early and were told the salesman had just nipped out to McDonalds which was fare enough, no issues with that, in the mean time I asked if i could look at the car and was told they couldn't find the keys. 30 minutes later the car came into the dealership being driven like it had been stolen followed by the salesman in another car. It turns out it was the valet driving it like an idiot. I asked if i could look at the car under cover in which it was then driven like it was being chased by the police to the canopy for me to view it. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE WEBSITE PHOTOS. This car had had part of the rear bumper sprayed (badly) the front passenger wing painted (badly). the drivers door did not line up with the rest of the panels and the wheels were completely shot. The indicator on the passenger door mirror was held on with sellotape. I asked if it was a CAT N insurance job which i was told it wasn’t. The salesman did say he would get the bodywork sorted but by this time i had lost total confidence in the place. The salesman was nice enough and polite only to be let down by the car (which he should have checked throughly) and Lewis Hamilton driving it into the dealership.

Jake was incredibly helpful in purchasing my new car, he promptly answered all questions in detail and went above and beyond by enquiring with a garage in regards to missing paperwork.

Overall very good experience.
Aidan took good care of us. We did originally get the car through Kieron but wasn’t ready when said it would be, so had to come back twice.
But other than that was very upfront with us about the car and it needing the body work etc still needing doing.
