Power washer water inlet failure. A call to North West power washers was promptly answered and after I told about my problem, I was explained the reason of the fault and how to make the repair. I then emailed a picture of the failing part. The answer came back in the next te minutes. I made the order straight on. I received the parts first post on the following day.

Brilliant service. Great comms from Christine and where other suppliers needed 'more info' about the part I was after, NWPW identified it immediately and delivered it to Glasgow the following day. Hard to beat.....

I contacted NW Power Washers when my domestic washer needed electric motor brushes. I found them very helpful. Thank you

Excellent service. They identified the problem from the description in my email to them. They offered to supply the necessary part which would have been cheaper for me. I preferred to let them fit it as they are fairly local. When I dropped off my machine they offered to fit the part there and then whilst I waited. After a thirty minute walk locally to kill time, I was driving back home with a once again fully working machine.

Northwest Power Washers have given me and my company great service for so many years both with personal and business machines.
They are a good size company nowadays but still with those core values being run as a family business. Keep going with the great service and prices Steve, Chris and Family.

Excellent service; my query was quickly answered and the goods quickly despatched - received following day.
