North West Power Washers Ltd Anmeldelser

Very useful and helpful supplier, I use a number of Nilfisk Alto Aero vacuums in my business and have obtained parts for a while and now new machines from them, you can rely on them to supply what you need and when delays happen which are unavoidable sometimes they communicate with you, Their excellent review score is no accident!

As ever James is exceptionally helpful, able to identify parts from pictures alone. Quick to respond, polite and helpful. Once ordered the parts in stock were straight into the mail and have been delivered in record time for us operating on a remote island. Will continue to reach out to you first for all our power washer needs.

Very knowledgeable people who are prepared to listen to your needs and solve your problem. At no point do you feel inferior or that these guys don't have time to listen to you.
I have purchased three times and they offer a swift and good value service.
It is a pleasure to give them my money.

Fantastic experience! When my Nilfisk pressure washer had problems, my interaction with the local dealer wasn’t the best. I reached out to Northwest for guidance and possibly some parts. I believe I spoke with James and his mum, who were incredibly helpful, providing excellent advice and direction. It was great to have someone on the phone offering technical support. In the future, when it's time to fix or upgrade my current washer, Northwest will be my first choice. Thanks a bunch for the assistance!

The company provided excellent answers and insightful guidance to my inquiries. I would confidently rely on them for future purchases.

Our order for new washers came promptly two days after the order was placed and North West Power Washers supplied a manual. It wasn’t for our model but was good enough to help. Very impressive service and if the repair works it will save a fortune and contribute to sustainability.

Have a problem with water leakage from my trigger handle. After speaking to a lovely lady called Christine and sending her photos she was able to advise on what parts I would need, and sent me the links on what to order.
