North West Power Washers Ltd Anmeldelser

Really helpful response. Helped me find the part I needed, despatched it the same day I ordered it and it was here the day after. Now all I need is for the rain to stop so that I can wash my car...

Accepted a return of an incompatible hose long after the stated interval for returns.
Excellentand personal service.

I am really impressed by the service I received from this company, they are very helpful and prompt with delivery to me in France, I thought I would never obtain a new lance for my pressure washer, but this company sent a new unit to me within a week! Very impressed and will use them again.

Excellent advice - quickest delivery in the uk and personable on email, thanks

Gave excellent and thorough advice following a speculative email I sent them. They supplied the part, and Chris gave me all the advice I needed to fit it. Power washer now running as good as new. Fantastic service all round, thank you.

very helpful, had an email enquiry & could've easily sold me something i didn't need but offered advice instead

Chris is brilliant, with good advice and being able to supply the parts needed at a good price.

Chris was brilliant at sorting out a hose for my pressure washer via emails and photos always replying, I recommend these people 100%
Thank you for all the help

These guys are brilliant! Trouble with a Nilfisk 130.3, Nilfisk no help at all, local people just want to sell us a new machine. Steve and Chris identify the right part(s), offer advice on the phone, reply to voicemail if they haven't answered the call, and same with emails. Held my hand all the way through, and I'm now working again.
Can't recommend highly enough. If I lived closer I would have taken the machine to them and saved myself a lot of time and puzzlement.

Excellent advice via telepone for a problem 140-3. Rang many times for advice and parts always 1st class service. Thank you

I knew this company from buying spares for a 15-year old machine, so went to them when it finally packed-up. Not the most impressive retail site, in an old farm, but they really understand the products - and their prices are competitive. Eventually, I bought a Nilfisk E 160.1 and have been very pleased with it.

Great place and great help from them.
Find everything i needed to my powerwash. And also the only one with that much part at the same place 😀😀

Contacted company for advice on fixing an oil leak on a Nilfisk C120.6. Chris was super helpful with his replies and even sent instructions on servicing the unit BEFORE I had ordered parts from him. Order arrived really quickly and well packaged. Jet wash is now fixed and working better than ever ! Would highly recommend North West Power Washers.

Gave up trying to get a replacement wheel for my Nilfisk 140 core ,impossible to contact Nilfisk. Found North West ltd, spoke to the ladies on switchboard who found me the part number, and put one in the post. Five Star Company. Many Thanks Derek Mitchell.

Merely asked for advice re. power washer handle repair which was immediately responded to despite not buying from them.
That is impressive.

Was looking for a local contractor for cleaning machinery, fast service and professional.
Would definitely recommend

Huge shout out to Christine was was so knowledgeable and helpful when i had an issue with my domestic power washer. Good old fashioned customer service which is so rare nowadays

Quick and knowledgeable staff get you the parts and advice needed to get the job done!

Chris was very helpful informing me of the correct part I needed for my power washer, no matter how many emails I sent nothing was too much trouble in giving me a quick response and for the over 65s who arnt very technical this was a great help.
