Thanks for the reviews. I will not order from this company. Poor customer service., getting refunds, communication and charging unauthorized membership fees. Thanks again. They all can’t be lying too many on several review sites.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order from North Style. It has been the most horrible experience with customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to cancel and order that my wife changed her mind about and was lied to repeatedly by customer service. Hopefully this review helps somebody from ordering from these frauds.

Shipping and return fees are outrageous! Goods are cheap quality; on Amazon at lower prices and waaay lower fees. Never ordering again.

Cute clothes. Would like to order, but the shipping charges and return policy are a huge turn off! Will not be ordering from North Style.

0 stars for customer service and shipping. Will never purchase from this store again. Why would I shop here when customer service is excellent at so many vendors I have used. Sorry Northstyle, wish I had a better experience. Still have not received vacation wear I paid extra for speedy delivery. My order did not arrive before I left on vacation. Disappointed!

Absolutely terrible CustSvc. Email saying they couldn't process my order b/c of credit card/address problem even though the bill online had full address for Bill To/Ship To (same address). Was asked multiple times if bill to/ship to were the same address, said yes, said look at the page of the order the 2 are right next to one another. Then phone cut out/hung up. Called multiple times, sometimes phone line wouldn't ask questions so that I could press a choice or answer verbally. Just endless recorded 'I'm sorry I didn't get that!' loop and no way to bypass it. No way to speak to a manager. Wasted time (and me going out of town) meant I had to spend another $20 on already sky-high shipping. Never got a confirmation after that payment saying the order was being processed and sent. Order tracking just shows same info from 3 days ago, no updates. Could barely hear one operator over the sound of roosters in the yard and I am absolutely not making that up. OH and they needed me 4 digit add on for my zip code and I don't know it! Demanded 3 times, then never brought it up again. Also demanded the Cust Svc line of my credit card. I said it's 1800 DISCOVER (I don't know the numbers by heart) and was literally asked, and answered, 10 times in a row. I thought the operator meant my NorthStyle card, which I don't have. It didn't matter how many times I said: My credit card cust svc line number is 1 800 DISCOVER he kept telling me he needed the 1 800 number from the back of my card. It was like a dystopian nightmare over a terrible phone line with roosters crowing.

If you call NorthStyle customer service for any reason, immediately after your conversation with their rep, and while still on the phone, you will have the option to rate your customer service experience. BUT if the employee thinks you're going to leave a negative rating, they know NOT to "release" (hang up) the call on their end, so you cannot access the survey to rate their performance! They literally just stay on the line FOREVER until you finally give up and hang up, just so you can't leave them a negative rating! I called 3 different times in 1 day trying to get my 15% discount (which I never did), and each person stayed on the line until I gave up and hung up! I had to tell the 3rd employee (Jen) to hang up so I could rate her service, she giggled and reluctantly FINALLY did! Also, I had left a detailed message with Jen, for their supervisor (Kim) to call me back the next day and, of course, he never did! I actually DO love their clothes, but VERY SKETCHY EMPLOYEES!!!

NEW NEWS: I placed this simple online order for 2 nightgowns on May 3, 2023. NorthStyle "created my label" on May 5, 2023. As of yesterday, May 26, 2023, I have been VERY patiently waiting for 3 long weeks, while checking my FedEx tracking number daily. During that time, there has been absolutely NO MOVEMENT from their State of origin in Massachusetts, not even an "Estimated Delivery Date" from FedEx, since they NEVER RECEIVED my order from NorthStyle! Suddenly late yesterday afternoon, May 26, 2023, I received a strange email from NorthStyle stating, "...they have received my returned merchandise and will promptly issue a refund". Well, as you know, it is IMPOSSIBLE to RETURN something that you NEVER RECEIVED! I went on their website to see if perhaps my nightgowns (in my size) were just out-of-stock, but they were/are still available. I now truly believe NorthStyle cancelled my order in retaliation of this specific (i.e. names, dates, etc.) negative review! I have never had any issues with NorthStyle in the past 3 years until now. I don't know what has changed...the company or the employees or both? Obviously, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH NORTHSTYLE AGAIN!!! So PLEASE spread the word of just how TERRIBLE and DISHONEST they have become!

MORE LIES: Yet another weird email from NorthStyle late this afternoon on May 28, 2023. NOW their newest tall tale is that my order "...has been delivered to a different address and has been returned back to us". UNBELIEVABLE...YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP!!! AND, they are only going to refund a portion of our money, keeping some of it for shipping in their make-believe story of being "returned" back to them! THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, since we can easily prove their fraudulent behavior to the credit card company with our FedEx tracking number still showing NO ACTION EVER OCCURRED...MY ORDER NEVER LEFT THEIR STATE OF ORIGIN IN MASSACHUSETTS to go ANYWHERE!!!!

Don’t purchase anything from this company. I just wasted more than $80. purchasing a wing breaker jacket that is cheaply made and poorly styled. The return to overseas will cost me almost the price of the jacket. In addition the company has all sorts of time consuming requirements for a return. Don’t buy from them

Thank you to everyone who posted your reviews, I was planning on ordering some new clothes after recovering from a 4 year battle with cancer. I was going to send in my order, something just made me think to check the reviews since I have never ordered from NorthStyle. I would have been so upset with this type of service and that is not what I need right now. Thank you for being honest!!

I read you reviews AFTER ordering 7 items. The reviews (1.4 star rating) worried me. But the order came in 4 days, clothes quality were good and my return order of 3 items out of 7 items was processed quickly. They have their act together.

I wish I could give zero stars. They couldn't process a valid credit card on their website. I called to place an order online and they refused to honor the online price. They told me my only option was to wait until Monday and call customer service, which is only available during hours that I am working. This is just ridiculous!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THEY COULD NOT PROCESS MY ORDER AS THE INFORMATION ON MY BANK CARD DID'NT MATCH WHAT THEY HAD. ODD, BECAUSE IT SHOWED THE $161 ALREADY CHARGED ON MY BANK ACCOUNT! I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND REMOVE THE FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY! STILL HAVE TAKEN NO ACTION AT ALL. THIS COMPANY COMES SO CLOSE TO FRAUDULENT PRACTICES I REPORTED IT TO MY BANK AS UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE! DECEPTIVE, DEVIOUS AND ILLEGAL PRACTICES BY THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE RUN OUT OF BUSINESS! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have had the same problem with Northstyle that other people have mentioned. I was supposed to get a 15% discount and it didn't work. And now I have emailed them twice and still no response!

I have ordered from NorthStyle several times before. The shipping is slow and very expensive. Customer service is non-existent, and returns are a pain. I do like the clothes which are also expensive, but this latest experience made me remember why I swore I would never order from them again. This time it promised a 15% discount, but it didn't appear in the cart as stated that it would.

I went online to order from this company after receiving a catalog in the USPS mail. Perused through the site and fell in love with the clothing. Went to pay and use my 10% discount and the checkout page would not allow it. Then, I noticed the absorbent shipping cost. Of nearly $20 for a $129 order. Stopped there and glad I did. Found these reviews, thankfully. What a waste of everyones' time and money!

Like several of the other reviewers, the turnaround for orders is extremely slow. I ordered two pair of jeans using their sizing chart, and neither pair fit- were way too big. When I returned them for an exchange, I was told $11.00 would be charged to my account for the return. Who does that when Amazon is free? The exchanges came several weeks later, and only one of the two pair fit, so I get to pay an additional $11 to send the one pair back. The two return fees amount to half the cost of the jeans! I realize that jeans are risky to buy online (lesson learned), but I won’t be ordering from NorthStyle again.

I liked the clothing, but needed to exchange two items for a different size. After 3 weeks I called customer service. Told 4-6 weeks was the waiting time, which is absurd. Never rec'd any info abt return, exchange, etc., but I did finally receive the two items.

This company needs to get with the times. I returned and exchanged two items over 3 weeks ago. No email confirmation that my items have been received or that they are working on my order. Called customer service and was told their turnaround time is 4-6 weeks! This is unacceptable in this day and age! I hope I get my items eventually and once I do I will not shop with this company again.

This company is the worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with. If u return anything it takes 4 to 6 wks… not acceptable! The last two times I’ve called for help I’ve had a very incapable person to work with, they talk soft and you can’t understand them. So frustrating

It took me 5 months to get a refund on my purchase. I had used a gift card for the purchase, and no longer had it. Finally after multiple phone calls and emails, someone helped me get my refund in the form of a gift card. I will never order from them again.
