I have been having trouble with an order that I placed. One item in the order was back ordered. They charged my account and then removed the charge so I didn’t know if they canceled the item. The customer service representative was rude and wouldn’t let me talk. She kept talking over me and then hung up on me so I couldn’t take the survey.

I ordered a medium tunic and it was too large size so I sent it back, marked the paperwork to send me a small and it was never sent. I thought maybe I had done something wrong.

Their catalog is beautiful and I ordered leggings and a top in a small. Leggings were fine. The top was off. Not proportioned right too big. Not really sure what the problem was but it was unwearable. I sent that back and did get my refund that time.
I saw another lady wearing a top I had seen on their website. In the catalog it looked great. On the person, it looked thin and cheap.

Though their products are decent, their customer service is non existent. If you take a screen shot of what you like from their website and use Google lens to identify the item you can purchase from another store with better costumer service.

I've always had very good luck with Northstyle.

I found several items I would have liked to order. After reading all the negative reviews, there is "No Way" I would place an order. I ordered from two unknown companies once before, and I will not order without checking out a company I'm unfamiliar with.

I wanted to order 2 shirts but the shipping was $17.00!!!! I will not order from NorthStyle because of this.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and the clothes shrink and become misshapen right away.

Ditto - their pop up when you enter their website says 15% off and does not show up when you are ready to place an order. I even called customer service and they say it was supposed to show up at page where grand total appears. It did not! I even gave email to receive 10% off and never received it. Would not trust them. I sent an email to customer service about the 15% off and they never responded. I did not give my credit card info and would not trust them.

The shipping and return charges are ridiculous in comparison to competitors. This was my first order. I ordered 3 comfort skorts. The undershorts are not knit and have a terribly short inseam. I laundered per instructions. They shrank a full size and the hem came out of two. I’m done.

Well, after reading review after review about illegal business practices I would never place an order. I'm just startled that this company is allowed to do business in the USA. Shut this money scamming place down. We work too hard for our money.

I placed an order in May. According to their web site, it had been delivered - but I never got the items. I fought with customer service and finally got a credit after about 3 weeks. THEN - they started charging me $18.43 per MONTH for their apparant "rewards" program... For which I never signed up or authorized. Unfortunately, they did it for 5 months straight before I caught it (I know - my own fault). When I finally got through to them (You have to phone... no ability to fix it on the web site)... the most they were "ALLOWED" to credit me was 4 months. These people are crooks. I wish I had the money to take them to court. I can only imagine how many people they steal from who don't fight it.

Sadly, I do like their clothes. But I have had repeated experiences with customer service that have been very shady or downright dishonest. Like other customers, I have had discounts offered in marketing emails that don't show up in the cart as promised, and with any other company, if you called they would give it to you, but this company says, we don't know what you're talking about. They also have a "rebate" program for discounts and free shipping that asks you to fill out a form, and when you fill out the form they just never process it, and when you complain about that they say, you didn't send us enough information, even though what you did was fill out the form they have. I have stopped buying anything from them, because although they do have some attractive clothes, their business operation is just a big scam aimed at ripping off customers.

I order maybe once a year. I have been very happy with the merchandise, and I get many compliments. I had complained about the prices, but as I researched Parsley and Sage, even on Amazon, I found the prices comparable. As someone else mentioned, it is annoying to get a pop up advertising “free” shipping if you pay a monthly charge to join their club. With free shipping without a membership, NorthStyle would get 5 stars.

After seeing so many negative reviews, I do not want to order from NorthStyle. Many of the items in their catalog are appealing but I fear that is only good photography and attractive models. Thanks for all the warnings. I am sorry so many of you had a difficult experience with this company.

Too bad I can’t leave zero stars. I placed a large order because I had a trip coming up and was desperately in need of new clothes. Received the items and the quality was abysmal! I kept a few things out of necessity and returned over 30 items! For 7 months now I have been dealing with their useless customer service and my credit card company -who aren’t much better - simultaneously to no avail. I have sent several letters (Their CS is in Mumbai and the letters go to North Dakota) to both which included the list of items marked returned on their website!! Still waiting for my $1847 credit. Finally connected to “Level 2” in the U.S. and was told I needed to cancel the dispute with my card company so that the credit, which was sent, could go through. Guess what. Still no credit. About to get an attorney involved.

They charged $15.99 on a $100.00 order...the items are poor quality and to send back they charge $10.95 ...and if you want to exchange it ... It's another $10.95 shipping. Do the math! That's a total of al.ost $40 just to receive and exchange . Their size guide is wayyyy off. Makes me wonder if they purposely get you to order the wrong size! I really don't know how this company can gouge people and stay in business!

I placed an order on July 5, 2023 and today is July 11, 2023. I have not heard anything from North Style so I called their Customer Service and was told the order was just shipped today the 11th. It can take up-to 7 days for shipping, but I should receive my order. North Style claims their order processing and shipping takes approx. 17 days.

First time ordering, did not like so i returned it. Customer service has no idea what there doing. They dont see the return, so thankfully had the tracking #. Its been 2 weeks and still shows in transit.
You pay for shipping , but they will deduct $$from your return.
Will not buy again. Just hope I get the refund.

I have ordered several times from North Style, and even though I was satisfied with my purchases, I am not happy with their prices. The cost of their clothes are way too high. I’ve seen so many items in their catalog and online that are twice as much as JC Penny’s and the quality is no different. Hey, North Style, lower your prices and offer free shipping. Maybe you’ll sell more. People sure would appreciate it.
