Do not order from Northstyle. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
The dress I received cost £30 and was terrible thin material. Almost like nylon. Style was horrid. Asked to return it but they said I would have to ship back to their China warehouse at a cost of £30!!

I have received Items I loved however one of the shirts was very large even though I ordered a small. After returning it North style only gave me 1/2 of a refund of the total it cost me, what? Sorry, your products aren’t that great. Will not buy from them again.

I exchanged items that I bought at sale price, they then charged me the full price instead! On phone holding right now and at 1hr, 48minutes! Will give up soon. I love their stuff but returns and exchanges are awful. FYI their sister catalogs have been just as bad.

Receiving a credit on a return took 5-6 weeks...which is ridiculous!!! I will NEVER order here again😡

They refused to cancel an order 17 minutes after I made it.

I wish I could give this company 1/16th of a star. Three days ago I purchased 2 dresses at $59.95 each. Today I received a text message that the site was holding a flash sale and the dresses are now reduced to $50.76. I contacted customer service to request a price adjustment especially since the items have not shipped yet. The rep that I spoke with insisted that the price had not changed and the items had not been reduced. I explained that I received an unsolicited text message about the flash sale. I was told there would be no price adjustment since I had already placed the order that had not shipped yet. This purchase policy is so unfair. I will never buy from this company again and I recommend that others not buy from them also. Unfair to reduce the price within 3 days and not offer an adjustment.

Customer service was not very helpful and I was not encouraged about my chances of getting my refund. I paid for the return and mailed it through USPS which provided me with proof that it was mailed and RECEIVED by the North Style return address. My fear is that it was "lost" on their end and I am in for a battle for my refund which is NOT just a couple of dollars. I will not be buying from this company again,

I was charged $13.99 shipping and processing plus $1.50 "carrier surcharge" to ship to me. It took two weeks to arrive. It fit badly so I was charged $11.95 to ship it back. $27. 44 to try on a $69.95 dress. When calling customer service, you end up in a menu loop. I will not be shopping there again.

Their customer service is terrible and unhelpful. If you have a return, you pay for it, then they lose it, then they are unhelpful. They send emails in the same day with discount and free shipping but only honor one, but don't say this anywhere. Poor poor customer service. Their shipping is WAY too high, when other retailers at all levels offer free shipping, theirs is $20/order. Spend you money at better retailers.

No problems with website or shipping (free, due to value of order) I spent 92.00 on two tops. Very disappointed with the quality of the tops and they are very thin. Also both tops had a terrible odor, will wash before wearing. I will not order from this company again.

I wish I would have gone to this website first. I recently was browsing for some items for an upcoming trip. They sent me an email offering free shipping for the items in my cart. I clicked on the link and added a few more items to my cart and placed the order. Once the order was placed I noticed that not only the shipping was not removed another fee was added to that bringing the shipping and handling amount to $16.49. I went to the customer service website immediately after receiving my confirmation email and submitted the details around the error on my order. No confirmation was given to me when I submitted the form on their site , so I called them the following morning. After several times being put on hold I was told that the order was already process and had shipped (even though the order status tracking did not show that). All they could offer me was a free shipping voucher for a future order. I asked the agent how could I trust that voucher would give me free shipping if I didn't get shipping with the link they provided me directly on the website? I requested a credit on the CC for the shipping amount and was told that could not be done. I will never order from this merchant again as they try to bait you with offers and then charge you full fees.

Shirt looked waaaay better in the picture. The fit was so far off - I order my normal size and it was at least 2 sizes too big for me. Now I'm going to make the return and it's going to cost me $11.95!! I would stay away from this place if I were you!

You are right customer service needs to be revamped.

Customer service is awful. I purchased a jacket, returned requesting a different size. The return request was never processed so I had to order the other size. Unfortunately I had to return that item as well. After second return was processed I received a $25 charge on my credit card. Called customer service twice to have the charge removed and was told both times they would “submit a ticket” to resolve the issue. So the $25 fee was above the $18.95 shipping fee paid twice and return shipping label of $11.95 paid twice. The company has nice clothes but I would never buy anything from them again. A very expensive lesson learned!

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. First of all, the golf shorts I ordered had very thin material. They’re not golf shorts. They’re walking shorts. They also advertise that the shorts had tummy control. They lied, they don’t. These shorts are $55.00 ea. Then they added $18.95 for standard shipping plus $1.50 processing fee for 3 pair of shorts. They don’t show shipping charges until you submit your order. This store is in the US. The delivery got delayed 3 times & arrived 4 days late. I will never do business with them again.

The clothes are actually good quality and came in decent time, but their customer service is complete ****. I wanted to exchange 2 items for a different size and the company is trying to charge me an additional $30. Luckily I used a card I have to load and they couldn't process it. When I called to get clarification, the agent, could not help and just kept saying the same thing about an $11 charge they deduct in a very condescending tone and I kept telling her, but the difference is over $30 and she would say are you sure, let me check. I can do math!!! I guess they refund and then recharge you, but the difference in what they were trying to charge was that extra $30. I already paid for the items, I don't want to have to pay more for them, that is ridiculous.

I've read through these ratings and I identify with those who found $21,00+ being removed from their bank accounts by NorthStyle without explanation. Oh yes, a rewards club. I will say it's the NorthStyle who is getting the rewards. When I called to find out, I was transferred four times with long waits until I got the Rewards division. I asked them to return the $60+ dollars they had taken out of my bank account (because they had my credit card number) but saw they only charged back the $20+ for one month. Who does this? Who thinks this is a good idea?

Communication with customer service is almost impossible. This company scams customers.

After waiting 6 weeks for a return refund, and never a word from them to let me know they received the return, they only refunded $43 of the $68.44 the shirt cost. When I received it, it was clearly overpriced and a weird shape/fit. I will never patronize Northstyle again.

I am sad to read some of the awful reviews for this company. I have ordered and received clothing for a few years, and returned some but not not many pieces. The clothing is good quality and I have received my refunds (after paying too much for return shipping) in a timely manner. HOWEVER, I write here today to simply warn you all about their unsecure webpage. Yes, you may establish an account much like other websites of this type, but you can never log out! Much like a "Hotel California" experience, which tells me that they use the cookies on my computer to allow me to order easily WITHOUT LOGGING IN! Not the way to do business. If you want to order from them, do it by phone. If you have already ordered from them, clear all of your cookies on your computer. Yes, you will have to re-login wherever else you should have to enter your login info, but realize that those sites too are unsecure. Just a warning here.
