My wife was enrolled into the rewards program without her consent. Then got charged 21.55 per month. While talking with "Daisy" at customer service to cancel, she hung up on her when she continued to explain all she wanted to do was to cancel. WHAT A SCAM!!!!

I wish you would give the option for 0 stars! I have ordered from them before. The items I ordered before fit well. This time, I had two items that did not fit. I returned them and after two weeks I had heard nothing from them - no refund, no acknowledgement - nothing. I called and spent over an hour trying to get through their automated system. It kept asking for an eight-digit order number. I had all my documentation, and the order number contained 13 digits. Their system would not take 13 digits. I ran a Google search and finally found a different customer service number. After going through a lengthy menu, I was able to get a person on the phone - although I had a difficult time communicating. She did process my return since I had my USPS tracking number and I had called them before I returned the merchandise, but charged me an additional $12.95 for returning the items. After that, I called their customer service number and had my name and address removed from their mailing list.

I ordered 2 items but changed my mind and sent a email asking to cancel the order, within an hour of placing the order. I got a return email telling me they couldn't guarantee cancellation but the next day I got another email notifying me that my order was cancelled. I was never charged for the order. I was pleasantly surprised as I assumed I was out of luck on the cancellation. Perhaps their customer service has improved?

Placed an order and the items were of poor quality. The shipping fees were Standard Shipping, $16.99 plus Total Shipping $18.99, carrier surcharge, $1.99.
Estimated Tax: 13.46.
Hadn't heard from them on my refund and she said we just got the return today and was crediting my account. When I got the refun it did not include the tax of 13.46. I was not credited for that. She did give me $1.10 when I called. Total overall scam and breaking laws. Stay away!!!!

Now they charge 12.99 to return it.
I would not buy from them again or recommend .

Clothing was too large, received in poor condition. Return process doesn't work. I got scammed. Should have read the reviews- 88% 1 star.

Besides that the fit of the clothes was terrible so I sent them all back, it took 6 weeks to receive the refund. Who does that?

Before ordering i read all the reviews and should have known to stay away from this company. Received my order and needed to return , the sizes were off from clothing i usually wear. Even tho I have my receipts from USPS they keep saying they haven't gotten my returns. ( guess thats how u make money when you have such poor reviews?) They said when and if they do receive my items it will take 4-6 weeks for a refund. This company is disgraceful. Do yourself a favor and do NOT order from them.

Forget Northstyle people. They need to streamline returns. Too confusing plus I had to get the return bags at UPS where they are helpful then go to post office. Now , I know they will charge 12.95 on each item for shipping. Wait 6 weeks they say for refund? NO MORE!

Darn it! I got taken also!! Ordered 250$ worth of clothing & paid 28$ shipping. Northstyle is a business that the more one buys; the more one pays in shipping. That should have alerted me… Ordered on Aug 22 ‘25 and finally shipped out & going to receive 2 weeks later. Called Customer Service & asked why is taking so long anfter paying 28$ for shipping. After talking to 3 customer support agents figured out that these agents speak poor English & must be based out of China. These agents got tracking totally wrong, got my phone # totally wrong & none would let me talk to a supervisor. A royal run around. Plan on returning whole order after this headache. Put this order on my credit card with PayPal so anticipate (after reading Trust Pilot reviews) that will have to notify PayPal of problems with return. On their site, Northstyle got glowing reviews-obviously forged reviews. Always check TrustPilot before ordering.

shirts arrived after 3 weeks, see through material, loose stitching around buttons, pulled threads and lines down the shirts, contacted customer service for return and was asked for photos which i provided straight away, no response since despite sending 3 more emails, avoid at all costs!

Absolutely shite experience, poses as UK company, product is crap and took weeks to come, no returns!

I'm very disappointed in North Style's customer service. I ordered 2 items of clothing, and one of them didn't fit. I returned it and requested an exchange of it for a larger size. Not only did they never communicate with me about it, they decided not to do the exchange despite my request, without even letting me know. I only found out because I contacted them to ask about processing of my exchange. And they didn't give a reason for why they didn't do the exchange I requested. They did issue a refund, but it was $12 less than what I paid for the item. The representative I spoke with on the phone said nothing about this to me. She simply informed me that the refund had been sent to my bank. I found the amount of the refund on my bank statement and that's how I found out the refund was $12 short of what I paid for the item. If that was for shipping, they could've at least let me know that, instead of letting me discover it for myself. Too bad. I actually love their clothing, but don't care to do business with a company who cares nothing about proper treatment of their customers. Don't think I'll be darkening their doorway again. I am SO disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Same as other reviews I ordered a dress for my daughters graduation and it didnt come on time, when the dress came it was like a shapeless 16th century smock. The returns policy was to send an email which then replies to tell you that if you want to return you have to pay postage of £30 to China and then pthey will refund it when they receive it or you can take a 30 percent refund and keep the dress. I emailed for the latter option to save hassle and they didnt respond. Dont buy from this company!!!

I ordered two shirts. The fabric quality was awful. They looked like loosely woven gunny sacks. I returned them. My refund is for less than the cost of the two shirts.

Postage and handling to ship them to me was $7.49. It cost me $20.11 in postage to return them using their shipping label. Never ordering from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I bought a shirt from this company thinking it was a UK company as it did not show it was a foreign company, and when the shirt arrived it was like tissue paper it was that thin you could see through it. I asked for a refund and after 5 attempts they answered only to say I could send it back to them for £30 postage which I would have to pay or a 30% refund which for the cost of the shirt would only be£7.20 but considering the amount of bad reviews this company has got on here I would have thought something could be done about it. But in future I will certainly be checking if the company is genuinely a UK company before ordering.

I bought a dress from Northstyle Fashion. The dress didn’t fit so I wanted to return. I thought it was uk based as online it didn’t state anything about returning to china, all the policy says is return cost is down to me & that you have to email them & they will send you return details . The return address is not on their website . Even though they responded quickly , In their reply to return it , they said it would be at my own cost & it would cost approx £30 depending on the courier back to China or I could keep the dress & only receive a 30% refund , The dress itself was £35! Won’t be buying from them again .

Quality of clothes is very poor.
My order took weeks to arrive.
Customer Service completely ignore emails because I'm requesting a refund.

This is a terrible company to do business with! I cannot recommend buying anything from NorthStyle. I followed their return process & used their return label from online. It's 20 days later & they tell me they haven't received my return & that I had to have the exact items numbers included in my return before they'd process my return. AND it will still take days before it is processed. I am skeptical that the return will actually result in me getting my money back from the returned items.

I had placed a couple orders online. During one of those orders I was offered to join a rewards program thinking I would get rewards everytime I make a purchase that I could apply to a future order. What I DIDN'T know (or wasn't clear online) was they were to charge me $21.99 EVERY MONTH to be on the rewards program. I just noticed it on my credit card statement. This information was not CLEAR TO ME, and don't even remember singing up for a service that I would have to pay a monthly fee for. Why would I sign up to pay $21.99 A MONTH for a rewards problem. I'm not even sure what I got with the rewards as I don't remember ever purchasing. So the items I purchase where two long sleeves shirts that color ran after a wash (took too good will); two pairs or shorts there the thread on the waistling was coming undone after a couple washes, and two vests. The two vest were the only two quality items. I haven't ordered anything in months due to the quality of some of my items, and will never order again. Customer service is horrible, they don't care about their customers.
