★☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience

I ordered a dress from this store and when it arrived, the sizing was completely off. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they repeatedly pushed me to accept store credit or keep the item for a small partial refund instead of allowing a proper return.

Despite it being an online purchase, they made it unnecessarily difficult to exercise my right to a refund. Every response felt like they were trying to pressure me into keeping the item rather than resolving the issue properly. They also warned me about return complications instead of simply providing a clear return address and process.

This whole experience has left me feeling uncomfortable and mistrustful. I would not order from them again, and I would advise others to be cautious. Customer service should support customers—not make them jump through hoops to resolve a straightforward return.

The product felt so cheap.

Its taken me 5 emails to get them to send me the details to get a refund. They still saying if you get a refund it might be lost in the post. So basically trying to scary me into store credit.

Absolute rubbish of a retailer. Will never buy again.

Be warned against using this website. They trade dishonestly, misrepresenting themselves as a legit company.I had to chase my order up. It was way too small, very poor quality, and grossly overpriced. On requesting for details to return the item (as none were included), I received a number of seemingly reasonable, but evasive responses. Ultimately I was offered a credit note, or 10% refund and keep the item, but still no return address. I was then offered 20%, but refused, and again asked for the address. The address is in China, which had never been mentioned. I'm not sure I'll get refund, but I will report them to Trading Standards.

AVOID!! Worst experience!! Dress took a very long time to arrive and was SHOCKING quality. Not like the photo at all, thin/loose material and too much excess material around the bust.

Contacted for a return and was told even for QUALITY issues, I was to pay for postage back to China!! As there are issues with their UK warehouse..........

This would obviously cost too much and they knew it. There was about 25 emails back and forth. Most of which were copy and paste from the 'owner' of the company. Telling me the same thing.

The max I was offered was 20% refund which is was forced to accept.

I had my first experience with shopping with Northstyle. I ended up returning the item, as i did not like the material. The whole process of returning the item was so hard, and i had to contact customer care after 3 weeks to find out that return package was left at a warehouse. In addition to that, the agent kept insisting and marketing for signing up for rewards, which i explicitly refused. For the last 2 months, I have been seeing charges on my card for a monthly rewards subscription. That agent signed me up for rewards without my permission. and at the end they finally cancelled my subscription, when i spent another hour to call multiple customer care agents, as they said'they do not have access to that information'. Beware of the hidden scam strategies under these big clothing brands, that seem to be legit!

Wish I could do 0 stars, I purchased a duffle coat for my mother worth £53 Pounds and my socks are thicker.
Disgusting to charge so much for such poor quality.. I should have checked the reviews first gutted.

Fake, scam, big mistake to order from this company. I did so by mistake because the headline on the ad was Nordstrom clearance, a high-quality, reputable company. This company sent the wrong size, the wrong color, and when I called Nordstrom customer service, they said they had nothing to do with the order. They were right.

Would give 0 if I could.
Dress was awful quality for £50. Took 12 days to deliver from China
When I tried to start the refund process, they lied and said I only had 30 days from order date when the policy on their website states 30 days from delivery. Still waiting for them to reply. Do not use this company. I think it is a scam

This is a scam. I bought a skirt from website and when it arrived it looked nothing like what is on the website. Very poor quality and cheap looking. I asked for a refund and was told i have to pay out of pocket to send to China. Or keep item and get 10% refund. £40 gone just like that. Do not purchase from here!!!

It takes far too long from time of placing an order until the order is shipped. Other companies can get a clothing order out the door in a day or even same day. I called customer service to see when or if my order would ship. A foreign accented person responded. Very hard to understand. Said my order is ready to ship via USPS but she didn’t know if it would actually be picked up today. Tomorrow is Saturday so it could be Monday. That’s over a week since the order was placed. This could be my last order with Northstyle. .
EDITED TO ADD that it took 10 days to arrive via USPS after it was finally shipped. I had to return every thing in the order. The tops were either so tight because of too much Lycra or huge with gorilla sleeves. I ordered the same size I did for summer tops, and the summer tops fit fine. That’s it for me. I won’t buy from NorthStyle again.

Ordered 4 shirts from this company, shirts looked great on the website and no mention on the website of China. The items arrived, ordered small and they were huge, the quality was terrible, I would say value $1 each.
Went to the website to make return, no return options, only email them, so I'm alarmed at this stage. Then spent a week trying to get a return address, only being given a Chinese address or offers of a partial refund.
It is uk and European law that a local return address must be provided. So I contacted my bank to make a Section 75 claim, I uploaded the email chain as evidence, my bank immediately refunded the money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY SHADY.

I attempted to cancel my order 2 hours after I placed it via the Contact Us link on the website. I made 3 attempts and did not receive a response, so 12 hours later I called Customer Service and was told the order was already shipped and could not be canceled. I had not received any shipment notification from the company and told them that was not true. Two days later the company shipped the order anyway. I have filed a complaint with PayPal.

Took weeks to deliver and when my dress and coat arrived absolutely shocking quality, I have been totally scammed. Starting the return process but from other online reviews I don’t expect to successfully get my money back. Would be a 0/5 if I didn’t have to give a one star rating.

Even after reading all the reviews, I decided to try NorthStyle anyway. I ordered 4 things. Three fit & one doesn’t. I had a size-down delivered to me in less in a week. The man on the phone was very nice & helpful. Plus the first delivery was much quicker than other catalog places.

If I could give less than 1 star I would .

Awful quality . Returns impossible .

They don't even deserve 1 star, item advertised was not what I received. I received a cheap quality top which was unwearable. Never again!

I was signed up to NorthStyle rewards without my knowledge and charged $19.95/month until I figured it out. I will no longer purchase anything from NorthStyle.

I ordered a dress and I received a totally different dress. I asked for a full refund and they refused to give my money back, they are offering me a credit note to spend with them instead.

Absolutely disappointed and feel that this is breaching consumer law.

What a nightmare company. I ordered two pairs of shorts in July for an August holiday. Despite being told they are in transit numerous times they never arrived. I have emailed them at least 10 times requesting refund for goods that never arrived and I’m now being ignored. It’s now 3 months later and Im still nearly £60out of pocket.

If you need to return an item you're screwed. You paid shipping to get the item; you pay shipping to return it; you pay shipping to get a replacement. Can add up to about half the cost of the item. Return refunds take weeks. I believe this company is in business not to sell merchandise but postage. Buyer beware: anything you get from them you can get elsewhere, cheaper.
